At one point a guest complained about stained sheets and when we offered her to check for alternative sets in the closet, the guest found damp sheets. Athena was extremely unprofessional and defensive (I'm sure she'll reply with an equally defensive and accusatory response to this review as she did with another customer on this site). She never stepped foot on our properties. She refused to allow us to send supplies to her or the cleaners meaning we had to drop them off ourselves and restock.
