Had to stop in here to use their photo kiosk because another place's online system was down and needed a photo enlarged. Such a drag! I was greeted upon walking in by Jonathan (I hope I got his name right), the assistant manager. Friendly and helpful guy, kudos to you, sir! I asked about the photo kiosk as we were in a rush and he directed us just past the registers. After looking at the options of downloading pictures, I didn't see what we were looking for. I headed over to check with Jonathan just as the phone rang and he answered. UGH, remember.... in a hurry. He apologized about the delay while listening to the customer on the phone and asked if everything was ok with the kiosk. I mentioned I didn't see how to download a pic from my phone. He mentioned a quick step and also pointed out the menu options near the kiosk. Got an app downloaded and and was able to print out what we needed. Didn't take too long, but 10 minutes was long in this case since we had to drive an hour north into LA traffic. Overall helpful service here. Keep on Yelp'n! read more

Do not come to this CVS. Customer service is terrible and staff is unfriendly. Talked to the supervisor as I bought some products and needed to get the offer that was advertised. So I'm sitting here covid positive. My doc suggests zinc and naproxen along with prescriptions. So I order zinc buy one get one free along with having prescriptions delivered. The prescription comes with the naproxen, but no zinc. No email follow up saying they are out of it, just "part of your order was delivered." So I wait and call. They email says call the 800 number, which puts through a maze that says call local store. Local store says, "Ummmm yeah, we're like out of it." REALLY? Why not not let me order it then? Why not send an email saying you're out of it. So they have no delivery options and now want me to come into the store. Mind you I was supposed to start taking the zinc over a week ago. I turned blue last night and probably should have gone to the er, but I'm too exhausted. This is the last thing I should have to expend so much time and energy on. I don't know why I'm surprised. The CVS has screwed up epically time and time again. Too bad my insurance won't let me go anywhere else. read more

Always come here for my mom's pharmacy needs. Lately they've been out of her medication but that's not their fault. Old timer staff are nice, while the new girls seem to be there just to get the job done and aren't very personable. Still get the job done though. Had the Covid test today at this location. The bin was full with nose swabs for the test, had to manually push the bags down !!! Called the pharmacy and they acted like it was no big deal. The pharmacy needs some major training in efficiency and being Covid safe. Have not experienced any type of problems at other locations. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this location . It would be nice if they could: 1) Install self check out 2) Hire another cashier. I spend a lot of time waiting in lines here... sometimes it's because the store is legitimately busy, other times it's because the one person ahead of me in line takes FOREVER. The only time I've never experienced a line here is around 8:00AM. I find CVS to be pricey in general (compared to Target), but this location is convenient to my work. I only pop in here if I REALLY need something that can't wait. Has your usual drugstore necessities. I do not fill my prescriptions at this locations so cannot comment on their pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy staff here is fantastic. I've been using this CVS for years. I changed jobs about seven months ago and got new insurance. Come January 2020 there's a ton of wild hoops I needed to jump through. The staff were incredibly empathetic and effective. Faxing documents to my doctor, phoning them. They truly took care of me and I know they went above and beyond. I was so shell shocked with my insurance that I failed to grab their names. But a huge shoutout to the staff on duty Friday January 17th you took what could've been a nightmare and made it all seem so manageable. Thank you! Do not trust this pharmacy to correctly fill your prescription. Last night I got my prescription for Valium filled here and I was supposed to have 15 pills. Got home and immediately opened the bottle and it seemed short so I counted them and there were only 13 in the bottle. I had my husband count as well to double check and sure enough only 13 in the bottle. I immediately called the pharmacy and they asked me to bring the bottle back in. I took the bottle back in and the lady at the counter told me that they took a picture before giving us the prescription and the picture showed 15 (I never saw this picture so they could have been lying to me)! I counted my pills immediately after opening the sealed bag that they were inside of. Long story short they definitely shorted me 2 doses of my medication and refused to correct it. This was actually the second time that this pharmacy had shorted us medication. They shorted my son's Vyvanse prescription once as well. All I have to say is if you are still planning on going here to fill your prescription (especially if it's a controlled substance), make the pharmacist witness you count your medication before leaving the pharmacy!! It's pretty shady business practice when a pharmacy shorts your controlled substances!! read more

The pharmacist was careless and gave my monthly narcotic prescription to a person that they can't identify. So anyone can go into CVS with minimal if any information on the patient and pick up anyone's medication. I can't get my medication refilled till next month because of their reckless behavior. Like many of the other reviews on the pharmacy here at this CVS my experience was the same. The employees are extremely rude and do not listen to their customers or their requests and needs. They are ignorant and just don't care. It's extremely disappointing and concerning that a pharmacy and it's employees would be so careless. I have been getting my prescriptions there for the last 4 years and had multiple text messages from them saying that my prescription was ready yet they're arguing with me saying they had no record of me or my prescription. After arguing for a half hour the genius tech comes back and says she found them. Completely ridiculous. Poor management. Very bad experience. read more

