This pharmacy is a local's gem. Even if I wasn't local I would still make the drive out here. The pharmacist on call is so sweet and really knows her stuff! They have better prices than the big pharmacy too and really have that personal care touch. They have an amazing compounding side as well that you don't see with the bigger pharmacies. Lets wait and how things go! I called for a price for my dogs necessary heart medication in December (when I called the order in January they said it was five dollars more ($50) and they couldn't honor the previous price plus they wanted $2 each for the little plastic syringe to measure it . They would give me one, and tape it so as not to over medicate her. My previous compounding pharmacy said they would charge one $1 per little plastic vial and a third when I went into (thinking it was the right pharmacy) said they give some some-. Yesterday I purchased some wound care supplies from West pharmacy. I needed a pair of surgical bandage scissors. The one they recommended did not cut the thick bandage so I brought them back to exchange. They don't honor returns or exchanges or Refunds. She said when she tried them they worked. Very friendly staff, BUT...... They have a strict no refund, no return policy. Period! If you are a reputable business why do you not stand behind your merchandise? I understand no returns or refunds, but no exchanges? Very shady. My husband purchased a support sock but it was the wrong size. An innocent mistake. Why would you not exchange it for a larger size? Avoid this place at all costs, they are unethical and predatory. I went in two days ago to get masks for my family as required by our current stay at home orders. They are knowingly price gouging their customers for them. I purchased 3 disposable surgical masks each for $3. When I asked what the regular price was the manager told me that they were about $9 or 10 for an entire box. When I informed her what the store was doing was illegal price gouging all she said was that she knew. It takes a special kind of immorality to prey on your community members during a time of crisis. I did report them to the proper agency and I urge anyone else that has been gouged by them to do the same. read more

Buyers be ware! You get stuck of what you buy at this pharmacy and you will later find out they charge double or triple the price of what the item worth. My mom bought a pair of compression stockings here for $$15 and Nancy the owner was the one who measured here wrongly, when she tried it on once she got home it was very loose, so she returned the next day to exchange it and surprisingly they refused to exchange it claiming that she got the right stockings with the right measurement! We got really mad and after a very long argument and long wait they did exchange it. So if you want to experience this terrible experience go ahead and use this pharmacy! read more

They deceivingly talked my grandmother into spending $200 on a walker that's selling for $50 everywhere else. My grandfather who has Alzheimer's explained that the people forced him into one that made it more difficult for him to walk! They refuse to return it even though its only been 2 days and is still completely unused. It's sickening that this business is preying on the elderly who don't realize that they are paying 4x what they should. There are various locations (Walmart, CVS, Amazon) selling this same walker for $50. What a huge scam. What a disgusting company looking for a quick buck from the pockets of those most vulnerable. Overpriced and not very good service. I went in looking for a stethoscope, I found a Littman 3m Select in black. I inquired about different colors and they told me it only came in black. I purchased the stethoscope for $90 including tax. I went home and did some reasearch and found out not only did this stethoscope come in other colors, but it can be purchased for HALF the price many other places. I wanted to return it, unfortunatly my receipt says all sales are final. Shame on me for not doing my research first Shame on them for charging DOUBLE the retail price. read more

I called and asked if they carry a standard / regular adult leg cast shower protector. They said they did so my friend went down their and bought it for me. They quoted me $25.00. Amazon was only $15.00 but I wanted to take a shower right away. My friend came back with a FULL LEG cast cover that had some weird saucer disk on it. It was also $30 plus tax. Obviously it was too big and awkward. So my friend drove all the way back there to exchange or refund it since THEY Made The Mistake and sold us the wrong item. They Refused to do an Exchange or Refund . Keep in mind that there is NO VISABLE SIGN saying no refunds or exchanges. The receipt says all sales are final which you receive AFTER you pay for it. They also do not tell you they won't refund or exchange items. I believe this may be illegial because there us no notice posted. BUY from AMAZON not WEST PHARMACY. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, I am so freaking ticked off right now I could spit nails! I have been buying Lugol's Strong Iodine by prescription for several years from this place. It has never been an issue until today, then they decided to throw me under the bus. I called to place another order and was told by Katrina that their distributor did not have it and I would have to find it some place else. When I pointed out that they were the ONLY place out of all the pharmacies I originally called and it was medically necessary for me to have it and would they locate another distributor for it. She actually had the audacity to tell me "well you can go outside the country" or call around. SERIOUSLY? I even asked her to look in their Physician Desk Reference to find some of the manufacturers so that I could track it down that way. Her comment? "I'm too busy". What kind of thing it that to say to a patient who's life will be turned upside down because they are TOO FREAKING LAZY to help source something that a patient needs for quality of life? Fine, you want to be a complete witch, I will be reporting this incident to Good Neighbor Pharmacies to whom they are member. If possible I will figure out how to file a complaint to a reporting agency for pharmacies. Their behavior in this matter is so repugnant as to be unbelievable. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!! Under no circumstances should you go here. They have their heads where the sun don't shine and don't give a hoot about their patients or their well being. P.S. On 10/21/14 I sent a copy of this review to corporate. I tried calling the owner to make this right but has failed to call me back . My mother who is 81 had went in on Sat and purchased a compression sock. She was told which one she needed to get . Greg was very polite and tried to help . It was the wrong fit and so she called back , they were going to make it ok today . Instead the guy that opened was helping her and went to the back and explained to the manager what was going on . The woman , Lou Lou started yelling at the guy about exchanging the compression sock . They had made the mistake . It was cutting off my moms circulation. Anyways Lou Lou came out to where my mom was still yelling loudly, upsetting my mom. So wrong to do this to a older woman who was told they'd make it right . Instead another man just gave her back her money . Lou Lou , Shame on you for yelling and upsetting my mom. You're lucky I wasn't there . I would've yelled back and protected my mom from such nastiness. Never will I tell anyone to go there . I will direct others to a much kinder place of business. read more
