I originally bought rims at the RNR Tire Express Norfolk. The rims were not installed properly and they even had to replace my some of my tires but it did not rectify the situation since I was still having the same issues. After a couple of times of poor and terrible service due to the purchase of these rims, I contacted the general manager, Tommy. He wanted to rectify the situation and make things right. After several conversations with him, I was able to take my car to the RNR Tire Express VA Bch location and what a difference in service! I want to give kudos to the general manager, Tommy, Omar and the staff of this location. They treated my vehicle as if it was their own and they took their time and did things right. If anyone has issues like I did with any of the RNR Tire locations, Tommy will take care of you to make sure you are satisfied. I picked up a nail in my tire. Gerald from RNR Tire saved the day! The whole team, from the front desk guy to Gerald, who fixed my tire, was professional and courteous. After trying a place down the street and being turned away as it was 30 minutes before closing, I booked down the street to the next business, RNR Tire, and walked in the door 20 minutes before closing, thinking I was going to be out of luck, and trying not to panic, knowing my tire might go flat, and here I am, at night, in a new city. Well, they checked me in and Gerald fixed my tire in 15 minutes, giving me some much needed advice about monitoring tire pressure and sent me on my way without charging me! Highly recommend RNR. I was getting my tires replaced at a big box store, the techs said my lug nuts were swollen and the lugs were stripped so they needed to be repaired before they could install the tires (sounded expensive) They referred me to RNR, I called them and Craig had me told me to come right over. They greeted me quickly when I arrived, had me check in and my car taken into the shop in no time. Luis soon came to the lobby showed me the problem and offered me a fast, affordable, and reliable solution. Lugo and Dennis are AWESOME! Had a flat tire over lunch, dropped off the wheel to get patched up, then picked it up after work. They didn't charge me and even changed the repaired wheel/tire and put my spare back under the truck. All while treating me like family. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. i have been back to RnR in Virginia Beach 3 times over the past 2 years. Sean has always been so helpful, patient, and honest with what work I needed done, and what work I didn't need done. The technicians have been knowledgeable and, I've always felt good about the work completed on my '03 LX470, including suspension and brakes. My car is really low and I've asked like different shops to get my alignment done but they always end up tellling me that they cant do it which that i understand because its really really hard to get my car on to the machine but this guys they've tried realy really hard which I greatly appreciate even tho its mostly impossible for them to do it!