Very nice cvs inside. Everything was stocked. I found everything I needed and then some easily. Its a little pricey but its located in a pricey area. The only reason its a 4 star review is that they were short on staff for check out. The cashier had to leave to get the photo pick up while a line continued to grow. The staff here could not be nicer but whether they are over worked or disorganized I don't know! I've had to ask monthly to flag my account that I only want 30 days at a time and every month I get 90 days and have to go back for 30. They, after months, finally get it that I want branded Lipitor. THEY NEVER offer coupons and so tonight I went on line and realized I could be paying $9 instead of $50 for a co-pay but lastly I was told it would be 15-20 mins for a fill of one of three scripts (the other two were already filled) and I finally walked out after 40 mins to avoid coming off the rails! Once we move I will be using a small privately owned pharmacy that focuses on efficiency & customer service vs. volume and $$$$$ read more

It is very interesting to place an order online for a product and it advertise it would be ready on a certain day and you call several hours later to follow up and the employee says they need to notify a supervisor because they are alone on the floor, then you wait another several hours and call back and they pick up the phone then immediately hang up on you. I went in to get a passport photo at 11:15am. The store was empty except some delivery guy dropping off a couple of boxes. I asked if this is where I take a passport photo? She said we don't take passport photos at lunchtime. I asked when is lunchtime, it's 11:15? she said we don't do passport photos between 11-2. I am the manager and I don't have time" So don't go here to get photos. shame on you lazy ass worker, or shame on you CVS for paying some Walmart greeter $20 per hour for manager duties... read more

Due to the maskless people and the fact that I'm immuno-compromised and older, I've been using the drive-thru service. After waiting about 40 minutes for three cars ahead to finish, I pulled up for my prescription meds. While there, I asked if I could purchase a bottle of 1,000-unit vitamin D, a CVS product. I explained that it's hard to find what I need online for that. SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GO INSIDE THE STORE FOR VITAMINS. I CAN'T DO THAT. IT'S WHY I WAITED 40 MINUTES IN MY CAR. The staff is so incredibly rude here in the pharmacy and completely incompetent. It took me 45 minutes to fill a 30 day prescription on my vacation from out of town. They stated my insurance had the wrong birthdate and made me call my insurance which stated it was correct. Well apparently the staff was running me as the cardholder when it was husbands insurance and I'm not the primary holder. They almost refused to help me when it was their fault it was not going through. Then they made me wait another 20 min for the prescription. I am so glad I live in a small town and don't have to deal with these big pharmacy chains because they could care less about their patients. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Normally I grab my medicine from the counter but today for my bad luck I had to take the drive thru to pick up my medicine and it took me 45 minutes waiting in the line while other cars were doing Covid-19 tests, when I asked the pharmacist assistant, she's a lady, she replied in a terrible rude way "it's not our problem" I told her I was waiting for 45 minutes to pick up my medicine that's totally frustrating and you guys should leave a sign saying pick up medicine from the counter, but she totally ignored what I'm saying and keep repeating "what's your name" she was totally rude, unprofessional, frustrated person, she didn't even meet the standards of the customer service of the fast food cashier in any restaurant down the street, J couldn't see her name she was behind the window talking to me through the mic, Burnett lady. I am usually open minded about stores and give them several tries before giving up. This store is worth giving up! The store is a dirty mess and rarely has products in stock. The greeting card section is the worst. Good luck trying to find a card for anyone with a brain cell. The pharmacy always has a long line and only one person willing to wait on the customers. During the time that you are waiting in line, you have ample time to scan the store and recognize that nothing is properly organized and the prices are outrageous. I occasionally shop here on the way home from work when I hit the Ralphs next door, although I'm often uncomfortable with the solicitor mentioned in other posts, but if I feel like I really need something, I'll suffer the "consider making a donation on your way out darlin' " I got last night to get what I need. I scheduled a flu shot for 4:00. I showed up at 3:55 to six people working in the pharmacy area, none of whom looked up to helped. When I finally just spoke up, they seemed confused about my appointment. She took my information and told me it would be 15 minutes. I was already a little frustrated because it shouldn't take 15 minutes when I make an appointment, but I looked around, grabbed a few items and came back at 4:15. I grew increasingly frustrated for another 15 minutes before going back to them and just asking to cancel. She said it was already in process (for 30 minutes?). I mentioned it shouldn't take a half-hour when I have an appointment and she said she looked, but my appointment was scheduled for 6 a.m. Now, since the pharmacy doesn't even open until 8 a.m., I'm not sure how that's possible. They either need to update their system or teach their staff to lie better. I also had an email confirming my 4 p.m. appointment. After threatening to leave, they THEN brought out the paperwork for me to sign, checked me out and had the pharmacist rush me through. I left the items I was going to purchase sitting there as I wasn't feeling the need to reward them for poor service. Won't be back to this CVS. read more

The staff has always been helpful. Mario is always friendly with a smile. Out of my 20+ trips there, I only had to wait for more than 5-10mins about 2-3 times. They could certainly use another hired head to help out stocking, cleaning and being backup checkout person. They are overpriced on quite a few items. Good prices on the cigs. Yes I could go to Ralphs next door but they charge more for smokes and always takes me 20 mins to find what Im looking for. This place is small. Either they have or they don't and I can find out quickly if I need to make a trip next door. Plenty of parking except around lunch and 5pm where the lots get swamped. read more
