Review for Minute Clinic I would have given a half star or even lower if it was allowed. I just got back from the Minute Clinic. Two and a half hour wait for a flu shot. People ahead of me were waiting for over three hours. When I reached the clinic - I signed in at the the kiosk outside the clinic . The automated kiosk asked me to enter my cell phone so that I can get a text message 30 minutes before my appointment . I did not get any text message . I returned to the clinic after two hours, the kiosk said that it would be an hours wait for my appointment. I picked up some groceries in CVS and returned to the Clinic to find that the nurse practitioner closing the clinic. When I asked her about the 60 minute wait time that the automated kiosk was showing for my appointment - her response was that she does control and information shown on the kiosk is not her problem . The lady was was rude and had no consideration for the amount of time spent waiting by me or by other patients. I am thankful that I went to the clinic to get a flu shot and not to get treated for an ailment. If you are sick please go to another Clinic if you expect tot be treated read more

I went to this cvs for the fist time to go to the minute clinic for an ear infection. When the nurse practitioner called on us she immediately said that my mother was not allowed in. My mother is almost blind and has a guide dog. The nurse was not comfortable with dogs so she wouldn't let her in, which by the way is illegal. I know it's hard when you are afraid of dogs, but she had no right to not let my mom in. It's the same as for example not letting someone in for their race because they are scared of that race. I personally think that she should not be allowed to work there. Unfortunately because of people being scared of dogs this happens a lot to us. read more

Go to check out at CVS, they ring eyeshadow full price, sign says 50% off. Manger tells me is broken English "learn to read the sign", uncalled for since they messed up. I apologies. Then, go back and bring the 50% sign up to the register and bring same eye shadow w/ stick bring to front register! Got my 50% off! Did not get my$3 off coupon. Rude unprofessional! I went to pickup my prescription after receiving a message that it was ready, waited 40 minutes in line, leaving without my prescription. Several more messages and went back to pick-up being told that I already picked it up and that they could not refill. Saying that I have had 3 refills since June and I have only picked up the original. They are crooks in that pharmacy, receiving money from my insurance company. I will never use that pharmacy again. read more

This review is for minute clinic. The staff has been completely unprofessional. The doctor placed a sign at 200pm saying that she was taking a lunch break, only to emerge 30 minutes later from her office to tell us that she has not taken a break yet. Afterward, she disappeared for an hour. Our current wait is at 2hrs right now. read more

I had my prescriptions filled at the pharmacy at the Giant grocery store until recently my insurance company didn't give me a choice. Ever since I've transferred my prescriptions it's been extremely frustrating dealing with this CVS. Either their phones are working or they're out of stock of the medications or it takes them 3 - 4 days to fill a prescription after I request the refill. I miss Giant pharmacy! read more

Every other CVS pharmacy I've been to, I've been shorted medication, or they didn't have the medication in stock.. It seemed like there was always something when it came to trying to fill my prescriptions at other CVS locations (cough*pickwick*cough) but this pharmacy is always efficient and extremely helpful. Especially Shea! He is the reason I'm giving 5 stars, he always goes above and beyond to help each customer individually. I will only ever come here for prescriptions again!! read more

I went to the minute clinic yesterday (thanksgiving) for coughing spasms. I explained to the NP that I have sinus issues and had been doing sinus rinses. She prescribed some cough medicine which is supposed to help if you have bronchitis, pneumonia, etc. My cough is due to post nasal drip because of my sinuses, nothing involving my lungs. I'm worse today than yesterday....I guess I'll have to go to my regular doctor. Hopefully they'll prescribe something that will actually get to the root issue of the problem. I have been using the pharmacy for about 3 years. Every month I go in and get my prescription for pain medicine filled. I see the same pharmacist every time, he has always has always been been very nice. I have never had a problem....until today I went to the store and the pharmacist said he need a diagnostic code and would not fill the prescription. He said I would have to get the diagnostic code and come back. I went home got the code came back. There was a different pharmacist and he did not want the code. He will not not fill it without verifying with the doctor that the doctor really wanted me to have this prescription and the amount written. Despite the fact that he could see my record of the past 3 years, he did not want to fill my prescription. Soo...he called the doc, the doc told him it was fine, he continued to question saying he was concerned about the DEA, etc..etc. Does anyone know what is going on? read more

I am a long time CVS customer and have had wonderul pharmacy experiences until now. The Greenbriar location is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are so rude when interacting with customers and are no where close to helpful. I have given this location multiple chances at fulfilling my orders and each experience is just as bad as the previous one. read more

This is the worst possible place to print your photos. I sent my pictures online yesterday and till today I have not received any photos. I spoke with Annie and then Chris who told me that the pictures will be ready the same day and they never were. How pathetic. I finally spoke with Anil the manager who told me today that it is still in print and that there was some problem with the order. Very very bad service. I would not recommend this place at all specially for photos. read more

I visited the CVS minute clinic today and I'm extremely pleased with their services. When we arrived we first signed in with the kiosk. I entered my information and my phone number so that the the automated system would text my number 30 minutes before my appointment and tell me to return to CVS. I received a text message and after a short wait I was warmly greeted by NP, Lupa Shafer. She was extremely polite, professional and very kind. She dealt with all my insurance info very fast, so she had plenty of time to discuss and treat me. She listened to everything I had to say and was able to give me all the information I needed. I am very happy with my visit with her and will return if I ever need to in the future. read more
