This minute clinic was a life-saver. I was in Arlington for business and developed an infection. I felt miserable. Yelp found the minute clinic, and within 30 minutes I had antibiotics in hand. Customer service is terrible! Walked into the store at 9:50pm and was told by an employee with a bad attitude very rudely that they close at 10. She then proceeded to tell us to move from the door because it's cold. I don't have a problem with what she said but the way in which it was said was very rude. I refused to make a purchase because of it. read more

The pharmacy staff at this location are amazing. Ben was my pharmacist when he worked at a store on Mt Vernon Ave (which is now closed). Even though I now live in Huntington - I bring my scripts here, because I have the peace of mind that I will always be treated as a valued customer and not as a number, and that the staff here are willing to go the extra mile to care for their clients. Tried calling the Minute Clinic, at the recommendation of another CVS pharmacy, to check and see if they had certain vaccinations in stock before I went over. Impossible to get anyone on the phone because the automated system barely works so I called the pharmacy to see if they could help. Not only did they not know anything, they were apparently incapable of walking around the corner to ask. So I went in and still couldn't talk to anyone, and despite the sign saying "no appointments necessary!" the kiosk said there were no open appointments for at least a week. So incredibly unhelpful, ended up going to the Costco pharmacy right next door and not only did they answer the phone they took care of everything in 15 minutes. Don't go here if you want any kind of service. read more

This review is for the "minute clinic" part of the CVS/pharmacy only. I woke up with a terrible sore throat and having just moved here recently I don't have a primary care doctor just yet. I went to this CVS's minute clinic and was seen by Kimberly, who was very kind and competent. I waited about 20 mins, though granted this was a weekday morning and the space, though nice, is very small- my guess is weekends and evenings see much longer wait times. They are limited in what medications they can prescribe, but having a pharmacy on-site made it fairly easy to get what I needed. For relatively minor injuries or illnesses I definitely recommend stopping here--they took my insurance easily and I only paid $30 for the visit. read more

The CVS Minute Clinic website advertises that at this location, store #2750, the Minute Clinic is open until 5:30pm. Unfortunately, reportedly due to staffing issues, the minute clinic closed unexpectedly at 1:30pm. A notice on this clinic's website would have been helpful. It also would have been helpful if the clinic advertised a direct phone number, rather than an automated system. Even the automated system would have been fine had the staff updated the special closing time on the automated system. read more

Great experience at the pharmacy.

Well, after waiting on hold for 13 minutes, I got cut off. Now I'm seven minutes into the second wait. I was in the store in-person earlier, where they not only made me wait while helping people who got there after me, but when I got to the front, couldn't be bothered to check their system for my prescription. Fantastic. So I check online and yep, they have the prescription. They just haven't filled it, presumably because that'd be too close to serving an actual function. But the non-pharmacy parts of the store aren't much better. The neighborhood has been transformed, almost overnight, into a slum: drunks sleeping outside from opening until closing, harassing you for money when you enter. It's helped slightly that they've removed the benches they originally put in; now they sit on the ground, like it's a picnic. read more

I came here right as I was getting off work to pick up some household items. I was under the impression I would be able to use both my 20% and 25% coupon but as I checked out I noticed neither came off. I pointed it out to the cashier and he was very patient with me ,called a manager for help and problem resolved. Thank you Om for your patience along with store manager for assisting me. Left my purchases sitting on the scanner because their scanner fails MANY TIMES and the ONE live person up front has a line at her register, calls for someone from the back to come help, and nobody shows up. I don't even bother going into this place anymore. read more

They have a large cooler section with water, milk, soda, juice, and beer. It's been broken for 10 days. I have no idea how something can be broken for that length of time, especially at a CVS. I'm sure all of the products have either spoiled or are well on their way. I spent my money elsewhere... read more

I'm purchasing prescription drugs and I don't need half of the store to be involved in the process. The pharmacist here is impatient and likes to answer questions from across the room. This isn't an auto parts store, you can't shout answers to your customers from across the store, Mr. Pharmacist. read more

Love this CVS location. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous.... a rare treat these days in any retail location! There is always a CVS associate available to answer questions etc... The wait time was reasonable, they took my insurance, and I left with a script and a plan. I can't say enough good things about this visit.
