You walk in and there's quite a lot of prescriptions that are not filled yet, extremely old computers that lag and doors that are jagged and hard to close up. This is not the staff's fault, this is an issue with corporate not supporting their stores. The other issue is that everything is manual pull so you're definitely more prone to human error. The front store is great though. Lots of inventory, store is very clean and organized. Service is quick at the register.

They can order specialized medicine and common everyday meds, the whole gamut. The pharmacist Ashley is a gem. She's professional and personable. She is pleasant and kind and does whatever it takes to make your experience as smooth and seamless as possible. I love the neighborhood pharmacy experience because they know my name, diseases, treatments and medications without looking them up unlike the big pharmacies where you are simply a number. She goes out of her way to make your experience top notch, and for me she has never failed. I would recommend NoVa Pharmacy to anyone! I promise you won't be disappointed!!

This is a super crappy CVS…read more First, the parking lot. There is a huge dip to drive into the lot, so GO SLOW so you do not bottom out. Secondly, the store in general - it is DIRTY. Rugs are never cleaned. Glass on doors and windows smudgy. It just feels yucky in there. And lastly, the pharmacist. What a cranky cranky man! He was yelling at the pharmacy tech, who was trying to get his attention to alert him to the fact that 2 customers (one of whom was me) was waiting for him. Instead of actually helping us, he chose to YELL at the assistant, right in front of us. Very awkward... He helped the other customer, then acted liked it would be a huge imposition to have to call my insurance company (which is what the insurance company told me needed to happen...). Eventually I walked out and went to the CVS in the Target on Rt 50 to fill the Rx. The staff there are FRIENDLY and professional. This CVS location needs a make-over and some customer service training.
