DO NOT shop here!!!!! They have the prices on everything jacked up so high. More than the CVS that I normally go to in Frisco and waaayyy more than Walmart. Had to get a generic pain reliever for my Mother late one evening & this was the closest place to her that was still open. What would have cost $5 at Walmart was $11 here. The lady at the pick up/drive area is weird, she was lowkey rude, I told her "I HAVE a prescription ORDER" she didn't not once open the little window, which is fine lol, it's just weird. She looks up a prescription and tells me there's nun under my name, and I'm like "yeah ik, I have a paper the doctor gave me to take anywhere" and she's like this order "is not ready yet" and I'm like (in my head) well duh?? Absolutely the worst pharmacy on the planet one month to transfer a prescription from Walgreens to here with multiple conversations with the pharmacist and they can't get it done. If I could give no stars I would. Checked in via my phone like I was prompted to, was told 15 mins after my apt by Sarah Ho that because we didn't use the kiosk to check in that we would t be seen. When I asked her to elaborate why & showed her my check in confirmation she hid in an exam room for 15 additional mins until I knocked & was then turned away by Peter Tran because they're computer didn't receive our check in. Both Sarah & Peter spoke over me and we're very unhelpful and lacking information to justify. I'm immediately changing pharmacy locations and never returning here. Me and my friend gave the covid PCR test for upcoming travel at the same time, but at the different locations, he got his test result one day earlier than me and I am sitting here trying to figure out how to get the result. One of the larger CVS locations I've been to, it's located off of 121. The workers are hit or miss, sometimes kind sometimes rude, really just depends. I do recommend signing up for the CVS card cause it's free and you can rack up coupons and cvs extra bucks. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You call the pharmacy for a quick question and they put you on hold for more than 30 minutes. When you go into the store they are standing behind the desk chit chatting with each other even though there about 5 cars in the drive thru, a line for their pharmacy and probably 3 calls on hold. They don't get things done efficiently and it's extremely frustrating. New staffing is needed. Negative stars if possible because i've never been able to work with them in a timely manner and I've never been on the phone less than 30 minutes with them. Let me just say, I've always preferred Walgreens over CVS. But thanks to my job insurance, my scripts are no longer covered at Walgreens. So I walked in to CVS the other morning to get some OTC meds. Well, they were having some great deals on all sorts of items! (Makeup, body wash, etc!) So the savings were only allowed with a CVS care card, which i did not have. So I was thinking, "okay, they will ring me up and I can sign up for a card." No. I get there, and the lady Rings me up to somewhere around $96 bucks. She then asks, "do you have a CVS card?", And I tell her "no". Then she says, "are you sure?" Huh? Yes, I'm sure. I told her that I don't have one, and that I would like one. She continues about her business and totals me out. I pay my hundred bucks for silly toiletries and feel completely gouged as I walked out. I should have just left the items and walked away. I went home, and signed up myself online. No thanks to the help of ANY CVS employee anywhere. read more

Lennie is the worst "manager" I have ever had contact with. I waited to be called to the line as a good customer should do, and she peered from her readers scolding me, saying if your ready you need to step up to the counter. I said I was waiting to see if you were ready I wasn't sure since you have a mess and all this food on the counter. she checked me out tossing my items in the bag and then when I left rudely told me she would take the basket back as I was already pushing to the area to put it up. I mainly use CVS for the pharmacy, so this is a pharmacy review. This location usually has a good stock of meds. They also have a great system of automatic renewal and phoning your doctor on your behalf. However, when it comes to speediness of service, that is way lacking. I don't know if it's lack of staff, but it sometimes takes 5 minutes or longer just to be acknowledged. And once acknowledged, not even an I'm sorry for the wait or thank you for waiting or any normal courtesy. It's probably unfair because not all staff members are this way, but somebody really needs to work on their friendliness. read more

He has high blood pressure and needed his meds, Chai took the time to find ways for us to lower our Rx bill since we no longer have insurance. Do not come here. I went to this pharmacy for upwards of 7 years, my mother went on and off for closer to a decade but only when it was absolutely necessary because she hated this location so much, and a few of my friends went a couple times before vowing to never return. Staff is always rude every single time, doesn't matter who it is, to everyone I know who's been here. They will make you wait in the drive through for fifteen or twenty minutes without any acknowledgement and when they finally come to help you they act like you being there is an inconvenience to them. From inside the store while having a completely separate issue with the pharmacy I watched as the girl supposedly working drive through stood on her phone in the same spot for 20 min or so while the drive through bell rang multiple times, she didn't move to even greet them until the manager told her to. I have several personal anecdotes about how awful this location has treated my mother, my friends and I but it's too much to post here. My favorite easiest to articulate story is the time a younger male employee at the drive through wouldn't stop hitting on and repeatedly asking for my friend's number, despite her making it clear she was not interested. He stalled by not giving her her medicine so he could continue to come onto her until an older man walked closer at which point he stopped, probably to avoid getting in trouble, but not without writing his number on her prescription receipt first. Extremely unprofessional and concerning, especially because he had access to her personal information. Not sure if it's relevant but she was even more uncomfortable because the medicine she was picking up was birth control. That was a year or so ago so not sure if he still works there read more

