I waited patiently…read morewhile the customer ahead of me was being served a process that took well over 15 minutes, causing a significant delay entirely outside of my control. At approximately 8:55 PM, a pharmacy staff member in a blue uniform approached me and informed me that the pharmacy was now closed and that I would need to return another time. I was given no opportunity to be served, despite the fact that: 1. I was physically present and in line BEFORE the closing time. 2. The excessive delay was caused by the transaction ahead of me -- not by any action on my part. 3. I was not warned at any point during my wait that I might not be served. 4. No reasonable effort was made to accommodate a customer who had been waiting in good faith. This is not simply an inconvenience depending on the nature of the prescription, a refusal to dispense medication to a patient already waiting in line can have serious health consequences. Turning away a customer who arrived before closing, due to a delay the customer had no part in creating, is both a failure of customer service and potentially contrary to your own service standards.

Received another "ready for pick up" text Thursday 4/23, go in to pick it up on 4/24, spend an hour troubleshooting the coupon, told it still doesn't work. I tell them "I'll be back with my HSA card to pick up on Sunday" - return Sunday 4/26, told "medication is on hold"...sent to consultation window, told "the coupon does work" and the total is now $500...and it's not filled, in fact, it was never filled... I explain everything, they say "I don't know who worked with you, but the coupon works, but the item was never filled" - provide text showing it was filled, proceed to identify by name the 2 people who helped me troubleshoot on Friday, one of those identified claims "I never helped you"...after some pushback says "you declined the medication"...and the kicker, "the item is out of stock"... tl;dr First, they said it was $400, then they said coupon didn't work, then said they never helped me, then they say it was never filled. Then I prove it was filled, now they say they DID help me, but claim I declined it. Suddenly now the coupon works, it's $500, but it's out of stock? This place is a joke. Other things to note: The nearby hospitals send everyone here because it's 24 hours, so there's almost always a line. There are a few kind and patient staff members, but otherwise the rest are unhelpful and some will lie straight to your face.

One of the worst customer service I had at cvs. The staff never greeted you with a simple hello. When you need help, they give you an attitude that you're bothering them. I had a return to do. My cashier was Mario and was very rude. He said I had to return the ECB reward I earned from my purchased items. I told him I didn't earn anything reward as he can clearly see from my full receipt. Then when I want to do another transaction, buying new items with manufacture coupons, he said I cannot use them on sale item. I said it stated in cvs policy that the store would allow it. He refused to process it. I asked for the manager. He said scan it. The coupon went through fine. Though I tried to be polite and make conversation with him for taking his time, he ignored me completely. They didn't even offer me help to the car when I brought cases of water. This store needs to train their employees on customer service and company policy's. Do not treat your customers with attitude should they need help and buy with coupons. Clearly they don't value your business. Please avoid this store and go elsewhere. read more

I called from a medical office to phone in a prescription to the pharmacist, Angela, who was extremely rude. She questioned the dosage, told me it didn't make sense, made me repeat the doctors name many times. She said is it "e-e-a-n?" Like is there even a name called Eean? Then she hastily took down the prescription and said "whatever." I have called in hundreds of prescriptions and I have never encountered a pharmacist like her. I walked up with my aunt to the drop-off counter, but they refused to let me be an interpreter (I am a horrible translator/interpreter). I understand the confidentiality and privacy concerns, but they didn't have anyone at the pharmacy to interpret and translate to Spanish. It was taking forever because the technician/pharmacist didn't understand my aunt, nor did she understand him. I also remember that he refused to accept the GoodRx card to fill the prescription. My aunt and I left frustrated, annoyed, and she was in pain without her prescription being filled. How could they not have a bilingual pharmacist? Santa Ana is right next door. I think my aunt and I tried one more time to fill her prescription (hoping they had a Spanish-speaking pharmacist), but this time the technician said that they had an interpreter and walked us both over to a station in the pharmacy where he simply pressed a button (seemed like an intercom) where my aunt had to wait by herself to speak to this interpreter (I had to stand back) with the pharmacist. The technician/pharmacist kept pressing that button for a Spanish interpreter to voice through from the other end. It also took forever for anyone to speak back from that button, but the audio was so bad that even the technician/pharmacist couldn't understand them. Furthermore, the volume was excessively loud, which was embarrassing for my aunt. My aunt and I had to leave again, frustrated, annoyed, and she was in pain without her prescription being filled.

They didn't know which one was the right # so they sent me home until they heard back from the dr. Turns out that both are correct --- mg measures weight while ml measures volume. This is day one a pharmacy school, no? Bc of this fundamental mistake, my regiment was pushed back. Red flag #1. How can you be 100% confident that they are getting your meds correct? When they finally filled the order the next day, I asked for assistance on how to use this medicine as it was my first time using an injection. They sent a pharmacy STUDENT to instruct me and all she did was read the sentence on the box, which I could've done. When I asked her a follow-up question based on what she read, she had a blank look and had nothing to say. She looked over to the pharmacist who slowly worked her way over to us and her exact words were "THERE ARE A LOT OF YOUTUBE VIDEOS THAT TEACH YOU HOW TO USE THIS." WHAT!!!! This is concerning because: 1) they are patients to use resources that might not be reliable 2) the patient can end up wasting the $$$$ medicine 3) the patient can do it wrong and risk their health 4) isn't it the pharmacist's job to explain to you how to use what they are sending you home with?
