The pharmacist here is seriously one of the best I've ever dealt with. From the moment I walked up, Bruce was friendly, approachable, and just had this calm, professional vibe that instantly made me feel like I was in good hands. He didn't just hand over the prescription--Bruce actually took time to walk me through everything, explained how and when to take it, possible side effects, and even asked if I had any questions or concerns. What really stood out was how knowledgeable Bruce is. He clearly knows his stuff and explains things in a way that makes sense without talking down to you. You can tell he's experienced and totally confident in what he's doing, which made me feel way more confident too. On top of that, Bruce was incredibly patient. I didn't feel rushed or like I was just the next person in line--he genuinely cared that I understood what I was taking and why. That kind of personal attention and expertise is rare these days. Didn't have a good experience today 05/18 in Pharmacy getting a vaccine shot with the pharmacist. First of all the curtain that provides privacy was not put up at all (no care taken for how the entire thing looks on the side of pharamacy? The floor is dirty and looks like it needs to be pulled up they don't even try to vacuum it? Also, the table they had out was filthy dirty and they're laying medications on it? Who's responsibility is it to make it look clean and appealing. Clearly, nobody is concerned and there is very poor care in this area I think I will transfer someplace else where the store is better cared for and the Rx team cares about how the vaccination area looks. I work in healthcare myself and there's no excuse. This stores receives a heavy volume of customers and it deserves to look better inside. Who is in charge? I spoke to Talin the pharmacy mgr and I advised her that I took a vaccination and that the table they were servicing on was complete dirty and looked like something that should be trashed. Her response was it was the homeless people's fault and that she would check on it? The area was completely inappropriate and no effort was put together for a vaccination for any customer even the privacy virtual was on the ground and the pharmacist serving just overlooked it as if he didn't see it? I will not return to this location how unacceptable and has nothing to do with the homeless people they just simply didn't care and didn't even attempt to make the area look presentable ? Filling a prescription here is an absolute nightmare. It is slow, inefficient, and frustrating beyond belief. You would think they were handcrafting each pill from scratch with how long it takes. The CVS brand needs a reboot This store in specific is horrible - if you need help prepare to wait, If you need anything prepare to wait. My son waited 30 mins just to pick up a package for me and employee gave him such a hard time even though he had all information needed to pick up my package that I paid for, then antagonized him. Whoever "George" is name will make it all the way to cooperate for the lack of professionalism that he provided to my kid and the worst part is my son never got the package and I had to reroute my plans to get it. Im still upset about it. My son actually told me that George told him he did not say my name correctly - How do you even fix your mouth to tell someone's kid that they said their parent name wrong what the heck and some women during this process confronted my son in George defense about a package I ordered and paid for (Note this is a pick and almost an hour later). I went in to the CVS on Market Street today. I was waiting in line. I had placed an order online. It was ready for pickup. Now I am a stroke. My speech is not the best. So I went into the CVS with the email. Showing the order number and my last name. I was there and this young lady was asking me what did I oder. I said that I remember ? My name and order number: 436267180 to an associate at the checkout counter at the front of the store." This is the text message that I had showed her and she kept asking me what was I did I buy? As I got more upset. She said that UPS and pictures had ordered number. I would hope that CVS has different numbers for UPS and pictures? She kept on talking at me about how she needed to know what was in it. NOW, I gave her the order number. The same number is on the bag and my number. This lady didn't know me. I could have been some unstable person. I kept telling her that this was "bullshit" and she said that it was not "what I just said" so I left and asked what her name was. She said Christy or something like that. Now, I am setting here with my online order. Now, was I wrong? I came here for Covid-19 testing. The process was pretty easy. I was able to schedule a quick appointment online via cvs website. I drove up to the tent. The representative held up a sign with a telephone number to call which is how he & I communicated since the window had to stay rolled up. He hands the test via a brown paper bag with all supplies on a stick. He guided me on how to take the test which was placing the swab up each nostril & placing it in a vile, packaging it up & placing it in a bin. An email is sent to register on the cvs health account for results to be sent. Its Christmas time and I was killing two birds with one stone. I went to pick up a gift and then returned to CVS to get wrapping paper. I was gone 45 minutes and my car was towed by Long Beach Towing. It cost about $400 to get it back. I recommend that under no circumstances do you go to this shopping center. Its a racket the property owner has with the towing service. Like all of Inglewood its not to be trusted. Meters don't work and you get a ticket.Cars are towed with a wink and a mod. Who needs this. While I was waiting in the lot for Long Beach Towing to answer the phone 4 other cars were towed. I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy