Today I came into this CVS location again, hoping for a better experience after my last negative visit. Unfortunately, I was assisted by the same employee, and it was just as frustrating--if not worse. I came in to make a purchase and a return, with my receipt ready on my phone. This should have been quick and straightforward, yet the employee made it unnecessarily complicated. She repeatedly asked for my ID, which made no sense for a receipt-based return, and ignored me when I told her multiple times that I had the receipt. It took the manager stepping in to finally resolve the issue. Even he seemed confused about why the ID was being requested and why the return wasn't handled properly from the start. This employee clearly lacks proper training and professionalism. Not every customer will be as patient as I was today, and management needs to take this matter seriously if they care at all about customer service. read more

This CVS location has been my go-to place for last minute necessities until last week. On the morning of Dec.4, which was my birthday, I decided to treat myself to a new nail polish since I now do my own nails and I wanted something new and fresh for my party. There was a floor employee working on that aisle, a heavy set, older, white woman with glasses. I browsed through their selection and picked the color I liked. And I'm sure other women can relate when I say I'd like to open the bottle and see the actual color before I spend money on it. Thus, before I even attempted to do so, that female worker yelled from the other end of the aisle, "Do not open it!". I said I just wanted to see the color. Needless to say not only I was watched but also watched closely as not to (God forbid!) open the nail polish bottle before I buy it Perhaps she confused me for a high school kid and thought I'd polish my nails right on the aisle? If that's the case, I'll take it as a compliment! (being in my 40s!) I replied with "I just wanted to see the color" and left without buying anything. It didn't ruin my special day, but a nicer approach and no barking across the aisle would've made it more pleasant. Customer service is what makes customers come back. I took my business to Target and would not recommend this CVS location to anyone. read more

Although I continue to get my Covid shots here just for the convenience, I switched all my prescriptions elsewhere after numerous problems. The most recent problem involved a Covid booster. I had called my health insurance company to verify that the Covid booster was 100% covered with no copay, then called this CVS to make sure that had it in stock. They said they did and told me to come by at my convenience for the shot. I did so but CVS was unable to verify that it was covered 100% by my insurance company. So what did they do next? They tried to sneak in a request for the booster that was 0% covered by insurance. And this is not the first time they tried this tactic: once when they didn't have a med that I wanted to refill they put in an order for a non-generic that would cost me much more. Maybe these situations were due to incompetence or maybe it's underhanded corporate greed. Whichever it was, it's inexcusable. My recommendation is to avoid this - and perhaps all other - CVS pharmacies. read more

We've had multiple problems here, tried to stick it out but today was the final straw. Alan at the pharmacy is completely unwilling to help. Insulin was sent in 4 days ago and they do not have it in stock and he acts like no big deal just wait 3 more days. It took arguing with him to finally get him to offer to call another store down the street to see if they have it. Definitely changing pharmacies after this. read more

Called the pharmacist because i had run out of a medication which wasn't going to be refilled until december (currently october). she went all the way to watching the CCTV footage and saw they put in 40 pills instead of 90. super impressive and so helpful. i didn't expect her to go so far to help me. read more

My eyes have been really dry all week and I finally decided upon the suggestion of a friend to pick up some eye drops. The selection they carry here is pretty substantial to say the least. I was a bit intimidated at first but ultimately settled on the CVS health brand for just $13.49. I hope they work. Other than that it's a nice store. Very clean and accommodating. read more

I seriously don't know what I torture myself by going here (perhaps because all CVS stores have these problem). I go here mostly to pick up photos but every...single...time it's a headache. Last time I went in to pickup photos, they were ready for pick-up the day before. Of course, there's only one employee there. I was told my photos couldn't be located and they had to be downloaded. 20 minutes later, they find the photos in the exact location they first looked and it was in the correct spot. It was just missed...twice. The only reason for not giving this place one star was because I felt sorry for the only employee there doing everything. For crying out loud CVS, get some more employees on the floor! No wonder there's so many thefts! read more

Went to Xpress Urgent Care in the same retail center who sent a prescription to this CVS. CVS claims they did not receive. I go back to Xpress - they said they sent it and to have CVS call them if there are any issues. I go back to this same CVS the next day, and tell me the same thing. I tell them to call Xpress. They ask me what their number is. What? You don't have their number?? They're so close - I can throw a rock to their space!! Then they make me wait forever to make the call and finally fill my prescription! Shouldn't be this hard. Will never go here again. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

I've been here two times.. once to buy first aid items and today to get a prescription. I called ahead of time to make sure they received my prescription and to make sure I bring anything that's needed. They told me to bring my prescription card and to go to the drop off line. When I got there that's exactly what I did. (Thank you to the girl who gave me that information on the phone) While getting my prescription I was told it would be 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes I got in line and asked if my prescription was ready. The nice girl said it wasn't ready but she would go get it for me. Customer service was really good here. I noticed that they would great everybody new that would get into line and tell them they will be with them as soon as possible... which is extremely rare to see. Great customer service right there. It is little things like this that make people feel appreciated. When buying first aid items the lady at the check out was very nice as well.. she made a little joke with us about where we work. They are no longer selling Hiball energy so she told us maybe we need to find a new job cuz we work for Hiball Energy (she was totally joking). Anyways she's a doll. Reviewing the pharmacist on 5/22/17 @ 11am. Went to consultation booth for question. All I can say is that it's a good thing that my question was not if a personal nature because the pharmacy staffer and pharmacist repeated my question very loudly for all to hear! Perhaps some etiquette training is necessary for this (not familiar with common courtesies) staff and pharmacy. My suggestion to those asking questions at the consult desk, just be careful what you say beforehand unless you want it broadcast to everyone around.....good thing I was only inquiring about allergy medicine. read more

