I needed to pick up some distilled water. I forgot to get at the grocery store and stopped here to get it on my way into work. You would think a pharmacy, that sells tons of different humidifiers, would have distilled water. That's what you're supposed to use the machines so it doesn't grow bacteria. Nope, couldn't even find a space on the shelf for it to be sold. During the pandemic I had gone to three or four different pharmacies because I couldn't get any distilled water. For various shipping, people out, not being able to restock, etc. reasons. It is a disgrace that pharmacies which sell products that require distilled water could not supply people with CPAP, and other required medical equipment, with distilled water. So, I decided to write a little quick disappointment review of the store in general. When I went in, there was only one person at the front, two people at the pharmacy, and I didn't see anybody in the store. The store was trashed, it looks like there was a Super Bowlparty held in there. Ive never seen it this bad before, literal trash on the floor as well as product on the floor and half empty bins that were left out from restocking that had to be navigated around. I'm not saying it was dirty though, it seemed reasonably clean for a public store. They also no longer have push carts, instead they have little cheap plastic baskets. You have to pull along behind you like a kids toy. For someone with arthritis who has a hard time carrying things in their hand, so has to have some sort of basket it's very awkward. Not only do you have to bend over to put things into the basket, but you can only carry a couple of things at a time. So if I'd have picked up 2 gallons of water, I would not have been able to get anything else, much less picking up the water from the basket and scanning it, and either carrying it in my arthritic hands out of the store or bending over and putting it back in the basket to carry it out of the store and picking it up again to put it into the car. My insurance wants me to use CVS, I'm assuming for bulkpricing reasons, but from now on I'll only be picking up prescriptions at the drive-through. Any other purchases I'll have to make at Walgreens or the grocery store. The store employees, and pharmacists, have always been polite. Not sure what's going on, maybe there were people out sick today with bird flu or something so if you were half people have to do more jobs. But since it's a self check out and somebody has to watch the front that one employee I saw in the store couldn't possibly have gone around and clean things up or put things on the shelves. I hope they get this resolved because this is a convenient store to my job and I would like to be able to visit it again. read more

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at the CVS drive-thru on 7/31/25 shortly after 12 PM. When I provided my ID for prescription pickup, the pharmacy technician, Hassan, questioned whether the photo was of me. I explained that it was, but that it was taken about 10 years ago. He then commented, "You must have gained a lot of weight." I was visibly upset and responded that his remark was inappropriate and unkind. While he did apologize, he attempted to excuse the comment by saying he was "just expressing himself," that he "didn't mean it like that," and that he had "learned his lesson." I told him there's simply no positive or professional way to interpret such a personal and hurtful statement. This level of insensitivity and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable--especially in a healthcare setting. I'm shocked that someone representing CVS would speak to a customer this way. I sincerely hope this is addressed, as no one should be made to feel embarrassed or judged while simply picking up a prescription. At this time, I cannot recommend this pharmacy based on my experience. read more

God forbid you have to work!!! The attitudes coming from these disgruntled employees is insane. I needed a pill which was behind the counter. After searching all over I asked the rude lady on the floor and she directed me to the front where the older male cashier rolled his eyes when I asked him to grab the box. Then while he was walking to it I said please grab the cheaper one because I do not know the brand name. After I had to repeat myself he said "well you said x". Well if you opened your ears you would've heard me say please grab the other box. Then I took it to self checkout because god forbid he have to press 3 buttons and hand me a bag! When their shitty receipt paper doesn't tear and falls out of the machine and from far away I hear "it says don't yank". Maam I pulled the receipt like I pull every other receipt. Fix your machine. I'm all for giving grace as people are probably just having a bad day but the yell from the back of the store was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I hope they close this store. Trash employees in a trash store. read more

This CVS is the worst with the coupons. They either don't scan or there's no ink and you can't get any coupons printed. The coupon machine doesn't work most of the time either. read more

This store is filthy and very over priced. The men and women bathroom signs have been taped over to say public and employees. The 'public' bathroom was disgusting. Pee on the baby changing table, trash full of feces and clothing, no soap or paper towels. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. It takes 3-4 weeks for them to fill any prescription. Nobody knows what's going on and can't provide any type of positive update. All they can tell is what they don't do or no. You'll see 3-4 "working" but there's a line of multiple people and they only talk to one at time. The whole staff is trash read more

