Upon completion of the cleaning, we were told that if our apartment complex charged us additional fees for cleaning Lyly's would provide compensation. 23 days later, I was notified by the apartment complex that we were being charged an additional $200 for cleaning fees. I contacted Lyly's expecting that it wouldn't be an issue...instead I was told that the timeline was too far out and that I would need to take it up with my landlord. Although they apologized for the situation, it didn't make sense to me that there would be a timeline for when we could file for compensation.
