The employees are really literally dumb beyond belief, the store inside and out is filthy dirty, the prices are not good, and the shoppers are the derelicts of the community. We saw people stealing, riding carriages, hanging out in the store, eating food off the self, using deodorant. Walmart Bingo was however easy to complete in under 10 minutes. True Story.

One customer is picking up an order of some sort, one lady needs change, one person doesn't want to use the kiosk and then more people come over. Apparently the store runs on one cashier and a floor person on a busy Saturday. People walking in and out, and not an employee in sight, not a great idea for inventory control. Employees were nice when they came over but I saw no manager and there were too few employees to adequately help customers and run the store. I wish I could say it was a great experience....

We waited over two weeks for an inhaler with one of the larger chain pharmacies telling us every day that it would be in "tomorrow". I finally started calling around and Carrell Pharmacy said they have it. They worked with me in how to get the prescription sent from the doctor, how to pay over the phone & it was ready to be picked up in a couple of hours. Everyone I spoke with is really nice but Liz is my superstar. Hopefully the inhaler will start to work soon & we'll all be able to breathe easy. I'd recommend Carrell Pharmacy to everyone. I have had several opportunities in the past five months for them to earn some sort of positive review and they failed miserably each and every time. Don't bother leaving your number for the callback option because they will never call back, I am 0 for 8 in that department with this group and the three times I actually spoke to a person and they said they were going to call me back, that never happened either. The one time I did get a call back was today after contacting them three times earlier and they called me back to let me know that they missed their opportunity to deliver the prescription to me so I have to drive 1.5 hours each way to go pick it up tomorrow morning, which postpones our vacation plans. Having told them over and over the past three weeks that we needed this vacation allotment because we're going to be out of the country, they assured us over and over again that it was not going to be a problem until of course, when at the last second, it became a big, big problem. If I ever have the option to procured the business of a different pharmacy and give them a chance to do what RX To Go was supposed to be doing, I would do it in a heartbeat. They truly just do not seem to care, so if you have the chance, I recommend you avoid them because I'm pretty sure you're here because you need this stuff as I do. Their notes aren't being read correctly or some other thing makes you believe they have no brain. Eighty-percent of my shipments have been late. There's always some excuse. One time I was told that it was on its way, and it had never left their warehouse. No cancer patient should have to deal with the incompetency that is forced on you by this place. I may have to switch clinics from Florida Cancer Specialists to Moffit or UF if this continues. I am OVER being patient with the nonsense.