Doctor sent script at 6:30, I received a text from CVS at 6:46 saying my script is being filled and to bring insurance cards. I get there at 6:55 and they refused to fill my script saying it would take too long they close at 7. Resulting in me going to the ER that night so that I can get treatment because it was an emergency and I couldn't wait until the next day. I understand people want to go home but a few extra minutes for an emergency situation would not have killed the staff member and their supervisor. Very distasteful. I mean honestly how long does it take to throw some pills in a bottle and slap the label on? Very self centered and uncaring, don't work in the health care field if you don't have any empathy towards what others are going through. read more

Did the photo print online got a notification from the store saying it was ready, was not ready when I got there. Employees where slow and unresponsive when having to the print the photos again. When I first came in the employee in the photo was casually using loud profanity talking to another employee. I really don't mind profanity but I thought it was pretty unusual, especially since I wasn't the only customer in the store. Then, the same employee refused to answer a simple question, and seemed annoyed that I was interrupting his profane discussion with the other employee. The question was "Can you look up something and see if you have it?" Another employee overheard the question and was about to attempt to look it up when this employee was very aggressive towards me, and told me if it's not on the shelf we don't have it. When I asked again if it was possible, the employee refused to look it up and also refused to answer the question if it was possible. If you'd like to see the interaction have a look at the store video near the front door around 11:50 p.m. on the date before the date of this review. You'll see the employee in the photo come at me physically very aggressively. He raises his voice and yells at me for no good reason. There's a reason this store has 2.7 stars. Terrible experience. Iw ent to the CVS today at 6:45pm because I had a 7pm appointment for my vaccine. When I got there, the pharmacist said that there were no vaccines given after 5pm. I insisted that I had an appointment. She said, "That shouldn't have happened." But it did happen. I explained thatI had gone to a lot of trouble to get there. She raised her voice and SNAPPED, "I'm here by myself. I can't help you." She didn't offer any other assistance. She didn't help me make another appointment. I have been using this pharmacy for 10 years. For the first 8 years, the pharmacists, and pharmacy staff were really on the ball and helpful. Nowadays, they have changed their staff and pharmacists. The best words to describe the new staff here would be apathy, incompitence, rude and just down right sorry. People get meds filled for many tyes of reasons - some are serious life threatening and/or painful ailments. Now those same people have to wait all day to be told there medicine is unavailable when the system clearly said it was ready and usually in a rude and dismissive manner, or online and phone orders would never register and seemingly discarded. Considering what pharmacies are responsible for, this CVS needs to be investigated. Oh and the retail side is sorry too. I wish they would tear it down and build a Walgreens. read more

Today I went into the store to stock up on some things. I had some rewards, coupons, and a cvs coupon for 30% off my entire transaction. Initially I rang myself up in self check but I forgot to put the 30% off coupon on the transaction. I got someone else to ring the transaction again to add the 30%, which he did, but didn't add all of my other discounts back on there again. Walking out the door looking at my receipt and obviously frustrated I was stopped by LaShanda and asked what she could do to help. She rung my transaction again and was diligent to make sure I got all of the discounts I qualified for. I appreciate her kindness, patience, and diligence. She is an asset to your team and turned a frustrated customer into a happy one. Major shout out to her! read more

The worst experience ever. I arrived at the store at 11:55pm after work, (which i left early to grab one item i needed) and they close at midnight. The door was locked and "Lisa" was extremely rude. She told me they were closed and i couldn't come in. After arguing with me for several minutes she told me to "go in and get it". She was extremely rude. I asked her what her name was 3 times and she blatantly ignored me, finally after the third time she said her name was Lisa. If the business store hours are posted, the doors should be open during those hours. It's extremely unprofessional and rude to close ahead of time. I understand people get over extended in the service industry, but if you sign up for a job it's your responsibility to your employer and your customers to keep the store open during business hours and treat people with respect. I couldn't find the item i needed and no one was willing to help me. Please re evaluate your staff at night and remind them what your business hours are. If you close at 11:55pm those hours should be posted. It would have been a very simple solution to unlock the door, point me in the direction of the item I needed and checked me out. Instead the staff chose the confrontational and rude route. Totally unprofessional, and unacceptable. read more

If I could give 5 stars for certain pharmacists, like McKenzie, I would. But it seems as soon as we get a pharmacist that gets the importance of the medication I need, they're gone. There have been several "floaters" that had no idea what they were doing and had a really bad attitude about their job. Others, like Winta, are wonderful. The inconsistency is maddening. The ordering system is horrible. This month is a prime example. They have been ordering this medication for over a week now. This system told me yesterday that it would be ready this morning. No, a floater ordered the wrong kind & the system doesn't tell McKenzie if, when, or if ever this medication is coming. And..yes, there's more, now they can't look in their system and tell me if another CVS has it. They used to be able to but no, let's find a way to make it even more scary, stressful, difficult and complete nonsense! Thanks CVS. read more

