They asked for your phone number so they can text you a link to help speed up the process and paperwork. The link asked you simple questions and took about five minutes to fill out. After the "paperwork" the wait time was about 20 minutes until someone called me back. There was a TV to keep patients entertained but mostly everyone was on their phones. The gentleman who conducted my drug screening was cheerful and pleasant. Usually when I have to come for a drug screening, employees seem like they hate their job and make it very uncomfortable being around them. But this time around was very different. The gentleman explained the procedures and what I needed to do. The whole test took about ten minutes. The whole process took 40-45 minutes. My experience with Concentra was smooth and efficient. Quick check-in, friendly and professional staff, everything went better than expected. Very organized and a positive experience.

With no results and no follow-up call (as promised), I dug deep on Google and self-diagnosed myself a week later. I purchased an over the counter ringworm cream and my skin lesions cleared up in 24 hours. Either I said too much and gave too much transparency early on and that threw them off and they overthought it, or didn't think it all, or they don't know how to diagnose ringworm, because they were totally off and completely wasted my time and money.

She replied yes, I showed her my Medicare care and gave my DOB, cell # and email address as she requested. She then texted me a form to fill out which I filled out -- except it would not let me past a page without my SSN. I told her a hospital lost my SSN info years earlier and I refuse to give out my SSN for medical treatment anymore. She told me they could not see me then. Social Security Admin stopped putting SSNs on Medicare cards in 2018 because of Identity theft risks, and Medicare only requires the 11 digit Medicare Beneficiary Identifier for reimbursement, so there is no reason to require SSN for treatment. I have filed a complaint with Medicare and Acentra (Quality of Care Complaint) - referred by Medicare.

The visit is initially $25, and if you wanna start with the program they do some blood work and a injections same day which cost $150. And there is a $80 visit for checkup for every 4 weeks.
