Very pleased with the quality of the custom windows, and Rhonda offered three different choices of UV protective glass (we chose the middle grade). Keep in mind, though, the windows are built to order, so it was a month after we first met with Rhonda that the installers came. Once we agreed to the type and pricing for these Vistamark windows and a small down payment provided; Mark and Adam scheduled their installer to come out the following week. Scott came out about a week later to refine the measurements exactly. The windows were ordered shortly thereafter through their Waxahachie plant for Vistamark windows. We felt very comfortable with Scott and his crew while they were installing the windows. Adam was available if needed but once the pricing was agreed upon there wasn't a lot of need for our interaction with a few exceptions. Adam responded promptly when text or called. In summary we are happy with these beautiful new, energy efficient windows, having replaced our builder grade windows from 24 years ago. We had several other window companies out over a year's time with prices all over the map.
