They were very quick to look at it and confirm they could do the work (several other shops sent me to other places). They told me to bring in the truck whenever I could and the work would take about an hour and a half. I brought the truck in earlier today, around Noon. They were very prompt to pull it into the shop, and gave me updates often. The work ended up taking less than an hour. The staff was extremely courteous, and the guy that did the work came with me to look over the vehicle and make sure I was happy. Overall I don't think they could have done anything better. I'd be happy to recommend anyone go there when they need some work done.

I guess I'm an outlier but I did not have a positive experience with them. First off, the two days…read morethey originally quoted me ballooned into nearly a month. I know that they find new damage as they get into the repairs but this is extreme. If that was the main issue I'd probably give three or even four stars since the repairs do look good. But the pickup was a miserable experience. When I come in the usual receptionist isn't there and I'm left dealing with Chip. He lets me cool my heels a good ten minutes while he makes calls before he even deals with me. When he finally comes to deal with me I ask him where the front license plate is since it's not on the car. He never quite says but strongly implies that it didn't have it when I brought it in, which is a. absurd and b. pretty close to calling me a liar. He finally has one of the shop guys "look" for it. This guy is gone maybe a minute tops and comes back and says they don't have it and they never took it off. Of course I know they did, but by this point it's clear that even if they haven't lost it I'm not going to get them to seriously look for it. So I leave resigning myself to the hassle of dealing with the DMV to get a replacement tag. When I get home however I realize that they also failed to put panel that covers the cargo compartment in back back in. Now this is a minimum $200 to replace so I decide that if I need to raise a stink to get them to look for the stuff I will. Long story short after a call back to them that didn't get much action I make a call to insurance and they finally seriously look for the plate and cover. And wouldn't you know it they find it pretty quickly when they actually look for it and don't just pretend to to get rid of me. Anyway, as I said the repair looks pretty good, but I honestly don't have a lot of confidence in it. The sloppiness and laziness I encountered on picking it up makes me very uneasy about what level of attention to detail or care went into the actual repairs. It's like cockroaches. If you see two you don't just assume that that's it and it's a minor problem. No you strongly suspect there are a lot more. I hope there aren't, but I'm not exactly confident about that. Even if there aren't I still ended up wasting an entire day and driving through the tunnel twice because Chip and the other guy who's name I unfortunately didn't get decided to assume that I was lying about the craziest thing ever to lie about rather than taking five minutes of their precious time to do a serious search. I'll add that the usual receptionist was incredibly professional when I did deal with her later and tried to smooth things over-- she very courteously and pretty skillfully got me out of the main office before I could give Chip a piece of my mind-- but that's too little too late.

I had been waiting to leave work early to drive to Richmond to see another vehicle I was highly interested in when everything wrong that could possibly happen at work, happened. Didn't end up leaving work until almost 330pm. To make matters worse, I had issues with my bank and had to get all of that fixed. By the time I was ready to go, it was 530pm - too late. I decided to reschedule for the next day and just shop around. I actually Yelp'd and this location came up with great reviews, so I said, why not? Linda caught me as I was circling the lot for the used cars and asked me come inside so she could get some information. I was like, oh man it's a trap...BUT in the end I got a 1.9% interest rate on a brand new 2016 Ford Focus as opposed to a 14.5% on a bank auto loan (I don't have great credit). Somehow, they were able to help me out and get me leaving the lot in an amazing car. I didn't feel any pressure in buying the vehicle and Linda was very honest with me and didn't play any games. She even spoke with my parents on the phone just so everybody was on the same page. I got a good value for my trade-in as well as a rebate and a military discount. I've never thought I'd own a Ford, always been a Honda girl, but I guess you should never say never. Thank you Bowditch Ford!
