Worst pharmacy ever! The only reason I sent my daughter prescriptions here was because it is so close to my house. First of all the wait is forever , second my daughters prescriptions clearly say "Counsel New Drug, And Counsel New Patient" clearly that means a pharmacist should of came and spoke to me about how she should take the medication but nope they gave me the medicine and sent me off. Thats great I still asked tor a consultation and the pharmacist sent one of the regular cashiers to come and "explain" to me the same instructions that were on the paper that came with the medication. That was NO HELP! Stay away from this cvs it sucks! read more

Nothing special at all there selection on everything is little to none! Lol So they like never have what u need! They've really gone down as far as keeping it stocked! And the sales tax in Inglewood is outrageous! Only plus here is Rafael he is like so helpful and always so courteous! I would only go to this store in case of an emergency quick run! read more

Not good. No drive-through pharmacy, there are huge lines inside for pick-up, and no one knows what's going on. When I went to pick a prescription up, I was told to come back in a few days. When I came back, I was told I already filled it and so I can't again (I never picked it up the first time because I was told to come back). There was a lot of confusion involving when my doctor sent in the prescription and to what pharmacy, etc. They also asked me to verify an address I lived at when I was 18 years old! I obviously don't live there anymore and told them that, but I guess since I remembered it and could repeat it back to them, that counts as "verification." I asked the manager how she could fix the mystery refill situation, and she didn't really know. She wanted me to fix it, but I obviously couldn't because I don't work at the pharmacy or at my insurance company. They asked me for the phone number of another pharmacy I had used and I told them to please use the internet and look it up (and call the insurance company) themselves. Had to wait about an hour for them to finally work it out and get my prescription filled. Also, their bathrooms are nasty and are never cleaned. read more

This CVS location is one of the best to go to. They are always friendly and happy to help. When my daughter was sick they recommended the best over the counter organic medication. When filling a prescription they are fast and easy thank you for your service. read more

Worst customer service! Tried to get passport photos and the gentleman who worked there almost puked on me! Went to another CVS and they were polite and professional. This place? They could not even scan a coupon off my phone due to "loss prevention"? Really? The coupon has directions for the employees! Never going here again. What a sh!t show. read more

This pharmacy has lost my business. They claim to be open 24 hours a day. The last two times I tried to pick up my prescription (at approx 4am), they've been closed. I've never really had great experiences here. This store was blah, but lately I've been having really bad customer service. For the pharmacy section! Went in to fill a prescription late at night & they told my mom the insurance system wasn't working so she had to pay out of pocket or come back tomorrow. When I went in after my mom told me this, I asked if we could just get reimbursed tomorrow. The lady told me yes only after telling me 3 times that my insurance had to be active & working or else I wouldn't get reimbursed. 1. Why couldn't they tell her she can get reimbursed the price difference in the first place?! 2. They were just doing that to everyone & it's the only 24hr CVS pharmacy nearby! How many ppl paid out of pocket?! Or left?! 3. Don't tell me my insurance has to be active 3 times when I told you the first time that it is. The problem is not my insurance it's your system! - Also no restroom available after 7pm, really?! It's a 24hr CVS even 7/11 has a restroom open at all times. -Cashiers always have issues with my coupons even though I always get them in the store from their machine the same day. A manager told me he didn't know why the coupon wasn't going through but it wasn't. When I insisted that I read all the fine print & that all my items qualified, that it wasn't expired & I had my cvs card he gave me the discount by inputting the percentage off himself. read more

This CVS is nice and clean. Everything seems to be in the right place. Self check was smooth.

