this is a very clean store. No stock in the aisles. They change their sales on Sunday's, I believe. They also chose not to sell any tobacco products a few years ago. KUDO's for that positive move. I love their sales. I always buy my washing soaps and dish washing soaps here, they usually have a sale going on. I also always buy my Centrum multi vitamins here, but only when they are BOGO, you get more BANG FOR YOUR BUCK that way. I also like their Cosmetics Dept. as well. Great sales and prices. read more

This CVS has lost me as a customer because of the pharmacy. I've been using this pharmacy for the better part of a year after my local Target pharmacy changed their hours so it was no longer convenient. I chose this CVS because the pharmacy is supposedly open 24 hours. Strike 1: New prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. One was filled. When I called a couple weeks later about the second, I was told they don't carry it. I asked when they planned on calling me to tell me this and the answer was silence. Strike 2: Remember what I said about being open 24 hours? Apparently that means while someone may physically be there, they don't have to work. I arrived before 8am with a sinus infection and a RX for azithromycin. I was told by the pharmacist that his staff didn't come in until after 8 and he just couldn't fill my prescription. Azithromycin is an antibiotic. It comes in a box. You literally pull it off the shelf and slap a sticker on it. That's it. So I headed across the street to Walgreens and had my z-pak in 15 minutes. Strike 3: They cannot handle my birth control correctly. Ever. My RX was sent by the doc. It was put on hold. Why? No answer. Then they filled it because there was no reason to put it on hold. I asked for a Thursday refill. I got Friday. I asked again and was told all prescriptions on auto-refill are filled for Fridays. They cannot change it, the system won't let them. I asked how and why and was met with silence and that's just how it is. I said so if I'm on heart meds and get a RX filled every Wednesday I'm just out of luck because the system likes Fridays? More silence and all four members of the pharmacy team just staring at me. They also never put in the booklet that has the day of the week stickers. I have to keep asking for them. After my angry discussion described in Strike 3, a supervisor called me about 20 minutes later because staff alerted them to my complaints. We had a nice call where I described the multiple failures of the pharmacy team. I was asked to give them another chance, told there was a change in management, and offered a $15 gift card for the z-pak debacle. I declined it all and plan to move my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. The supervisor tried his best but until there is staffing change or major training with this pharmacy, I will not trust this CVS and will not give them my business any longer. read more

Every time I have come in here for something either I haven't been able to find it, or it was double the cost of what I would have paid somewhere else. Granted, I have never filled a medication here, so don't know what the pharmacy is like or the insurance compensation. I'm just talking about the merchandise. I find them expensive or I can't find what I'm looking for. I almost always walk out the door empty handed and headed out the door frustrated because I am going to have to shop at another store, usually Publix or Walmart which I was trying to avoid the extra trip. read more

This CVS pharmacy near my house does a really good job filling our prescriptions and taking care of all of our medical prescription needs. Sometimes if we run out of something and they need to get approval from the doctor they will actually give us a few pills to tide us over. They have things that are on sale on a regular basis which works well for a little quick shopping. They're open late hours. I really like this place. read more

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would! I contacted CVS on the exact date allowed to get my Rx renewed and the Dr office responded within 24 hours (Tuesday, July 19). For some reason, the pharmacy has a hard time filling this Rx. I got an actual call from CVS on Saturday, July 23 saying they still hadn't received it but should have it Monday- I expressed that I was going out of town early Wed. Morning and needed it filled- he said to call Mon. I called Monday and was told it would be ready at 4 pm on Tuesday. Called Tuesday at noon - was on hold over 35 minutes before talking to anyone- was told for some reason, the warehouse would not deliver it! They had it at another CVS, but could not transfer it without the Dr writing a new Rx to the new pharmacy. Needless to say, the Dr office needs 24 hr notice so it didn't happen. Now I'm going on a 5 day vacation without my sleeping meds- this should be fun. The staff here does not care, puts through zero effort to help, and literally has one employee that isn't rude as can be! My business will be taken elsewhere! read more

I don't know why it has a bad rating. The pharmacy staff is very attentive. They're busy, but always do a good job. I've never had any problems here. I recently messed up and sent a prescription to a different location and they worked after closing time to help sort it out. read more

It makes me sad to give this CVS one star. I used to rave about this store & its employees- especially the pharmacy. Four years ago, I was taking care of my father as he was losing his fight with cancer. I was in the store often 5 times a week. The pharmacy manager then, Al, was always patient, knowledgeable and compassionate. The store manager then, Jason, noticed how often I was in the store and struck up a conversation, then politely asked about my family whenever he saw me. That year I was actually one of the store's top 5 customers- I was given a gift bag of CVS products! Fast forward pharmacy: Al is no longer with CVS but pharmacy techs Rico & Del are the reasons I continue to go to the pharmacy. I tried to introduce myself to the new manager but could never get her attention. I try to schedule my visits to when the outstanding employees are working...I have turned around & walked out when I did not see them. And I avoid going to the pharmacy on the weekends because much of the time "floaters" are working and the service is terrible. Fast forward front of store: Jason moved to another store. It's only a couple of miles away but it's in the opposite direction from which I usually travel. When I am in that area, I will stop by to say hello. I think Jason left approximately 3 years ago. There was a friendly assistant manager (Brian, I think), was pleasant & friendly but disappeared. And it seems the front of the store has been without a manager for some time. After Jason left, the store had some difficulty finding customer service focused employees. That has continued to be a problem. Shirley,a morning cashier, is pleasant but I cannot say that about any of the other front of store employees. What happened tonight? I had the unfortunate experience to meeting a new manager. I don't know if EJ (btw- your name ISN'T printed on the receipt) if is the manager or an assistant manager but tonight was your second day/night & you failed. You refused to give me your name when I asked...and I asked at first because I was going to compliment you but you flipped that switch with your bad attitude. You didn't have to rush, interrupt me or be condescending. If you didn't notice, that wasn't my first trip to that CVS but it might be my last time shopping the front of the store. I had stopped at the Walgreens across the street before CVS. And maybe it's because I expect poor service & attitude when I (rarely) go to Walgreens that I was blown away tonight with the amazing service I received tonight. I should have asked for the wonderful woman's name who helped me. I guess if I lower my expectations of CVS, I'll be pleased when the service is adequate. And when I say service, I mean a knowledgeable cashier who actually looks at the customer & doesn't interrupt or give attitude. I will no longer rave about how wonderful this CVS is and that makes me sad. My neighborhood CVS no longer feels like a neighborhood store. It feels like the chain store that doesn't care. I will tell people that the pharmacy is good but only if they get the right pharmacy tech. EJ, not only did you provide me me poor service, you were a poor example of how to treat a customer to the cashier that was working next to you. Congratulations on your second day. I hope someone notices this & takes the opportunity to coach you on how to handle a line of 4 people with the appropriate level of service. read more
