Hit: They will wait on you.....eventually while you shop. Miss: they are extremely understaffed and become impatient with you because of it. Suggestion - Hire more staff. Often times when people are coming in to get a prescription it's because they are not feeling that great, or the prescription is to ensure they maintain their health. No customer comes to the pharmacy to make your life hard; but rather, to make life easier. Exercise a little patience and it will go a long way and don't make excuses for bad behavior.

The attitude of every single employee in the pharmacy department was absolutely disgusting. THIS pharmacy has beyond exceeded my expectations. They filled my prescription within minutes of my doctor calling it in. I had so many issues with CVS and I lost part of my prescription while on vacation, therefore I could not get it done on time but they did an override after speaking with my doctor. . During my most recent visit, I was clearly sick, holding a box of DayQuil/NyQuil while trying to pick up a prescription. Instead of asking how he could help, he immediately (and condescendingly) told me I'd need to purchase the medicine downstairs--assuming I wasn't there for a prescription at all. That kind of dismissive attitude is the last thing you want to deal with when you're already not feeling well. Customer service training feels long overdue. A pharmacy should be a place of care, not condescension. Thankfully, I've since found a local pharmacist just a few blocks away who takes my insurance and treats people with kindness. Since I was in Annapolis, I decided to see if this store had the baked lemon ricotta cheese that people say taste like cheesecake and they only offer during the holidays. Upon arrival, I noticed that the outside appearance was under construction, however they offered plenty of parking. Typical crowded store that would leave you over stimulated, long lines, bells ringing, store clerks stocking shelves in chaos, nothing unusual for Trader Joe's. I was happy to find the cheese which indeed tasted like cheesecake!
