I have a lot of curly hair and I didn't really know what I wanted. I showed her a bunch of pictures that really didn't go but she was able to figure out what I wanted and my hair was stunning! Anyway, I was looking for someone who knew how to trim longer hair for ease of care without shortening. I regret not recalling my cutters name (I'm negligent here always) but she had the chair nearest the front window and was easy to talk to and understood my goal for the visit.
