But I guess you are paying for convenience. Parking is ample and well lit, and the automatic doors makes entry and egress a breeze. Eek. But otherwise, as a convenience store CVS, this place is great. Larry the manager is always extremely talkative and friendly, and all of the other staff in the front are great. They make a point of saying hi to everyone who walks in. The CVS doesn't have a cooler case like a lot do, which is a downside. However for being in a city it always seems clean and well stocked. They renovated it a few months ago and got rid of some of the cases and stands in the front, a needed improvement so people have a place to stand in line -- also looks cleaner. Always efficient and helpful. Not 24 hours so check hours before you go!

Come inside." I had my dog in the car and temperatures were in the high 70s so I had to leave. Went back today 5 cars ahead of me and 2 behind and after 30 minutes they waited only on one 1 car. People walked in and out and were being given priority. I could not park because I was blocked in. Once a parked car moved I left. MOVING MY PRESCRIPTIONS. Already a pain to go there because road construction on 91 backs you up into one lane.

I don't know how to describe this place, except to say that this is what general shopping was like in the 1970s-1990s. They literally sell just about anything, from a limited selection of produce to engine oil to toys to clothing to lawn care items. You can even rent DVDs here. And of course they have a pharmacy. Prices are usually slightly higher than other places, but they commonly have specials and sales. They are always open- if you need batteries on Christmas morning, Drug Mart is your place. (Although if I ever go on a holiday I always give the cashier a $20 bill because I feel guilty they are working.)
