I moved to the area just over a year ago and have since had to bring in two cars for a total of three services. 1) Oil change on a newer car. Fair price and did great work. 2) They replaced the fuel pump on my 1987, northern truck which has rust problems. It took them a few days but that was expected. They did a great job and worked around the rust the best they could. The price was VERY reasonable 3) took the newer car back in for another oil change and a radiator hose replacement. Again very fair price and great work. I will continue to take my cars to Custer's auto with confidence and knowing I won't get ripped off. read more

First time using Custers, but, has been highly recommended by friends. Took my 2016 Kia Sorento [43000 miles] to our local dealer [ Coastal Kia] for minor regular service. While there the service associate came to me reporting my vehicle needed new brakes and the brake and transmission fluids needed to be changed. For this work the quote was over $750. Took my vehicle to Custers. The brakes pads did need to be changed, however, the fluids, after checking, were not even close to requiring replacement. Coastal Kia's quote for the brakes was $480. Beware of overcharged parts. If you don't believe me, Google the parts (from your invoices)that you paid for at Autozone website, There are 100% less cheaper than what Custer charges you. Like others said, they will tell you fradulent diagnosis, and hopes that you will want to have them fixed. read more