Well most of my reviews are negative but this one is very positive!! I drive 20 min to get my son's seizure medication from this pharmacy. There's always issues with insurance and medication but both pharmacists have always made sure we had our medication or was able to get a discount that we didn't know about. They always call me back when they say they will and they're always honest with us. I have nothing but kind things to say about all of the staff here at this cvs pharmacy. I don't remember the older lady's name at the front of the pharmacy but she's a Gem! No one at the register Then the lady walks to the register and takes a off duty employee in front of me She is cashing a lotto ticket The employee then has to intercom the manager for him to come up and approve The manager doesn't want to come up and gives his approval code on the phone for all to hear Next the register has no money So the customer / employee gives the register employee a access key for more money That takes 10 minutes and now there are three customers waiting As I finally check out I see the off duty manager go to the lottery machine Does anyone but me see a problem here? CVS is CVS... this is a decent store with the usual selection. This pharmacy seems to be more busy than other CVS stores I've been to. The Pharmacy staff are friendly and get to know regular customers by name - making visits A-OK! Mondays seem to be busy with a line of people waiting to pick up prescriptions. read more

Not sure why they have a bad review, my experience here has always been great. Their drive thru is convenient. Their store is clean and organized. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Since I get my prescriptions filled here also, it adds up and counts toward the rewards card. I would get a lot of $5 coupons or extra bucks rewards. Use that on top of their sales items with a manufacturer coupon if you have one and you get the item practically for free. read more

Save yourself some time and try another place. I went there to get a prescription only to be told that they are out. So I ask them if they can check with the other CVS stores in the area. They told me that they can't since that information is not in their computer systems and they would have to call each store. I guess CVS is yet to enter the 21st century! So they told me that they can order if for me but I won't be getting it until Monday (It was Thursday). I guess they are not aware of the importance to start your medication right away. A brief history about me: I am 42 years old and was in perfect health & in the best shape of my life when 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with a rare nerve disease, CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome). CRPS is considered to be the most painful disease known to man. It is also known as "The Suicide Disease" as many that have it cannot handle the pain and take their own lives. That said, when I got diagnosed and got to a CRPS specialist at UCLA, I quickly learned that my body does not "agree" with many medications. I never wanted to take pain pills, but the doctors ordered them anyway... long story short--I quickly decided and knew that I would never take opioids of any sort. This led to my doctors trying different types of non-opioid medication for me, so I have had many trips to CVS along the way. Luckily, I am on minimal medication and I must say... CVS has the NICEST, most friendly pharmacy department I've ever dealt with. This journey has been pretty rough (11 spinal surgeries total & a permanent DRG spinal stimulation device in the past 3 years), but one thing that has always been pleasant is dealing with the CVS Pharmacy. My husband often times has to get my medication for me as I have days that I can't even walk & they are always so nice to him and always ask how I'm doing. In addition, when I am able to go in to CVS, they always remember me and ask how I am and they are very genuine and kind. I have had nothing but very pleasant experiences with CVS, which means so much when going through a medical journey of this sort! I appreciate it more than they know! read more

I was running errands and stopped at the bank next door to this CVS and when I got in my car it wouldn't start and I realized to my dismay that I left my cell at home. I went in to this CVS and I went up to the cashier to explain my plight and asked to please use their phone to call AAA for roadside service. He told me that I couldn't use the phone because they needed to keep the lines open. I said I would only be a few minutes I just wanted to call AAA and he adamantly refused and asked me to leave. I was completely stunned at this response since I was a single woman alone at night with a break down. Fortunately there was a kind woman in CVS that overheard and offered me her phone to make the call at that point the CVS employee said he decided to let me use their phone. I just said no thank you but I am extremely shocked at how this was handled especially since I have a long history of shopping at CVS. I called the customer service number to voice my complaint and they were appalled. They said that they would have a rep call me in the next few days. It will take a lot for me to want to go back to CVS after this horrible experience. By the way AAA couldn't get my car started and I had to have it towed to the dealer. The tow truck driver was kind enough to drop me off at home and it made me realize that there are still kind compassionate human beings out there! I had been getting my prescription from here for a little less than a year and my last trip they only gave me one pack when I should have had 3. When i called to ask about it, a girl told me to bring in the label so i brought the receipt which had a label on it but when i got there they told me they need the label on the package. I had already thrown it away since it had been a while already. Who keeps the wrapper anyway? I had my receipt but it was still SOL for me. I should have taken care of it sooner but their employees should have been more careful and paid ATTENTION to what the amount was supposed to be. I received no apology for the employees mistake and I will definitely NOT be going back to this cvs. I hope the manager tells his or her employees to double check when they fill someone's medication from now on so it doesn't happen to anyone else. read more
