Great service. Prompt. Courteous. Professional. Initially went in to have my front tires replaced due to tread wear. The technician working on my car informed me and showed me first-hand that both of my front rims were bent badly (most likely due to the crappy roads in VA) and referred me to another shop for repair. Greatly appreciated the information and brought to light why my steering wheel would shake badly when going above 40mph. Ended up shifting the newly replaced tires from the front to the back as the tech advised to reduce the "shaking" until i could repair the rim damage. Any other shop would have just replaced the tires as requested and not inform me of the rim damage. Highly recommend their service. read more

Really disappointing experience. I came in with a simple screw in my tire, and the technician looked at it for maybe 10 seconds before immediately telling me it was "not repairable" and that I needed to buy a brand new tire. No real explanation, no actual inspection... just straight to replacing it. Luckily, I decided to get a second opinion and went to Discount Tire. They inspected it, repaired it within 30 minutes, and didn't charge me a dime.I understand some tires truly can't be fixed, but this one absolutely could have been, and it honestly felt like I was being pushed toward an unnecessary purchase. We had tires installed on truck in Nevada, came to VA Beach to visit family. After 4500 miles it was past time to rotate the tires. Come to find out the shop in NV did not give me the socket for the lug nuts, after going to several shops and stores in the area NO parts store or tire shop had the socket that was needed. I had a screw in my tire and started losing tire pressure while driving to work. I stopped and put air in my tire just to make it to work and to my lunch break. I went to a place to get my tire patched and explained I was on my lunch break. However, I was told it would be over two hours before they could even get to my car. RNR was across the street, and I drove over. When I came in, the sales person was on the phone. He noticed that I was antsy and promptly told the person on the line he would have to call them back. I explained my situation, letting him know I was trying to get my tire repaired and get back to work as soon as possible. The sales person, James, told me it would be no problem and was very empathic regarding my situation. He got my car taken back quickly and constantly gave me updates. I had been struggling to find someone who could get my 2012 Nissan Maxima tires off due to the rim lock. I called/visited multiple shops that turned me away or gave me a ridiculous quote to break the locks. I called the RNR Little Creek location and Jason told me to bring the car by so he could take a look and let me know if he could help. I am SO glad that one of the other shops recommended RNR. I brought the car by and he immediately said "oh yeah I've got that" then went and got the key lock that NOBODY else in Hampton roads had!!! So so so grateful for his kindness and help. This is my second time getting tired from RNR. The first time my tire popped on base and I was in a pickle. They worked with me because I could not get a tow on base. I brought the tire and rim to them and they put on a new tire. I took it back to my car and put it on and came back to them to ensure it was put on correctly. They were so kind! I had a slow leak in my tire and originally went to Firestone to see if they would help me fix it. They had my car for 10 min and said they couldn't find anything wrong and asked if I was sure there was a leak.... I was filling this tire twice a week and knew something was definitely wrong with my tire. I got my tire delivered by tirebuyer and it gave me a discount for the mount and balance! Well Derek hooked it up! He did me a solid and made sure that the work got done in a timely matter, and got done right! I got a mount and balance as well as alignment. They're alignment is a great price and everyone there was friendly. In addition to doing my alignment they also gave me new bolts for my spare for free and the theft key for it! PLEASE don't go here. Unless you want to have your car in there for a week for a 45 minute fix WHICH they caused the damage in the first place by not properly installing a shock which broke off and put a hole in our fuel pump. They will feed you a lot of lies to get theirselves some time. Ever heard "oh it'll be done today" and then the next day "oh it'll be done today" and so on? Frustrating right? I am a woman who knows nothing about cars and tires. My grandfather called and asked how much it would be for them to put tires on my car and they said $80. When I took my car there the owner added a couple things to my bill without even asking me or consulting me. When I asked him about it he got an attitude and started treating me like I was stupid. I felt very disrespected. When my grandfather called to figure out what the problem was the owner got on the phone and lied telling him that I was angry about an issue that I never even said anything about. Be careful when you are having your tires rotated by this shop. Before i went in I placed a mark on all tires. After waiting for over two hours to rotate tires I went to check and I was more disappointed to find out that only 3 tires were rotated. read more

This company and its employees are scammers and dishonest people! DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! I purchased rims & tires cash price of $1900. Contract price $4442..Now RNR are sueing me for an additional $1900 making tires and rims $6000 stating that the $4000 I have already paid that it did not include addition fees of "optional" services. They intentionally served warrant in debt summons to an address I havent lived at in 18 yrs. This isnt even the address on the contract. Now have a default juddgement because I did not show for court and they put a garnishment on my bank account. I am a hard working single parent of 3 dependant children who has already paid RNR a total of $4000 and has attempted to pay the remaining 442 but they insist on another $1900. This is highhway robbery and I want EVERYONE to BEWARE of this compnay. i was charged a disposal fee when I took my factory tires with me, they put my same old lugs back on with teh new rims yet I was charged for new and they did not replace my centercaps back on my factory tires so when I put factories back on I had to but replacements in which they said they would pay fro and never have. THIS COMPANY IS BAD BUSINESS. I have also file a complaint with the BBB and have sought a lawyer. If your thinking of buying or doing business with this company. PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE!!!! read more
