Heard them mention making me get the shot and then charging me $72. I have insurance that would cover it. All of this is from me overhearing them. They tried to charge it to my Medicare part b but it wasn't going through despite me having UHC connected to Medicare. I also have Medicaid. They couldn't just apply the UHC and Medicaid like most people do. They kept walking off. There was a massive line forming behind me when I decided to just leave. Ridiculous. This was all at the pharmacy.

During my visit this morning (March 21), the self-checkout area was clearly backed up, with several people waiting in line. At the same time, there was only one traditional checkout lane open with a cashier. While there was an employee overseeing self-checkout and helping when issues came up, it didn't appear there was any effort to open an additional staffed lane as the line grew. This seems to be a recurring issue at this location. If staffing limits the number of cashier lanes that can be open, it may be worth expanding the number of self-checkout stations to better handle peak times. Otherwise, adding support at the front end when lines build would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. I enjoy shopping here and will continue to come back, but I hope this is an area that can be improved.

I get that your A-Team is probably not going to be on third shift but I needed a razor which was locked behind some cabinets and managed to flag down someone to ask if he could open it? He said he didn't have the key and moved away from. Did he know anyone with a key? Nope, dull-eyed stare...ok thanks. Fortunately, an end cap of razors didn't need someone to open it and I snagged that. So, if you need something that's behind a locked case maybe come in the daytime or be willing to commit a misdemeanor, I doubt the staff would stop you anyways.

I kid you not- I had not been sick whatsoever in two straight years. However, the streak ended…read moreone fateful Friday (March 3rd). I got up around 9 A.M. and headed for the Minute Clinic. The kiosk to sign in was a bit difficult to deal with (I believe the focus shifted to unanticipated parts of the screen). It also could have been because I am not a frequent user. After finishing with that, I sat down. Less than a minute later the nurse practioner came out and greeted me. Through my exam she was personable and kind- I found out she did not have a home store (which explained things she needed for my particular visit were not found easily). At one point she had to go to the other Minute Clinic room. When she did so, she left the door open. I did not care too much, but it would be best practice to shut it. Shortly after returning, she concluded that I had strep. I was provided a sheet that listed the medicines I could take to help with the symptoms. I walked out and headed for the consultation window. The pharmacist (Craig) and intern (Charles) not only helped me find the section for the products that I needed from the visit, but suggested products they knew would help. They saved me MAJORLY on TIME and MONEY. I proceeded to the pharmacy registers for a prescription unrelated to the visit. A new (to me), friendly technician soon met me there. Not only was I helped there, but was greeted from afar by a technician (Jordan). From my time here at this pharmacy, she seems to be really good with names and does well with having patients feel like they matter when she works with them. Even though I have worked at this pharmacy consistently (for 6+ years), until recently, I can still write a positive review about them. They do not have to be genuinely nice to me solely because I have worked with them. And I'll explain- When I worked, I focused on patients and getting most of the work done that I could in between rushes. Due to this there was little time to socialize (I only hung out with two co-workers regularly outside of work and they left way before March 3). The pharmacy staff treated me the way they did because they 1) are genuinely nice people and 2) enjoy healthcare.
