I needed a maintenance medication filled before beginning a new job and the pharmacist did so in about 5 minutes flat! And before the pharmacy was even technically open! His calm demeanor always calmed *me* down, which I really needed. The entire staff at Xpress Lane are always so fast, friendly and efficient, however. They are also likely to have available the harder-to-find medications that nearby pharmacies don't. That's how I first discovered them! Didn't know which is fine but did not seem to want to help. Said to check downstairs. I asked a person downstairs and he said upstairs in the middle near the person I spoke to. I went there and near the counter to the side is a larger rack with umbrellas and ponchos. I took three then went to checkout and nicely told the woman where the rack is just in case others asked and she seemed to not care. I waited so she could check me out buy the person she was helping took longer and she didn't tell me the line started behind me to the left. I waited and waited meanwhile a customer walked up to the side where another person behind the counter stood with no people and she helped that customer instead. Never said she could help me. Another employee came to the counter and could have said he would take care of me but I wasn't sure if he was coming to help or do something else so I went to the line area. So he helps someone else instead even though he saw me standing there. WTF. Basic Communication would be nice. Poor service and very unmotivated people.

They also have essential oils, interesting personal care brands that you won't find in other stores, and a constantly changing supply of delicious snack products.
