The years of foot traffic, kitchen spills, plus aging pets who made their own "contribution"; we needed a deep cleaning but knew we would never enjoy beautiful floors again. We were wrong. Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. Over the years, the sink became scratched and stained. After Like-Nu was done, it looked like new. The other project was to fix a large and fairly deep crack in the shower seat (a tenant stood on it...!). They matched the fiberglass color perfectly on z 20+ year shower - you can't even tell that there was any prior damage. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

So…read morehappy I called and got in touch with David and Valentina, they are so helpful and the slabs we got - which was a steal is actually really premium quality. They focus on large size porcelain and if you're in Vegas you have to stop by their showroom, it's massive and they have slabs on the wall already which is very helpful to see how your shower walls or fireplace could look with the stone. After we picked out our slabs, about a week later we sent a driver and they loaded the pieces so fast. The main slab yard is outside toward the back of the building and they are loaded with options.
