Seriously this is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are slow, rude and God help you if you have to call this pharmacy. They never and that is an absolute they never answer the phone. I had to call the main store which took five minutes for someone to answer, The store manager who answered offered the excuse that this was the busiest CVS store they have. I'm not sure what that has to do with answering the phone. The store manager walked back to the pharmacy to get them to pick up the phone. The pharmacy never answers the phone they will pick it up and then put it back down and disconnect you but they will not answer.I Will not be giving this pharmacy my business. read more

As soon as I entered the store the night manger was following me and my friends around acting like we were gonna steal. I then went to go check out and I was trying to buy some whiskey, coke and some tea. I handed the cashier my ID and he called the manager. The manager then proceeded to tell me that I could not buy them because I was under the age of 21. My ID clearly states that I am not and I told her this but she insisted that "my birthday had not happened yet". When I tried to explain to her again she told me the system wouldn't let her because I am a minor, which was a lie because she just looked at my ID. How would the system of known???? She then took all of the items that were in front of me and said that I was unable to buy them. I then went down the street to a gas station and made the purchase there without any problem. This review is specific to the pharmacy. I have had several issues with the female pharmacist. She seems to get great pleasure in frustrating customers with their long wait time or inability to fill a prescription. CVS has a drive thru which would make it convenient but after the terrible customer service I refuse to go there anymore. read more

This place is a cesspool. The blood pressure machine is filthy. The restrooms rival any backwoods gas station you have ever been in. I have been a Regional Manger over many commercial properties in my career. If I were the CVS Regional Manger, the manager of this store would be looking for another job. Got to love it when the Doctor nor the pharmacy catches a drug interaction. This is the second time. The pharmacy called me a few months ago to tell me to immediately stop taking a drug due to a severe drug interaction. This was three months after they were refilling both of the drugs sometimes at the same visit. A month after the phone call they refilled it again and I didn't request it. Just lining their pockets. Don't trust your doctor or your Pharmacist. Research your prescriptions yourself than call to confirm any possible problems. read more

Was told a hour wait for a prescription. 4 hours go by and I go to pick up the prescription and I am being told IT WILL BE ANOTHER HOUR??!! This drug store is a joke at best. Sales flyers come out on Sunday morning , go to the store at 11 am and they hardly ever have what's on sale . The pharmacist named Patricia was very friendly and nice. My doctor sent an e-prescription and written a control medication. When i came to drop off my control script to have it filled, they asked for my insurance. So what happened was that my electronic prescription was filled before my insurance arrived with my hard copy prescription. So the pharmacist ringed me up and caught that my insurance was only billed for one medication instead of 2 so she took the time to re-run it through. Saves me 20 dollars which was awesome or else I would have just paid and left. I have worked at few retail pharmacies and I have never seen a pharmacist spending so much time counseling their patients even if the days were slow. To my surprise, she patiently went through the medications with me in detail. I have never heard or experience such a thorough counseling. Although the store was busy a young gentlemen at the front by the name of Hashim made everything possible to get everyone whatever they need all in a timely matter. She called around to several locations and after 15 minutes located some.....She transferred all 3 of my scripts to another location and when I arrived they were waiting for me...Well done! read more

This is the worst pharmacy. The pharmacy lines are long and inefficient. The people are very nice once you get to them. I had to transfer my medication to Walgreens due to not being able to get my medication. I would try to drop in and pick up my medication while out running errands, the lines were too long. I attempted several times, ran out of medication and finally got it one lucky day. Save yourself time and don't even bother with this location.0 read more