Absurd!! First - in February I was returning a few items and "manager Brandon" told me the only way I could receive a refund was by using a cvs gift card. Odd! But after waiting 20 minutes trying to get this taken care of, I gave in. He then scans a gift card and says out loud "weird, it didn't scan". He then proceeded to scan a second card and hands me that card. Come to find out - he gave me a blank card with a $0 balance! Brandon kept the funds for himself. I was told by another CVS that I could only get this taken care of at that location. I finally make my way back to the original CVS and an alternate manager attempted to help. Nothing is what she did! I stood at the register with my receipts in hand and she looked clueless on how to help me. This lady told me that she can only refund me again but I must present the items. Well, comes to find out that this location no longer carries the Olay razors. Instead of trying to further assist me, she asked me to step aside so she can attend other customers. Are you freaking kidding me???!! I've been waiting for 20 minutes to get this resolved, I was in line prior to anyone else, am I not a customer? At that moment I tried to keep calm and requested to ask for my receipt along with the fake gift card back so I can handle it with corporate...well, now she doesn't know which gift card it was! Ha, this is just great! She had mixed it in with the other gift cards. Absolutely ridiculous- no help whatsoever! Management at this location is clearly an issue. Never will I return! read more

I expect CVS to be open either 24 hours or at the VERY least 7am. At 8:09 am 4 cars sat in the parking lot, mine included, waiting on the store to open at 8:30??!? This review is actually for the minute clinic. I saw Josephine today. Unfortunately I didn't check in online so the wait time was a little over an hour ( only because I came right before they closed for lunch). I went in the room that was very clean and organized. Josephine was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, and HONEST. Turns out what I thought was a chest cold was the FLU! I never had a flu test and although it was a bit uncomfortable she talked me through it the entire time. Also my insurance covers this as a "sick visit" and not "urgent care" so I only came out of pocket $30. I definitely recommend for a quick office visit if you are feeling under the weather. First time here, my son had a cough, it was after hours so I though we'd give this place a try. The wait time is extremely long, they have a computer where you check in so you can also see what position you are in and how many others are ahead of you. Turns out we could have gone across the street ate dinner and been back before they ever even got to us. After waiting 2 hours it was finally our turn (we were the last patient for the evening), we went in to this small room about the size of a closet with at bed/table that folded down from the wall. She did a quick exam, listened to his chest, asked some questions (about 10 mins or less). She wasn't able to help us because they can only treat a limited amount of certain ailments. She informed us that all she could suggest is to buy some specific cough medicine for the night and she was insistent on taking him to our regular doctor the next day. Even going as far as to tell me she thinks it's pneumonia. Which my 8 year old overheard and the rest of the evening he was telling everyone he had "ammonia". Lol. Anyway this super cough medicine was only 2 aisles over... 2 hours for a $12 bottle of cough medicine. At the very least my insurance covers this clinic at 100% so no money out of pocket... just time lost. I wont' say never but I don't anticipate going back to this clinic. read more

The pharmacy staff are always working hard to fill prescriptions and assist customers. One individual, Michael, had excellent customer service and went up and beyond his coworkers in providing the utmost assistance for the customer, in this case me. He brought out multiple options of what I needed and did not stop until he was satisfied with getting the correct one. read more

I will never step foot into this CVS again. I was going to move my location that I have my CVS at and ran into a major frustrating problem with the pharmacist. I was told it would be easy and all I had to do was tell them i wanted to make this store the place i pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacist I dealt with told me in a raised voice the things they require for me to do which was not at all what I was told by the pharmacist at the other location. I will never buy another thing at this location even though it is closer to me than the one I am at currently. The pharmacist should have been nicer and worked with me on moving my CVS to this store. I recommend filling your scripts somewhere else if you want to protect your personal information. Lacy, the tech was the meanest person I have ever met, forcing my infant son and I out of the drive thru line because we had been at the window for 2 minutes and apparently it is "CVS policy that you cannot be at the window for longer than 2 minutes." The drive thru is supposed to be convent for mothers, but she obviously didnt care that I had to wake my ill son up because she didnt feel like doing her job the right way. The male pharmasist is also cold and uncaring. Terrible location, terrible people. These people are in the wrong profession, they do not wish to help people. read more

I needed a prescription filled and I was only given one month's supply, when at my previous store I was given 3 months supply. I didn't think anything of it since in the past , I was also given also 1 months supply. When it came time for a refill, I was told that my next refill was not until March ( it is January now). I was transferred to who I am guessing is a supervisor, she never identified herself or gave me her name. She asked me why I had not said anything before about this. She told me that in her system it said they game me 3 and they have no way to verify that I was telling the truth ( I guess they do not do inventory checks) By this time, I did not like the attitude she had towards this and I was not understanding why I was going to be out of 2 months of my prescription for a mistake that they made. She asked me to bring in the bag in which the prescription came in, I told her I did not keep that, I normally do not keep the wrapping for the thing I buy. She said she would call me back later, however, I had to follow up with her later in the day. She said she would give me the other 2 months of prescription but that I needed to be aware that she was taking my word. She never apologized, didn't really seem to want to hear what I had to say and said that they fill prescriptions all day long and that I really should be checking that they fill it correctly. I also couldn't find an email or phone number for the store manager to make a complaint. Only giving this review 2 stars because I ended up getting my prescription. read more