If you do CVS curbside pickup expect a long wait. There is one short African gentleman who helps out and does a great job but if he is not there you will either have to call or get out or even just leave. They are not that organized in that area. For the pharmacy, I had my prescription sent digitally so because of that it was ready and checkout was simple. Had no problems picking up the medicine. read more

Giving this store 1 star just because I cannot give it a No STAR. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUTDOWN CAUSE IT'S GIVING CVS A BAD BAD NAME AND IMAGE! Came in here 3 hour after the supposed "1 hour photos" should have been ready and to find out their machine is quite working. Then I have to wait another 45 minutes to actually get helped. The girl who helped me was nice but the customer service, and the overall experience sucks here. The manager passed me by 3 times without a word or look at me. I received no help at the photo dept for over 15 minutes. Someone please take over this store and get it under control. Last time I step in here. read more

CVS is bad to go they treat their employees very wrong and barely have anything in stock. They let go the good employees and keep the ones that barely work and do their job. The boss shows favoritism to employees and all. I'm very dissatisfied with this store and suggest you not to shop there. read more

Never really like any CVS Pharmacy and still don't!! This CVS pharmacy stinks as far as getting the meds needed. My hubby needs this medication and this pharmacy keeps calling the doctor to get a authorization. The really bad part is this, the pharmacy needs to do the authorization for this particular insurance, but they will not or refuse to do it. This is not the first time this has happened! It has happened to me. Only that time I had to go to the hospital due to not getting my meds and had a medical crisis. Please do not send loved ones to this CVS if you really care about them cause this pharmacy obviously does not get a **** about their patients!!!! They just care about the copay or cash they get from patients!!! read more

I usually do not go to this particular CVS in Inglewood over here but, I needed to get a couple of things so, I went in. I was surprised just how big it was and how clean it was inside. There weren't a lot of workers in there but, I managed to get in and out fairly quickly and didn't have to wait soo long. read more

it's a spacious cvs as you walk in. the deli is all the way to the left and i actually liked how there were a lot of healthy choices. it was a pleasant surprise. cvs is always the place for inexpensive splurge on seasonal treats and silly little gifts. this place had everything i wanted. workers were nice, and there were enough check outs (4 active self check outs and 1 cashier) and the wait was really minimal. read more

Only came to this literal garbage can after I went to a different cvs. I went into the other one to pick up photos of my godson, I walk in to pick up and he says they're computer is down..... (which is also stupid, don't let people place an order and give them a pickup time if your printer is not working) the guys super nice about it and calls this cvs location, explains the issue tells them that their printers are not working and gives them my name and order number. I walk into this location, immediately have a bad feeling. I don't go to the counter immediately because they told me it would take about 20 minutes. So I go to the makeup section to browse. Not even standing there 2 seconds, and overhead rings "customer service needed in L'Oréal" I'm at L'Oréal, the only one in al of makeup. So I just walk away, grab some hair things and head to the front. I get in line, tell the girl I'm here for an order. While she's walking over to check, I heard on the walkie someone asked if I purchased the stuff I had... newsflash, if you're going to be asking questions like that over a "private" walkie maybe you should have your employees wear earpieces. She goes and comes back and says they don't have it. I explain to her the situation and she basically insinuates that I'm lying because "that would be something that you would've had to call in not a clerk" why would I make this situation up? Why would I go to 2 different cvs's and makeup a fanciful story about pictures? So now I'm pictureless and extremely annoyed and uncomfortable .... completely disgusting. I hate this pharmacy with all my heart and soul. No matter what time I come, the line is beyond long. And they're SLOW. It doesn't matter if all the registers are open. I've come at midnight from the ER and STILL had to wait over an hour for a prescription. My doctor has to call at least twice for any prescription. They make me sick. I probably need another prescription for how sick I am of this BS. They only get this star because I'm forced. I'd give them a negative star if I could. read more

The Indian man with the bald head with some hair on it gone tell me he didn't have change for a dollar I said well give me my items back I only came to get change for the meeter im atleast buying something then he said oh wait no ! I have been coming to this CVS pharmacy for the past 4 years, almost 5 now, and they are one of the BEST CVS pharmacies I have ever been to! Not only are they ALWAYS adequately staffed, they consistently go above and beyond their job, are super patient and provide me with REMARKABLE customer service! They always call when my refill is ready, call my doctor if they need to switch or check anything AND are open 24hrs!!! I really have a lot of respect and admiration for all the pharmacy staff as I know that when we are not well, we are irritated and often times we don't get to appreciate all they do for us! The security was too busy guarding me like if I was going to steal anything while the person across was stuffing his pockets. I have always hated going to this cvs. I switched to walgreens right across the street. This cvs pharmacy has always been so slow. The line in pharmacy is always like 10 people long so that's aprox 30 in line at least if you are the last one. The only reason i ever go there is if i came out of the emergency room in the middle of the night and need my meds asap other wise i wait until the following day for walgreens to open. read more

