Surprisingly this road has much more traffic than you'd expect for a middle-of-nowhere gas station! The convenience store is clean and signs adequately indicate that masks are required and social distancing must be maintained. This alerted the technician of my arrival. I was called back right away. Given the symptoms I have experienced which included a sore throat, coughing, and muscle aches, I was tested for covid, flu, and strep. Thankfully all three test came back negative. I was told it was a viral respiratory infection/bronchitis. I really loved my experience at the clinic, which was easy and seamless. She prescribed a cough suppressant so I popped over to the pharmacy to pick it up and it was ready when I arrived at the counter. The only concern and annoyance I observed is that the pharmacy line went unanswered. That didn't affect me, but had I been the caller, I would have deducted a star.

The potato wedge was a bit soft. I put it in my air fryer for 10 minutes to make it crispy. The workers at the hot bar are awesome. If there is an issue, they'll let you know. They have allowed substitution when they were out of what I ordered. The inside of the store is kept neat. I also want to highlight that Royal Farms has the lowest gas in the area. I was surprised to discover that their gas was 20 cent per gallon less than other nearby gas stations. I will now plan my monthly visit to include my tank fill up too.

I was scared, stressed, and completely out of insulin after another Walgreens closed hours earlier than advertised. Ian spoke to me with such kindness and steadiness. He said, "Miss Walton, let me see if I can help you out," and those words alone calmed me. Then he came back with, "Great news... we've got several extra Lantus pens in inventory." He didn't stop there. He told me he'd try to push it through, and when he returned with, "Great news, Ms. Walton! I was able to push it through for you! We've got you covered," I genuinely felt the weight lift off my chest. People like Ian make all the difference in the world. He turned a crisis into relief with compassion, competence, and heart.
