I've used CVS at Heritage Trace Pkwy. The Pharmacists were always friendly and helpful.

Pharmacy department doesn't know how to bill Tricare prescriptions correctly and I had to go elsewhere for my medication.

My doctor sent a prescription in to the CVS Pharmacy at Heritage Trace and Harmon Rd. My husband picked it up within the hour. I needed a birthday card and present for a 2 year old. Found the perfect gift. In and out within 30 minutes. We have used this CVS since it has opened. Happy we have a good drug store over on this side of town. read more

This CVS pharmacy has let us down multiple times. You cannot take them at their word. The most recent situation, they told us that the medicine would be ready in an hour and that they would text us. Text never came. We went the next day assuming it was ready. It was not. They said they don't know what happened with someone else yesterday, but give them two hours. We call several hours later to find out they weren't going to fill it due to needing info from the Dr. But now we are after hours and cannot do anything. Where is the communication? The first person should have reached out to let us know. The second person should have reached out to let us know. This isn't the first time for this to happen at this location. They consistently fail and unfortunately we will have to try another CVS with hopefully more competent employees as CVS has a pharmaceutical monopoly. read more

The store part of the pharmacy itself isn't bad. It's small but they have the essentials in a pinch. The truly sh*tty part about this location is the pharmacy itself. Multiple times have I had a prescription not get filled due to insurance issues (not the pharmacy's fault) but when I ask why the meds haven't been filled, I get shoulder shrugs. Only when I've asked multiple people do I get the actual answer. I had a prescription submitted earlier than what my auto-refill date was due to increase in dosage. Again, insurance thought the refill was too early and rejected it. However, no email/text, etc that I'm signed up for let me know that the meds were rejected or couldn't be filled. So I thought the onus was on my doctor's office. Lo and behold the pharmacy had all the info as to why the meds hadn't been filled. Pharmacist on the phone said they could fill it today for non-covered prescription price. Talked to my husband, decided to go for it. I NEED this medication. So I call back and am waiting for them to answer the phone. I had waited so long for them to answer I ended up driving to the location, walked in, and waited in line...all while I'm still waiting for them to pick up their phone (and their phone is ringing while the pharmacist is at the middle kiosk. Finally get to the counter, and ask (while still waiting for them to pick up my call) if they're going to answer their phone. Pharmacist immediately gets rude and says they're short staffed and they need to serve customers at the counter and drive thru first (mind you there was NO ONE in the drive thru the entire time I was there). I said I understood but the phone is still ringing and it's been 20 minutes. Give them my info for the prescription and am told it would be 30 mins. Fine, I'll wait. Start walking around to pass time and 5 mins later I get a text that the meds are ready for pick up. 10 second after I receive the text they page me over the PA. When they first opened, the pharmacist in charge was professional, kind, and efficient. I haven't seen him in a while so I'm guessing he's not there anymore. I never understand how I can be the only one in the store and my prescription still takes an hour. This store is relatively new and they found the worst pharmacy staff to run it. read more

I left this same review below on Google as I am highly upset about the customer service. RUNNNNN!!! 0 stars across the board! Do not use them as a pharmacy! They have thee worst, I mean worst, horrible attitudes ever. The customer service isn't here at all. There is a huge lack of empathy and accountability at this store in general. I am a person who is unable to drive at the moment and wasn't advised that I need to have an ID to pick up my prescription upon picking it up. I had to get a ride and when I arrived the pharmacy tech Kayleigh was very passive when advising me that I couldn't get it without. I explained I wasn't informed and her response was "well someone should have told you, we usually do." There was no apology or empathy. I had to have my daughter get my ID from the house and bring it to the store and by this time the other pharmacy tech Vicki was being very rude when asking me to step aside. I told her I was waiting on my prescription (which was ready) and her response was " it's clearly not ready." I had then asked her to stop speaking to me and she continued to be combative while ringing up another customer. This all took place literally before the pharmacy closed. WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS AT THIS PHARMACY NEEDS TO EDUCATED YOUR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AS SUCH. You do not know who is walking in your store. I very well could have been another manager from another store. I have just lost my mother so if you treat people like crap, trust you will get the same treatment back. Treat your customers with some form of compassion or learn how to apologize as I was the one inconvenienced. No one is forcing you to be at this job. If you don't like it, then quit! read more

Would not recommend the drive thru. After waiting for an hour for medicine for a wisdom tooth extraction that I was in so much pain from. Was told it would be another hour. And that was 2 hours ago. read more

if i could give this CVS zero stars I WOULD!!! the manager there today 08/27/2024 (male, don't know the name but he was overweight and had a gap in his teeth) was INSANELY RUDE. so unhelpful, rude, completely unprofessional, didn't let me explain what happened and talking over me. how unacceptable to have a MANAGER be so unprofessional and rude to couponers, if you don't like couponers WHY GIVE OUT COUPONS???? WERE SUPPOSED TO USE THEM ARENT WE?!??! he also has no idea how to do his job. DO NOT COME HERE, he needs to find another place of employment because he seriously should not be in customer service. read more

CVS is always very clean. Employees are extremely nice and Attentive. I hit them at a busy time, the pharmacist even came down to help the others expedite the pickup since she was caught up with her orders... TEAMWORK!! I was also at the wrong CVS, just moved to the area, I went to the one on Golden Triangle by accident. They couldn't have been nicer. read more

This location is the worse I have ever been to. I pull up in the drive through two people working inside, no one in line inside. I wait for about 5 min to find out that my prescription has not been filled since Saturday mind you this is a Wednesday. They tell me they don't have all of my medication only one of my two prescriptions. This is the third time I have had the same issue with this location. This will be the last time for me it sucks because I live in the neighborhood next door I switched all of my medication from the Walmart next to my office because I thought this would be more convenient since the Walmart did not have a drive through. Come to find out my insurance rejected my order because it was supposed to be a 90day supply and they have never been able to fill the full 90 days only 30 days at a time so after three months in a row I am going back to Walmart or somewhere else at this point. I don't know why when I pulled up and no one is in the store the two ladies just stared at me for 5 mins while they continued their conversation what happened to customer service at least acknowledge a person.
