We used to love this place before they moved locations. They seemed to have downsized so their self…read morewash services are very limited. We went in 3 hrs before close, had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came out to the front desk, and they turned us away because their self wash baths were full at the moment and they had 2 people waiting. Before they moved they had 4 or 5 baths and we never had to wait longer than a couple mins. Their new location is also tucked away in an area where you cant find them unless youre looking for them. Overall, disappointed with their new location and service. I'm sure they're self wash and grooming services are still good but we didnt get to find out lol. We ended up going to Elegant Dog Grooming and will be continuing to take our business there as they have 10 self wash baths and a large open space.

She now has dog boarding, dog daycare, and grooming in a house. I feel very comfortable boarding my dog with her because I know he will get the best of care. She's in tune with their needs. I had a very old dog I boarded and she let him stay in a bedroom on his own when he had too much of the playful dogs. The dogs play together indoors and she also has a fenced in yard out back. My dog gets excited when I take him there. I've used all her services: boarding, daycare, grooming, and in home care. I just returned from a 2 week trip and she came to my house to care for my parrot and water my plants. I was so pleased. I expected my plants to show some stress from all the heat but they are thriving. She is very knowledgeable about dogs because she is passionate about them. I highly recommend her business.

It was easy to spoil him. He was marking, barking, and just generally being a little Napolean. Justine taught me how how to set limits for him. I learned how to properly use the crate, how to have him walk easy with me, and most important - how to stop the marking behavior. What I learned from Justine makes so much sense now. Turns out that I needed the training more than Nikko did. He is like a different dog now. More confident, relaxed, calm, and respectful. The marking has stopped. He doesn't bark like crazy when someone is at the door. Walks are nicer now too. I highly recommend Justine. I think Nikko does too!

I made my reservation two months in advance of my trip in order to reserve the only room they had…read morewith a door to a small patio. One week before my trip I called to reconfirm my reservation and to ensure the requested room with the patio was still on the reservation. I was told it was. When I arrived to drop off my dogs I was told the room I had reserved two months in advance and reconfirmed the week before, was no longer available as someone had needed it for a "medical emergency". As my plane was leaving the next day, I had no choice but accept a room with no outdoor access. I was assured the dogs would get extra outside time in the play area as a conciliation gesture, and that they would text me periodically to let me know everything was okay. That was on Thursday. By Saturday I had not heard from them and called 9:00 in the morning. I was told they were just now getting their breakfast. I told the woman it is 9:00, what do you mean they are just now getting their breakfast. When I made the reservation, I was told the techs arrive at 5:30 am and the dogs are fed by 6:00 am. Oh she said. that is only Monday thru Friday. On weekends they do not arrive until 8:30. I also asked why I had not received any text from them as promised. She informed she was sending me an email. She did send me the email and that was the only communication I received. When I returned to pick up the dogs on Monday, my wife pointed out most of the food we had prepared in specific proportions, was still in the container. Their reply was the dogs did not eat much. These two chow hounds devour their breakfast and dinner in less than two minutes. One of my dogs is on medication required to be given to her with each feeding. Three of the pills were still in the bottle meaning they did not give her all the required medication. Obviously, I do not recommend this place.

My aussie got her first heat cycle at 8 months and I was told she was allowed back in a few weeks once her cycle was complete. She was attending day care and training sessions a couple times a week. Unfortunately, I had some other personal matters come up and will be moving so I asked for a refund. They will not offer a refund on services and offered store credit instead. Okay, fine. I scheduled a weekend boarding to use up my remaining credit and I get a text this morning asking if my dog was spayed, if not she was not allowed to return. I understand the need for the policy but I was never made aware and was told previously by a staff member it was not necessary. I am not in a position to get her spayed right now, plus I am moving states next month. They still refuse to offer a refund of nearly $300. That is a good chunk of money that apparently they intend to keep. Doesn't matter that store credit never expires, I will not be able to use it. They made a mistake with lack of employee knowledge on policies and refuse to right their mistake and now stealing my money. This is wrong. I was emailing the owner back and forth and I am disappointed with their handling of this situation. I had my dog groomed and bathed on 2 separate occasions and she came back with mats and not dried properly. Some staff members were very standoffish and unwelcoming at drop off. There is no access to cameras and I was denied access to the facility to see where my precious pup would be. I do not recommend this facility.
