I suspect the quality of the cleans is dependent on the cleaners that you get. If you're lucky to get good consistent cleaners for your short term rentals, I'm sure they do a fine job. Unfortunately the cleaners she had available for us were subpar. At one point a guest complained about stained sheets and when we offered her to check for alternative sets in the closet, the guest found damp sheets. We also had MOLDY sheets that the cleaners were using. Athena was extremely unprofessional and defensive (I'm sure she'll reply with an equally defensive and accusatory response to this review as she did with another customer on this site). She never stepped foot on our properties. She refused to allow us to send supplies to her or the cleaners meaning we had to drop them off ourselves and restock. I would NOT recommend her company if you're a professional STR host who cares about guest experience and reviews. Edit: as expected, Athena responded with denial and defensiveness. First of all Athena is not even the one doing the cleaning, they sub everything out to other people they barely know. We had multiple issues from bedding being changed out to cheaper sheets, towels not being washed, clumps of hair being found on pillows or on the floor or under sofas. We were even straight up lied to when we we asked to see photos of our cleaned vacation rental and they sent us old photos from a previous cleaning (which we found out about when we checked the timestamps). FIrst of all, Athena's Services got back to me right away when I asked for information, and quoted a reasonable price. Edie showed up on time for a "first" i.e. big cleaning and, to our surprise, worked for over 8 hours without a break, doing an amazingly thorough and detailed cleaning.
