Didn't know which is fine but did not seem to want to help. Said to check downstairs. I asked a person downstairs and he said upstairs in the middle near the person I spoke to. I went there and near the counter to the side is a larger rack with umbrellas and ponchos. I took three then went to checkout and nicely told the woman where the rack is just in case others asked and she seemed to not care. I waited so she could check me out buy the person she was helping took longer and she didn't tell me the line started behind me to the left. I waited and waited meanwhile a customer walked up to the side where another person behind the counter stood with no people and she helped that customer instead. Never said she could help me. Another employee came to the counter and could have said he would take care of me but I wasn't sure if he was coming to help or do something else so I went to the line area. The checkout self kiosks in my opinion are very sensitive when you place the items after scanning them. The screen is always having an error message asking for a sales representative for help because the items are not placed properly. They always have to clear the error message. The whole procedure sounded overwhelming but let me tell you, this was the complete opposite. I had the most smooth and outstanding experience I've ever had with my prescriptions. The staff was very helpful from the moment they received my prescriptions they've automatically applied special coupons and vouchers which they have to lower my cost and in some cases to zero dollars! (Btw Tribeca Apothecary has by far the most competitive pricing in New York City so even if a prescription isn't covered rest assured you were quoted the best price in town!)
