When I arrived, only one of the prescriptions was filled as a 30‑day supply instead of the 90‑day supply I had confirmed. I repeatedly explained that I had called ahead and verified the quantity. I was frustrated and confused, especially when I was told that if I accepted the box, I would have to wait three months before receiving the full prescription again. Rather than providing a clear explanation, the pharmacist stood there pounding on the box of insulin and said, "DO YOU WANT THIS OR NOT." Insulin is essential for my survival, and I felt pressured into making a choice without proper information or support. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no empathy, no respect, and no attempt to help me understand the situation.

Another couple was coming out as I was walking in. I needed passport photos taken and she said they didn't take them at this location. I asked if she knew about any near by CVSs that do take passport photos. She just kind of said "yeah idk" and I went on my way. I found another CVS 5 mins away that took my photos. My fault for not calling and checking a head of time. I ended up going to the CVS in Henderson (called a head and checked) and that same couple I saw earlier was there ... I'm guessing she brushed them off as well. This type of "don't care" customer service really irks me.
