Then she gets mad if you ask her to consider your circumstances. She does not know me but got upset and said I had an attitude when i requested to speak to someone else. They text me to confirm for my appointment and then less than 30mins later they canceled my appointment via text. I waited a week for an appointment. They indicated they have emergencies coming in and those take priority. Customer concerns are not valued and they do not properly know how to manage their schedules. Hiring more techs during peak season would make more sense than telling customers you are understaffed and their needs are not a priority. They asked the appointment to be moved a week with no guarantees as to if it would actually be serviced then. If you have other options in your area go with a more professional company.
