Yet when timing is important, this works fine. What a clean store this is. Friendly employees as well. The mile long receipts are impressive. Can't make that stuff up, but got a $5 off of a $25 coupon. That helps. Parking is plentiful, and this store helps. read more

Chaotic mess. Employees constantly apologizing to customers. This is a dangerous place. They have with held my treatment and caused a significant delay in care due to the incompetence of CVS systems. Each time they text me that my rx is ready. I go there, and it's not. The most dangerous experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. The drive-thru needs to be changed to the " circle around the parking lot for 15-20 minutes until they can get their act together. I feel so bad for the employees. They are under trained and overwhelmed. I transferred all my meds to Giant pharmacy after explaining my grave concerns to the pharmacist. They did not transfer all my meds, AND the next day CVS texted that my meds are ready! OMG! It's almost as if they are TRYING TO aggravate costumers. Never stepping foot into another CVS. The pharmacist (middle aged Asian guy) is a complete jerk. Rude to employees, customers and anyone needing help. I pick up twice a month and every single time, he is rude. He might be stressed, overworked but it does not excuse his behavior. The medical field needs high EQ individuals. read more

This branch sucks. They want you to use the app to refill meds. I did that noting i needed it earlier due to international travel. Showed up two days ahead of travel to get and they didn't have it I was told by 11 am. The day before travel. Called that day. Was told 3. Showed up at 5 and they still didn't have. It's in the store jsut the prescription has not been filled. And it might by closing. This is blood pressure meds that I need for over seas travel. My family will sue cvs if I die overseas. Pharmacy is terribly rude and unhelpful. Have had great experience at minute clinic, but the pharmacy is consistently out of stock on medications but doesn't update their systems so I get alerts saying prescriptions are ready for pick up and then they don't have them when I show up. I've been told they are transferring medications and then arrived at new location and told it was never sent. When I called back to try understand where I can get my son's medication and explained my confusion and frustration I was hung up on by staff member. It's incredibly frustrating that for something as important as receiving medication that they are so careless. read more

The people at the counter are not very customer service oriented . I was at the store yesterday and a person walked in asking about travel related covid testing..the person at the counter kept saying you have to book the test online.. I understand that majority of transactions are now done online but there were hardly any customers there and I don't understand why someone couldn't schedule the test ? Going digital does not mean you can forgo helping customers that don't have the ability to go online /have the means or knowledge to use technology. read more

I have struggled with this pharmacy for three years for my senior mother. Prescriptions are delayed or lost on a regular basis. They do not work well with any doctors' offices. It took *4 months* to get routine diabetes testing supplies. They won't contact Medicare with coverage issues. I can't get them to stop automatic refills of meds she stopped taking years ago. I recently called with three requests; they met one and forgot the other two, including filing a partial script that was urgently needed. The pharmacists themselves seem very nice but appear terribly overworked. The entire pharmacy closes for an hour in the middle of the day because EVERYONE takes lunch at the same time. My mother's doctors, caregivers, and hospice staff have all told me this is the worst pharmacy in the area. I couldn't agree more. read more

Worst possible customer service. Avoid at all cost they practically ignore you when you asked for help they told me to 'can you wait' while they guy kept talking to his other colleague. Best part is at checkout I was only customer they looked at me said and just do self checkout and walk away. Horrible will never come back and also moving my prescriptions. read more

I dropped my prescription last evening (Mar 9th 2020). The pharmacist with bald head (not clerk) drop me a pen ask me to write my home address to my prescription slip with not friendly manner. He is not even verify my ID. I told him patient not suppose to write or add something on doctor's prescription and he should verify my ID at first place but he didn't. This CVS pharmacy is not even comparable with Costco pharmacy from my past experience. I needed a passport photo in a hurry. I called, made an appointment, and went to the CVS. The clerk taking the photo was friendly, efficient, and very courteous. It wasn't a difficult task, but the cordial service was greatly appreciated. I am a satisfied customer. read more

This CVS has all the essentials - but most of all I'm a fan of the drive thru pharmacy! Their pharmacists are always helpful and on point, and you're able to take other purchases to the check out counter (inside). Generally speaking, they are faster than the front check out, which often gets bombarded since this location seems to always be understaffed. Thankfully, it's always clean and parking is ample. I am writing this post on behalf of my boyfriend. I was on speaker phone through the whole conversation. My boyfriend has been a member of CVS pharmacy for many years. Yesterday he went to this CVS location to pick up his medicine, whereas he received a text informing him that it was ready for pick up. However, when he arrived, it was not ready for pick up and he had to wait for the medication to be mixed. Then in a rush he purchased the medication not looking at his receipt. Next day, today, he checked his bank account and realized that he was charged over $200 for his medication, although he has insurance. In turn, he contacted the pharmacy, via phone, informing them of his issue (I was not on the phone). They informed him that they will not be able to take the medicine back due to it already being mixed, however he still wanted his refund because prior, he always paid less than $20 for his medicine which he's been taking for many years (and they confirmed that). He went to the CVS pharmacy and spoke with Pinky (the pharmacist) and explained his situation. She was not happy where she even stated, "I don't have to deal with this crap!" We understand people have a bad day, but her attitude was very rude and unprofessional to him. We couldn't understand why she was rude when he was not rude to her. She proceeded to process his refund and stated, "I'm not refilling this prescription anymore!" and walked away from the counter. As she walked away, he asked her, "Miss thank you for the pen, where would you like me to put it?" and without turning around and continuing to walk away, she responded with an attitude, "Just put it on the desk!" Question, "Why would I return a medication that I have been taking for years whereas now I will have to get it refilled somewhere else? Obviously it was because of the amount he paid and nothing more. Regardless of the reason, he did not deserve to get treated the way she treated him. Furthermore, as a pharmacist, her customer service was very unprofessional. read more

I have access to many of other CVS Stores in the area, but I cannot compare the courtesy of the staff at this pharmacy. They are always willing to serve you well and accommodate your needs. Many times a pharmacist has stopped what they are doing, just to walk me through the aisle and help me find what I need. They're great! read more