So sad this one is the closest to my home--might be well worth it to drive further for better service. I'm not sure who is staffing this location but they can't seem to keep up. Don't bother calling, I was on hold for an hour and no one ever picked up. I'm really not sure why they are so poorly run. If they have such new staff (which is what it seems like) they should have more people working to combat that. It was like not one prescription was ready when a customer came up...and I ended up waiting there an HOUR for them to then tell me they didn't have the prescription...didn't they know this when they looked in the system?! I've been going to this pharmacy for over four years and, until now, had always found all the employees very helpful and amiable. I went to the drive-thru pharmacy to pick up a prescription I knew to be ready. Contrary to that belief, I was told it was not ready but that it would take them five minutes to prepare. I said that was fine and I'd wait. The pharmacy guy--I think he was an intern--disappeared from the window and then quickly reappeared and asked if I could pull over into the parking area while the prescription was being prepared. I said if it's only going to take five minutes, I would just as soon wait at the window. I could hear a voice away from the window insisting that the intern "make" me move! Then the pharmacist on duty appeared and loudly, rudely said I had to move (emphasis on "had") because there was a car behind me. This is when it got crazy. The intern looked understandably uncomfortable and I'd been helped by this pharmacist on duty (bow tie and ever changing hair color guy) many times before. So the behavior caught me by surprise. I calmly explained to him that I wasn't going to move. Mind you, I've been in the line behind cars in this drive-thru plenty of times for 20 minutes or more and, honestly, only saw one guy ever being asked to park in the parking area. And from what i could tell, it was because he was just dropping off a prescription to be filled and that was going to take some time... but even then I'd waited 15 minutes! When it was obvious to bow tie guy that I wasn't going to move, he said he going to call security on me. The escalation was uncalled for, especially since the prescription could have been filled in the 15 minutes he was trying to move me away from the window. Then he does a bitch ass move by slamming the window in my face. Who does that to a customer??? So, unbeknowst to him, I had start calling the CVS customer service line (1-800-SHOP-CVS) on my cell and put the customer representative on speaker so they could hear this exchange in real-time. (I wanted them to know I wasn't making this up!) When I looked up from apprising customer service of the incident, security was at the window. (Again, another familiar, friendly face since I come to this store A LOT!) I didn't know she was security but she was certainly the voice of reason in the matter. I don't know what was said behind to closed window but when all was said and done, the prescription was filled and i was on my way. In summation, the incident was bizarre. Coming from home, I actually pass three CVS stores to get to this one. I like it because of the people (who also say hello the minute you walk through the doors) but this has left a bad taste in my mouth and, voting with my dollars, I think I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I've been going to this location for 3 years. I won't be returning. The oldest pharmacist is 34 years old and Emory has some sort of training program at this location. Stephen is the only one who is knowledgeable but unfortunately he has been taken over by the entitled millennial generation of pharmacists in training at this location. Bow-tie guy has no clue what he is doing at all. The final straw was "Centhia" that's not a misspelled name by the way. She was very upset the day after the presidential election and yelled at me and the woman before me. I wouldn't let this crew cut my grass much less fill my prescriptions. CVS corporate has been contacted and should be ashamed at the staff of this location. I hope MTV decides to make a a reality show involving millennial pharmacists. This placed would be ratings gold. You can't make the stuff up that these fake pharmacists would do. Customer Service is dead and CVS in Buckhead marks the tomb. read more

I'm not sure why every employee at this particular CVS pharmacy has been so rude lately. The current employees are nothing like the past ones. Every single time I've dropped off a prescription here there's been a problem (they do not offer any solution or help), they've always had a rude attitude, work at a snails speed without caring there's a line, and don't even acknowledge that I'm standing there waiting when I walk up. It blows my mind that being a regular customer, it's the same awful service every single time and that it takes over 2 hours to fill a prescription on occasions? The ONLY reason I come here is because it's across the street from my house. There's only one employee there (the female who usually works the window) that is friendly and actually smiles, and the other two employees that are inside are rude and have poor attitudes. The pharmacist (maybe Stephen?) has a very entitled attitude with no customer service whatsoever. There are way too many pharmacies in just a 2 mile radius to be dealing with this nonsense. Maybe they should spend more time waiting on and caring about customers rather than picking out what bow ties they want to wear. I will not be coming here anymore. read more
