There are 2 lanes, one for Rx drop offs, and the other for picking up filled prescriptions. They are usually very busy but these days that's nothing new. Everyone is short staffed and overworked. So I remind myself to have a little patience, and enjoy some music in my car while I wait my turn. When I greet the pharmacist tech with a smile, I always get one in return. Two more things I like about Walgreens... when my prescriptions are running low, they will call my doc to get a refill for me! That's made possible through their app. Gotta love technology. And at the end of each year, they give me a printout of how much I've paid for prescriptions, so I can use that for taxes.

The store was well organized and clean. Multiple employees greeted us and the cashier was wonderful. She held a nice but quick conversation with not only me, but engaged with my son as well. It's hard to find service like this with young employees these days. I wish I'd of gotten her name to give her more recognition.

I was completely baffled witnessing not just one team leader (or manager) but two leaders verbally belittle their workers. An OLDER short DARK haired woman was showing a negative management style to an older gentleman working produce by himself on the sale's floor. My friends and I were shocked by that older woman's overly critical, management style, and zero recognition before complaining to another worker over there walkies as she was still on the sales floor. The SECOND manager we all witnessed as were self bagging our groceries in check out zone was also an older short woman who popped herself out of what appeared to be an office or backroom to criticize the only worker in the self check out zone that he needs to do better and be more helpful cause the customers are causing a line by "moving slow". That second manager only popped out to come off as an angry troll before walking away from that employee in the matter of a single minute. Is there a store manager who can fire these bullies or take responsibility of training your managers to follow any type of code of conduct? Pity.

They have a neat deal where they call me as renewal nears to see if I want them filled and then call me again when the prescription is ready, all of this is handled via a conversation with a computer.