They don't pick up the phone. We transferred to another CVS. Unfortunately, it's the only 24-hour pharmacy within a convenient distance. Their technician and pharmacist turnaround is impressive. There's been someone new every single time we went in for the past three years. We go every month or so. I am sure they care about their customers. But it does not show. They make billions at this location, but their workers are always too young and too inexperienced. They should hire someone with a solid work ethic who is polite and knows how to answer the phone and talk to people. Went here last night. I asked the manager a few questions and she begrudgingly helped me. This woman never smiles and I swear when I asked her a third question she looked at me like really you going to bother me again. I found a bag of Mars candy actual Mars candy not made by Nestle. It was 50% off, unfortunately I didn't bring enough money with me and I had to put it back. Oh well I guess my loss is somebody else's gain. Literally. They also have a whole new line of impressions of designer fragrances for a really good price. I tried Estee Lauder's Pleasures. The smell was a very strong floral. You can get little replica Marc Jacobs and Juicy Couture perfumes. They are $15 and the bottles are very tiny. Really not a good deal in my opinion. They finally got a new coupon machine. Cvs has too many customers to care about customer service. They advertise open 24 hours but I went at 8:10 and was told no new scripts. When I asked to speak with someone else, the gal called a mans name and said, "she won't accept that we can't fill it." I let him know my MIL is 89 years old and just came from the hospital. He said ok 3-4 hours. I said no I will go to Frys. Went to Frys 59th & 101 and had it in 20 minutes. One time before I got a text saying an RX was ready. With a constipated 3 weeks old baby FINALLY asleep in my backseat, Jacquelyn was kind enough to let me purchase off the shelf gas drops through the pharmacy drive thru so I didn't have to go inside. I love this pharmacy! They're always super busy but also amazingly friendly & helpful! They always have my rx and unlike Walgreens, they take a fraction of the time to get me in and out! Even better, I've yet to meet a CVS pharmacist with the odd blend of delusions of grandeur & some type of cowardly laziness, that most Walgreens pharmacists suffer from. First time in a CVS, just moved here. Hubby had an accident on job and needed to fill 2 different prescriptions for him. When I first visited the pharmacy to get the prescription entered a very young girl was super helpful and friendly. But after I received a text message to come and pick up the experience took a turn. I asked to pick up the prescription and gave the clerk my info, she told me it wasn't ready. I explained I got a text message saying it WAS ready. So she "looked" it up again but couldn't find it? Not sure how she could know it wasn't ready if she couldn't find me? Another customer came up behind me so she asked them to get help by accompanied clerk who was older lady.... then older lady got attitude with her and she seemed to be jumping from fellow clerk trying to get some help. The girl that originally helped me was able to finally look it up and I was able to pick it up. All in all, only 1 person was pleasant. 2nd girl was flustered and didn't know what she was doing.... and everyone else seemed to be in a very bad mood and not wanting to help each other.... myself and other customers got to witness everything so looked very unprofessional. I won't be going back there again unless I wanna see co workers arguing amongst each other soon. read more

Lady at drive thru pharmacy asked if I could come inside, when I told her no, my son was asleep in the car she got so annoyed she asked me to drive around for a while, when I came back she mentioned how fast my drive was and how it was still going to be a minute. Kinda funny considering this prescription was to be ready 4 days prior to my visit. Note to employees at CVS.... the drive thru is used for convience to the customer, not the employee. I went in to buy a drink and some electrical tape one down the aisle for the electrical tape and as I grab the electrical tape it's already opened so I went to go put the electrical tape back inside of the wrapper that it came in in this fat employee walks up and says that I'm stealing and I'm trying to explain myself and he won't even let me get A word in edgewise and just kicks me out -5 stars because I just completely rude to accuse someone that's in there all the time spending money don't go here. The last two times in there he wouldn't ring up a couple extra items at the pharmacy register causing me to stand in line twice. For five years I've shopped there and enjoyed the convenience of one stop shopping, Employees were always attentive and courteous. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Not only are the techs condescending and rude, the NEVER once put in my information correctly and I was unfairly charged for scripts I shouldn't have been paying for. Moreover, one instance in particular was when my boyfriend was waiting for his meds and after 45 minutes he asked how much longer. He watched the tech grab his from the not waiting basket. When he said "was mine in the wrong basket this whole time?" the tech LIED and said "oh no it was right." when clearly he has seen the opposite. Generally if the person HANDLING your medication LIES to you....it's a good indicator they are NOT people you want to deal with EVER AGAIN! read more

I stopped into this location at 11:30 am. The parking lot was clean and the entry doors appeared clean. I needed to scan my CVS card and this location was convenient to my next work stop. When I entered I looked for the scan machine, it was not by the front register. I looked about the store for signage that might have directed me to this little jewel of a machine. I didn't see any. From experience, I headed to the pharmacy dept, there is usally one in that section. I didn't see the machine. I went to use the restroom, HUGE mistake. The restroom was filthy! (mirrors, sinks, papers on the floor, fecal material on the toilet seats). There were no toilet seat liners available or disposal paper towels. Luckily I carry hand sanitizer at all times. I could not believe how neglected this facility was especially when I associate CVS with health care. This was horrible. I never did find the scan machine and will never go back to this location! read more

Called to get a prescription filled and there had been a problem with filing from my prescriber to CVS so I asked for clarification because I had already called my prescriber, the girl hung up after saying "we don't have it." My first time coming here, I'll definitely be back again! Very nice & friendly pharmacist. I unfortunately did not get her name, but I came around 7am after being discharged from the hospital. She noticed I still had my hospital band on, was very nice to offer to cut it off for me & throw it away (which I appreciated, walking around with that hospital band is a little embarrassing). Very nice gesture which she didn't have to do, but offered out of kindness. I had a prescription for Percocet among another prescription. But I like how they didn't make me feel like a criminal for having a prescription for controlled substances. I've been a loyal Target Pharmacy customer for a while, about 2 years ago, I had a prescription for dilaudid from a surgery I had & EVERY TIME I came, they'd act like they've never seen that before & made me sign all kinds of BS & make copies of my ID... Always made me jump threw extra hoops that made me uncomfortable; like I was a criminal. Anyway, I came here because they pharmacy is open 24/7 which is amazing, as I needed these filled ASAP! She had it done quickly & smoothly, honestly it was only about 5 minutes from the time I gave her my scripts to the time I was walking out with my meds.
