Very good store. Has everything I need, staff is helpful and considerate. I'm glad they're here.

I'm conflicted about giving them one star. On the one hand I appreciate the fact that this store exists in Chagrin. If you need certain items like nail clippers it's nice that there is a place within walking distance that has them. But that's about all they have going for them. It is beyond understaffed. This is not the employees fault, I get that. But the line is always do long. Like you need to budget ten minutes of line time. Even though there are never many customers. And often because they will have only one non-pharmacy employee in the store, they will be stocking or something so you get to stand around waiting for someone to check you out. Again, not the employees fault, but still makes for an awful experience, When it comes to the actual pharmacy, it's a whole other level of incompetence. I can't even describe the number of times they have made errors. (Not the wrong meds thank gosh, but not billing the correct insurance and stuff like that.) And you would think that if you called in a refill before 8 AM that it would be ready by 6 PM. Nope. I hate to say it, but this CVS is truly awful. It's the worst CVS I've ever been to, and we all know CVS is generally awful so that is saying something. read more

I just left my doctors office and was stressed from the session when I decided to pick up my scripts that had been called into this pharmacy. It's a large store. They have quite a selection of whatever you might need and on top of that they're right next door to Heinen's, which is a wonderful store. While I was picking up my script, the druggist suggested I update my annual shots which I did to get that out of the way. On the way out I saw and bought a number of things I needed because of the vast diversity of what they carry. I am pleased at the store's location and its service. I do not understand how other reviewers gave such nasty reviews. They all must have been having a really bad day. read more

This is the only drug store in Chagrin Falls Exterior/Location: A brick building strip mall off Main Street. Located next to the closed Giant Eagle. Interior: Plain and very in need of renovation. Poorly lit store. Tired old carpeting. If I didn't know better, I'd think they were waiting out their lease to close. Usually not terribly organized. Vibe/Ambiance: I go here only if I have to. Certainly not my preferred drug store. No ambiance here. Staff: usually older individuals. They are always under staffed. Clientele: could be anyone in the area. Keep in mind, it's the only drug store in downtown Chagrin Falls... So we all go there when we are in a pinch. Price: I check out the CVS specials. Must get items: I would saw get some great lipsticks or something on sale. Look for the buy 1 get one 1/2 off. Why I love or hate it: I wish it were more updated. The selection is adequate. Not even clean. I have long avoided this store because it is understaffed, the employees are generally not very nice (probably because there aren't enough of them) and it usually a mess with half-unloaded or empty cartons in the aisles. Waiting at the pharmacy yesterday, hearing about several botched/missing prescriptions and looking at the dusty pharmacy countertop behind a low wall of toilet paper that apparently can't fit else where, I can't see myself going back. If I need a prescription, I usually have it sent to the Woodmere store. read more

This is a nice cvs. They aren't the biggest of the stores but this place has the local feel. There are the sweet little ladies at the front desk that may be a bit slower than usual, but they are so nice and helpful. They have nice cards and great candy. This is a quick and convenient place to run in and grab a gift card and greeting card and go on your way . read more

Be careful of the food you purchase here. I have stopped in 3 time and looked at various products. They were ALL out of date. (Milk, cookies, chips, etc). They were very nice about refunding my money the first time and I have not purchased anything there since, but I always look when I go in and items are mostly out of date. read more

If I could give a 0 star rating, that's exactly what we would give this place. This review is coming from a medical office that calls in Rx's to this pharmacy often. The pharmacists here are flat out RUDE and inconsiderate. They are not helpful and should be ashamed of their customer service skills. Management is not helpful with complaints, either - tried that! I would never call another Rx in to this pharmacy ever again if I had the choice. We hate everything about dealing with this place. CVS should really think about replacing their pharmacy staff. The minute clinic "nurse" on new years eve was beyond mean and rude. I had been sick through the holidays and finally needed to see a medical professional so I went online and made an appointment at the minute clinic in Chagrin. I arrived for my appointment literally 3 minutes late and checked in on the computer. I waited in the chair (sick and miserable) for 35 minutes. She came out of the room and looked at me and said "no way will see you" before I said ONE WORD. She was so mean - I left and sat in the car crying (mostly because I was sick and I went there for help.) I couldn't believe someone in the health care industry could be so hurtful. I would have been fine if she said something like "I am sorry but it's too late." read more

The pharmacist and the technicians are the absolute worst here! Rude unhelpful and unapologetic. Go to Bainbridge or Solon or better yet Walgreens if you can. This place is an absolute mess! I will say the people in the front of the store are great!!! read more

For the second time I have had a delay getting a flu shot at this location. The flu customer is last in line behind phone calls and their prescription filling duties. This is the last time here for me for a flu shot read more
