I love this place! I moved out of state a few years ago and stop here on every visit back. This last visit I went twice. The crumb cake is the best I've had - gf or not. Their seasonal items have been a hit. This visit I picked up some savory food as well - I'd eat 100 of the beef & plantain empanadas. The staff is so helpful and honest, without being pushy. They make suggestions and don't rush anyone. Besides the food, my favorite thing about the bakery is that they are supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community. There is decor of a flag and pride knickknacks that always make me smile. It's important to know everyone is welcome and supported. If I had one criticism, it's that I wish it was a little cheaper. Eating gluten free is always so expensive. I know the labor is intensive and the products are pricier, but sometimes it would be nice to pay "regular" prices. Overall, this place is a win. I suggest it to anyone with celiac or a gluten intolerance. read more

Cute little gluten free bakery that's worth checking out if you're gluten free. My wife and I tried a double chocolate donut, a rainbow cookie donut, a piece of carrot cake, and a piece of blueberry cake. We really enjoyed the donuts and would recommend you get a couple if you come here! They were a nice texture and had good flavor. It also seems like they rotate in some fun options for them. We thought the carrot cake was fine. It tasted pretty good and texture was dense but still a bit moist like you'd want a carrot cake to be. It almost felt more like a carrot cake brownie if that makes sense. Unfortunately, we didn't like the slice of blueberry cake. It was too dense for us and also had a bottom crust that was too hard for our liking. Perhaps someone else would enjoy it, but it wasn't for us. Overall, this was a nice little spot that is worth checking out. I think we'd come back for some more donuts in the future! read more

An absolute delight!! I think a lot of what they do is order-ahead, but they actually have a great selection of ready-made food as well: both fresh-baked and frozen stuff. They are explicit about it being a 100% gluten-free establishment, and do a good job of labeling for other common allergens. They seem to consistently have some dairy-free offerings as well. Very reasonably priced -- I got a 6 pack of frozen pierogi (generously sized!), a cinnamon roll, a scone and a slice of crumb cake all for $25. Note that there isn't anywhere to sit, and it's not big on standing room either, but I think that's pretty standard issue for a bakery. I just want to start off saying. The food is great. The staff is Canberra friendly when they acknowledge your existence. Just flat out RUDE and this isn't the 1st time. We're they made me sit there and wait with no one in store. They didn't even pick there head up to say hi I will be with u in a minute. Only until a worker came from the back and said hi in front of as of way of saying hello there is a customer standing there waiting UNREAL. Just flat out rude who does that to someone. I worked in sale u always say hi I will be with u on a second if girl doesn't come out from back to say hi she would of let me still stand there and this was the owner that did this to me. Best danish I've EVER had, and I use to be able to eat gluten. I come here whenever I can and always grab a cinnamon roll too. VERY reasonable pricing for insanely good treats. Check out their refrigerated section too; the biscuits, the pirogies, the calzones. I LOVE THEM ALL. I've seriously never had something bad here. Very cute little spot. I stopped in prior to Christmas to grab a bunch of treats for my boss that cannot have gluten. I grabbed muffins, rainbow cookies, chocolate chip cookies and crumb cake. I wanted to try their bagels but didn't know they didn't sell them here, only to bagel spots around LI. I headed to one of the locations they sell to once I left here. He was most pleased with the crumb cake. I couldn't even tell it was gluten free. The bagels had good flavor but not exactly the chewy consistency of a regular LI bagel. I went before a family dinner about an hour before closing and some items like the apple pie doughnuts were already sold out! I wound up getting the soft dinner rolls, the baked pb&j, Oreo, and glazed sprinkle doughnuts along with a couple of red, white and blue cupcakes. We love everything! Last summer I had to switch to a gluten free diet, and I wish I had found No Gluten Kneaded when I started! I've never been much of a sweet tooth, but when you are limited with your diet, you start missing things. I stumbled upon this place by accident one morning, got a gluten free muffin for breakfast (something I hadn't found a tasty replacement for yet), and have been back multiple times since! It's so nice to go somewhere that everything on the menu if fair game again. They always post their weekly menu so you have an idea of what's available that week. They do pre-orders for holidays and special occasions as well - I've gotten some things to share with my family and everyone has been a fan! Besides desserts, pastries, and standard bakery items, they also make things like pizzas and empanadas. These are frozen so you can take them home and heat up at your leisure. Delivery Date: May 21, 2020 I finally found a gluten free bakery I can say I am 100% happy with! I asked in a group about a bakery with good gluten free donuts and no gluten kneaded was recommended to me. I made a big order to get free delivery. When I got the order I realized it was going to be too much for me to eat so I shared with another family I know who has a daughter that has to be gluten free. I still ate a pretty good share of what I ordered, and my MIL, hubs and son also ate a few things even though they aren't gluten free. The chocolate chip cookie dough was so great, made really awesome cookies. Chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven are something I love very much and to get them gluten free is definitely a treat. The donuts were incredible, the french bread was great, didn't crumble on me like other gluten free breads I've tried here and there. The cinnamon rolls were also delicious. The only thing I didn't eat yet was the lemon loaf cake I'm saving that to bring to my dad's on Memorial Day. I am so happy with this bakery, they are not near me but I may drive out to them sometimes and I'm happy to know delivery is an option if I pay the delivery fee or make a bigger order to get free delivery. A dedicated gluten free bakery is a breath of fresh air for a celiac. They have a constantly changing schedule to keep you coming in to try new things. I've enjoyed a variety of treats from their shop- irish soda bread, muffins, key lime pie, donuts,, cinnamon rolls, stromboli... probably more. No complains with any of the food. As someone with Celiac Disease this bakery was life-changing. No gluten kneaded has some of the best baked goods that I have ever had! Even my family members who are able to eat gluten tried all of my treats and agreed that they were better than anything they've ever had from a regular bakery. I was so very impressed with the quality and flavor of the food, we bought an assortment of items and I had to try them to see the difference. The Muffins & Doughnut were really good; I don't think I would have known the difference. The cookies had a different chew to them but I was still completely satisfied with them. I'm celiac and was so happy to find this place! I took home and tried a variety of items: cookie, donut, cupcake, buns, French bread loaf and bagels (distributed by a nearby bagel shop). Here's a breakdown of my thoughts: * Bagels: Really good! Will definitely get again! * Buns: Also very good, way bette than store-bought * French loaf: Great flavour, can be eaten without toasting, which is rare for gluten-free bread. * Donut: Not so good, was mushy and mealy and leeched out some kind of liquid. The frozen store ones are better. * Cupcake: Too sweet, almost flavourless--all I could taste was sickeningly sweet sugar. Won't ever get those again. * Cookie (frosted): Again way too sweet. No other flavours came through and I did not care for it. The sweets were the only reason I didn't give a 5. The texture was weird and there was no flavour other than sweet. She and I both enjoy baking breads, cakes, cookies and pies from scratch. And as someone who likes to bake, No Gluten Kneaded exceeded our expectations. I don't know how the bakers do it! Anything I've tasted to this date, gluten free desserts or foods have been terrible. And extremely overpriced for tiny portions from a supermarket. At No Gluten Kneaded bakery expect to pay about the same as from a very high quality bakery. Worth it! I'm going back and ordering for not just special occasions. And as a courtesy, please do not bring in any outside food into store. As a person with celiac disease, I appreciate that they strive to maintain a wheat free environment for our safety.
