I would give 0 stars if there was an option. Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Just received a call back, they did not listen to my message nor did they read the online app messages. Caller/pharmacist called me back and said, "you needed a refill on something" what type of way is that to talk to a customer and handle business. I'm not your buddy on the street. Completely cancelled and informed my doctor to transfer to another pharmacy as there is no point. This unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They have "lost" a prescription more than once. This last time, I got a notification that a medicine I've been desperately waiting on and has been back ordered was ready. I've always had bad customer service at this location. Its a Sunday at 5:30pm and they are closed, yet Walgreens and every other pharmacy is currently open. Also, this particular location has one particular pharmacy worker who is adamant about leaving exactly when the clock turns. doesn't matter if you've been sitting in line before closing time or they have acknowledged you sitting there, they flat out close the drive through window on your face and say "ya no, we're closed". When I call cvs I'm on hold for at least 20-45 min! The pharmacy does not have enough ppl working. With the growth in this area you would think the pharmacy would plan for that Going into the store the first thing you notice is the empty shelves. We came in yesterday and everyone working was super nice, they had a nice selection and the store was very clean.

Pharmacy treats customers like cattle...in a branding line. Lines are forever long, they don't care, and treat you like it. They never are helpful with PA's or switching from one generic to another to save $$. There are 4 pharmacies within 2 miles. Strongly recommend trying a different store, unless you enjoy waiting on line, paying high prices, and being treated like a sheep. read more

Let it be known that according to Megan (most unprofessional pharmacy manager) that CVS does not take HSA cards; Money taken from a paycheck, non taxed to pay for medical needs like prescriptions. Megan came to the window and wouldn't even give me time to pull out the card. She threw my 4 year olds prescription back down in the white basket and said "if you can't pay you don't get the medication", really? I felt like I was dealing with a child. Then she looked at Chris and said " I can't handle this thing"( I guess I'm a thing?). So, Walmart takes your HSA Corp cards for even general merchandise and are super nice, just across the street, and are not hateful or scary like Megan. I will never go to any CVS again because of her and as a licensed Insurance agent for a large healthcare company in Frisco, I will never sell another Sure Script card EVER. Cvs corporate does not allow any HSA cards? Do they know that, lol? Megan is so hateful that I don't think she should be in a job where she is around anyone. I gave her my debit card and left with my meds, only because it was for my 4 year olds bacterial infection and I had waited in line 45 minutes. This pharmacy has long been seemingly overwhelmed. The phone rings and rings, piles of filled prescriptions are everywhere. Nothing is appears organized. And always a long wait. I have filled my scripts at this pharmacy since they opened. The techs had always been friendly and helpful but now the new ones are downright rude. My doctor called in my prescription today at 445 pm so I stopped on my way home at 840pm to pick it up. The teller who looked like Edward Scissor hands asked if I could pick it up tomorrow. WTH? I told him no, so he quoted a 15 minute wait in the drive thru. He claimed they were busy, but the parking lot was empty and I could see that the counter was empty as well. I think 4 hours would be a reasonable amount of time to drop 30 pills in a plastic bottle, but not here. The sad part is that this has happened on more than one occasion. read more

Terrible service. My doctor called in two prescriptions for insulin the day before I went to pick it up. I called all day to make sure both scripts were ready, but couldn't get anyone on the phone after waiting 30 min or more. I made about 6 phone calls and never got someone to pick up. I got there late in the evening after work to pick up my script and they were out of insulin so I had them forward my prescriptions to an alternate pharmacy. When I tried to go pick up my scripts 2 days after it was ordered i had to go to 2 different cvs locations to get syringes and my insulin and they never did fill one of the two prescriptions for my insulin. I had to go nearly a week without my regular insulin since I had to call the doctor and get it reordered at another pharmacy. Not going to this CVS anymore. read more

Terrible service at this pharmacy. It's an absolute cluster. I went in 3 days postpartum with my pain medicine prescription knowing I only had an hour or so before the other meds wore off. I was quoted 30 minutes to an hour and told i would receive a text when it's ready. That was 2 hours and 15 minutes ago. I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes. My husband is there now trying to sort it out. I know it's busy and tons of people are sick, but hire more people to keep up. What a mess! read more

This pharmacy should be closed permanently!! They NEVER answer the phone and do not refill auto refill selected prescriptions like promised. You have to call to have filled and even when it shows processing on the app they are lying. They close at 8pm and some nights 6pm which does not reflect online. It shows the location closes at 11pm and if the store stays open the pharmacy depart should as well! My daughter got out of a major surgery and needed medications. The doctor sent over for them to fill at 2PM. I waited until 7:00 pm to call and verify prescription was filled since online it showed processin. I held on for 35 mins then decided to go up there only to find out they were CLOSED!!! they never called me to see if I wanted them to transfer prescription since they did have time from 2PM TO 8PM to fill it. This medication was called in for a reason!! My daughter needed it! So I drove to another location to 1-find out they were out of the medication prescribed so that's most likely why they did not fill it. They should have called me while they were open! and since it showed "in progress" the other CVS I drove to could not fill it!!! This was absolutely deplorable!!!! CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!! They do NOT care about people's health and medications needed!!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Phone wait time is ridiculous! I actually drove to the pharmacy because I couldn't get them to pick up the phone and speak to me. I kept getting put on hold. I witnessed the pharmacist hanging up on people. My daughter was given her sister's prescription which I didn't notice until we got home. I drove back up there. Also, the website says they stay open until 10pm on Saturday, and they've already closed. read more

like most CVS stores, when they first open its smiles, customer service and fast prescriptions.....now....5 hours after sending in the order its not ready...they used to text when your script was ready now we just spent 18 minutes on hold and no one even bothered to answer the phone, drove to the store and was told it wasn't ready.."sorry" in a completely none caring voice this is not an isolated incident at this location, the service has been in a steady freefall from great to down right terrible don't be fooled by old good reviews...they are either employees or family...no way this place gets more then 1 star so sad our company health insurance makes us use them, the Walmart across the street would be faster and probably cheaper read more

This store is located at the corner of 423 and stonebrook. The pharmacy was phenomenal last night! I went in around 8:30 pm last night and the pharmacist and technician were willing to help me every bough the pharmacy was closing soon. They called the Walgreens down the street to transfer my prescription to them for me. (Cvs takes express scripts!) it was smooth and they were fabulous, I highly recommend this pharmacy! read more

WORST experience EVER! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Wife just had surgery under general anesthesia. Needed to have pain relievers for the night when anesthesia wore off. Waited in line over 30 minutes just to drop off prescription. The tech said it would take 2 hrs to fill. Came back well over 2 hrs to wait in line another 30 minutes to find out they couldn't fill it because it had no date! No phone call? They said they were too busy to notice until we came back. Wouldn't call or page the doctor because it was too close to closing. Just a shrug and "We're sorry". I asked for alternatives and they said to just have her take some Tylenol. After major surgery??? At least HAVE THE DECENCY tell us you are TOO BUSY to handle each prescription thoroughly BEFOREHAND and direct us to a COMPETENT pharmacy that might be able to ensure medication is dispensed in a TIMELY MANNER! People should not suffer because you are TOO BUSY and READY TO GO HOME. read more