This locations pharmacy lacks customer service. I dropped off a proscription and was told that it would be ready in 30minutes so I decided to wait. I waited in my car and after 30 minutes I returned. They call you forward and don't even ask you what they can help you with. I told the young women I was there to pick up a prescription and she said well I need your name. Why didn't she ask for my name in the first place? She then looked me up and said I still had a wait a "few more minutes" I waited 30 more minutes and my name was never called. I then went back and spoke to a different women and same procedure. They just call you forward and give you a blank stare and then ask you for your name. My medication was already available and the first women I spoke to didn't say anything. Maybe this isn't the type of pharmacy where they "call your name" when your medication is ready. But she knew I had been waiting and never planned on calling me forward. Customer service is very important to me and I will definitely for be coming back here again. read more

I called to learn the price and protocol for purchasing syringes for insulin. I have 2 dogs with diabetes and ran out. I usually purchase them at Walmart but the pharmacy was closed and I needed at least 2 for their morning dosage on Novolin N. The automated system answers and I'm on hold for 14+ minutes I speak with someone. Then I learn CVS will not sell any syringes in any quantity, which by law, many pharmacies will legally sell approx 10 without a Rx. I can get a box of 100, 1/2 ml at Walmart for $12.45. And easily a pack of 10 with no prescription. But the CVS pharmacist informs they will not sell any without a prescription. Then I asked for the fax# to see if my Vet will call it in, and if they have the specific syringes in stock. She puts me on hold for another 20+ minutes...I'm on hold as I write this review. It appears, the pharmacist is not helping me, but went on to take another call. Not good. She returns, I have to ask again for whether in stock. She soon returns. I ask for price. Puts me on hold again...and never returns. In total...realized after hanging up, I was on hold for 57 min, 47 sec. :-( I won't let myself run out of stock again. The local CVS, did not help to alleviate my concerns. read more

I cane in to pick up my prescription at this place that was placed 3 weeks ago I received a phone call on friday to pick it up I come in Sunday and a dumb ass named Albert said its not ready and smiles. I keep calm I ask why he said he was not sure? Asked for my medical card and noticed that I still had the new sticker on it and said oh your insurance wasn't active. I said no I have been picking up all my medical prescriptions here for a long time. His response was its not ready I asked why he said he didn't know??? So I politely asked him who the pharmacist supervisor was he said albit I asked him to write it for me he said no and gave me a sharpie I asked him for a number that goes directly to cvs pharmacist supervisor he gave he a cvs rewards card. And at no point am I being rude all I wanted to know what went wrong it being my fault or the pharmacist but Albert made it difficult and unprofessional, I then asked him for tge pharmacist name and he refused he said it was Soliman I asked for her last name he said he didn't know it so at this point I asked to speak to the pharmacist turns out to be a woman all I asked for was her supervisors number at the district level not in store I also asked her for her name she refused and asked me for mine I gave her my information I again said all I want is the number and your name that is all the pharmacist named Patience wanted to argue on why I wanted her supervisors number and claimed she had nothing to do with what Albert did all I said was I want the information tgat I was requesting she only gave me her first name and refused to give me her last name her attitude was unprofessional and her lack of people skills are a joke. If you want to waste your time come here to fill your prescriptions and plan to be annoyed. Initially I was wondering why the person before me being helped was upset. The people that work at the pharmacy are rude and act like jerks. I dud approach the supervisor from the cvs store and she did in fact apologized for the inconvenience and that had nothing to do with her. read more

I think the reason that this CVS is so bad, is CVS the company as a whole is horrible. I have to get my medication from them. I was so happy at Walgreen but then my insurance is forcing me to shop at CVS. The medication is always wrong or they always say they need to call the doctor the next day, but they never do. CVS is guilty of poor communication with their customers and unable to follow through. They don't even deserve one star that's how bad they are. read more