is pretty good about getting the line down fast so while I was in there,this guy and a young lady had a very loud verbal altercation over something about the restroom, the altercation was over pretty fast, but no store security responded. After getting my Rx I got infamous long coupon receipt and decided to take advantage and use some of the coupons. Everything I wanted to buy was behind locked glass. Why do I need to check expiration and EVERYTHING I buy from this location?!?! Today after a doctors visit I went in for a few quick items. I needed a quick snack so I could take my medication. After eating a whole "pure organic" brownie bar I realized it was 4 months expired! Nothing like paying a premium organic price for an expired item. People go here to get the medicine they need and this man who sounded HIGH and slow just hung up on me when I asked him to transfer over a prescription for my three year old daughter. The wait time is 90 - 120 mins and I asked if he can send it to another one and he said yes and when I was about to tell him another pharm, he said to call Marina Del Rey and hung up on me. When he just said he would do it for me. He waited like 10 seconds only. So rude. I've been here a few times, and I'll be coming here more often now that they have a Chase ATM. Driving a few more miles just to pull cash without a fee is a headache. The reason I've given this location 3 stars is that each of the 4 or 5 times I've been here, they're usually short staffed. The lines are really long reaching through the aisles. Other than that... The aisles are huge and long, so there's space to rush through and grab what you need to...stand in the long line. Maybe that's why the lines are long; people are able to get what they need faster than the cashier can check them out. The parking lot is shared with another retail place, so it's huge. Most people are going to CVS anyways, it seems. Definitely better than other CVS' that I've been to. read more

I love this store. I'm in there shopping at the minimum of twice a week. The only resin I'm giving a 4 star is because : everytime I go, there is not shopping carts or bakets . That's kind of somethings the store can adjust, but over the years I moved here, it's always been short on baskets . Second, the panhandlers right at the entrance. I don't hate homeless people but I do feel like in acplacecif business community should not have to bectolped every time being asked for money.theorvte thing thT will keep me around. Other than that, I haven't been to the pharmacy yet so not sure what that's like. Reason being is because I go to the other location with the drive-through. Those things make life so much more convenient. I've gone through the drive-through and drop mice prescription off and they'll tell me exactly when to come back versus me standing on my feet waiting in the store forever. Never coming here again!!! Arrived at 3:30pm, waited in line for 30mins. Dropped off my prescription. They told me it would be ready in an hour. I asked if they would text or call when it was ready and they said "yes". Went home, waited 3 hrs and never received a noticed. I tried calling the pharmacy to confirm, but I was put on hold for 15mins. I decided to just drive the pharmacy a 2nd time. I get there and wait in line another 20mins. Finally, I receive assistance, but they tell me my prescription isn't ready yet. They tell me to wait another 10mins, which I patiently do. The manager then comes over and informs me that they can't get my medication because it is locked in their safe, which no one knows the code to. Wtf!!! How the hell do they not know that?!? Wasted my fucking time, meanwhile I am out of meds. This place is a fucking black hole. Next morning I went to Walgreens in El Segundo. It only took them 20 minutes to fill my prescription. First I was waiting in line at the pharmacy and some person went in front of me- pharmacist didn't bother to help/ask me first before the other person when she (pharmacist) seen I'd been waiting for a minute. Then, she tells me I can't get my medication until 7 days from now because I am too late. Yet cvs has been calling my phone non stop. I insisted I needed it as soon as possible, and sure she made it happen. However, in the process she literally yelled from the back of the pharmacy towards the register of the pharmacy my medication to me- hence my medication has a stigma and there were plenty of people in line and waiting around area. I asked her if in the future she can please not yell or disclose my medication out to others. She said "oh yeah" Then, she told me to wait 10-15 minute, so meanwhile I buy some goods. I purchase my goods at the traditional register so I can apply my coupons. Then, I walk to the pharmacy to pick up my medication, and they charge me for my medication plus my goods-despite the fact that I told them I purchased them already. I didn't realize until I drove off, so I had to go back to cvs. When I get back to the location I tell the person (whom I believe is a supervisor or with some authority since she was counting money at the register), and she literally sighs and gives me attitude. Didn't even bother to explain how I'd get coupons reimbursed. Been coming here for years -basically all my life- and this has been the worst experience. Worst pharmacy ever! The only reason I sent my daughter prescriptions here was because it is so close to my house. First of all the wait is forever , second my daughters prescriptions clearly say "Counsel New Drug, And Counsel New Patient" clearly that means a pharmacist should of came and spoke to me about how she should take the medication but nope they gave me the medicine and sent me off. Thats great I still asked tor a consultation and the pharmacist sent one of the regular cashiers to come and "explain" to me the same instructions that were on the paper that came with the medication.
