They have 7 nail stations and 8 pedicure chairs with massage. They usually have 4 nail technicians on duty. There are a ton of colors with a large amount available in regular & gel, and some in regular, gel & powder. They will have your tried & true "go-to" in stock as well as most trends. They usually offer complimentary beverages. If they don't, it was simply an oversight...just ask! There is a 5th guy there named John that seems to have his own thing going on. I've never seen him waiting around for customers. He seems to come in for, communicate with, and work on a set schedule of regular clients. If you are one of John's clients, maybe you could write a review detailing what that is all about. I'm usually a short, square, neutral gal, but the owner is happy to embellish me when I get a wild hair for design - think festival or holiday time. Since I'm customarily boring, I always tell her I'm planning design as early as possible so she can schedule appropriately & I don't F Up the remainder of her schedule. She can do aaalllll the things, but if you wait until go-time to request some outrageousness, she may not be able to work it in. They usually get walk ins seated within 5-20 minutes. If they can't get you in , they won't lie to you and have you waiting around for an hour. I have two primary reasons for sticking with a nail salon 1. Quality work. 2. Real people. I never understood people who don't communicate what they expect or say, "whatever you think is best" & then complain when a service isn't what they "expected." Every tech at Lotus has wanted to understand what I want and has worked their best to provide. Every one of them have been uber-nice & respectful to me if I decided on a mid-service change.....they were even nice about a post-service change once, but its probably because that is an extremely rare occurrence for me and I try to be nice & respectful in-kind. Luckily for me, Lotus Nail Spa was only the second place I tried and I couldn't be happier. The owner is absolutely delightful. You can tell she really cares about her clients and their satisfaction and made me feel like I was her number one client. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. My technician, Loan, did a great job. She was thorough and didn't try to rush the process. I highly recommend this salon.

I only wanted a simple pedicure with gel polish and a plain manicure with no color. I was told the manicure would be 25 dollars and the pedicure would be 35 dollars plus 8 dollars to fix one toenail. My total should have been 68 dollars. When it was time to pay, they told me the total was 88 dollars which did not make sense based on what they originally told me. As it got closer to closing time they also began rushing me in a way that made me uncomfortable even while I was trying to pay. Because they were rushing me I did not have time to do the math and I just paid. Later I realized that it appears they added in a tip without asking. I left feeling overcharged by 20 dollars and not respected as a customer. I cannot help but feel that I was treated unfairly and possibly profiled. To make things worse it has been less than a week and the skin around my nails is already peeling as if I never got a manicure at all. I do not work with my hands and my manicures normally last weeks. This was clearly poor quality work. I was not going to write a review at first but after realizing I will have to get my nails redone so soon after being overcharged and rushed I am truly disappointed. I would not recommend this salon and would actively discourage others from coming here based on my experience.

I picked a nail salon and went to get my nails to "Sparkle" for NYE but it was more than lackluster-- it was horrific, I literally cried. So my sister took me back to make it "Sparkle" but the male nail tech who did it was so rude and asked what's wrong with my nails!?-- please look at the pictures and you tell me!! My sister took me to Her nail salon she goes to regularly, EMERALD NAILS FOR THE WIN!! It was a rainy day and I was lucky they took me in as a walk in!! There were 2 nail techs- 1 was the owner, forgot her name but possibly was Kathy. Nail tech was honest with me and advised me to keep what I have and she would make it better. She didn't just try to remove them and do them from scratch to make more money. She is so talented and reshaped my nails to the coffin style I wanted originally and let me pick a new color- the wave! My frown turned upside down :) and I couldn't stop staring at my makeover-nails!! You can see the difference in the before and after pictures - She did a great job! There's a variety of pedicure options from entry-level pricing to extravagant and they're well-done. I asked about the hot stones and she said only if it was the Signature Pedi. I would have just done that if she didn't say Organic had hot stones. Pedi tiers and offerings were not the same as the website attached to their Google Maps. When this was brought up, they showed me an entirely different website and said there was another Ann's close by, which is not true. They are all 15-25 min away. After paying, I asked for a receipt which they could not provide so I took a picture of the one for their records. Underwhelming, kind of uncomfortable, and I was excited to try a new salon closer to my house. Wish I would have stuck to my previous salon which is further but worth it.
