I have own this product for a while and it has NEVER failed in super cleaning and pleasing me. I also use the heavy duty Oxy solution for pets. The trick is not to be in a hurry. Use the Hoover with very hot tap water and cover the entire rug twice but go over the NASTY spots several times. Then after emptying the machine rinse the rug again using hot tap water. Amazing how much more it cleans. Now since I am OCD I go over the rug again with no fluids to help the rug to dry even faster. Pets or no pets if you have a rug I highly suggest you RUN out and purchase this machine. 1 cleaning pays for itself. Oh, and don't skimp on the cleaner. AH, I can breathe again!!!

I was asked to provide a urine sample. When I entered the restroom, it was immediately clear someone there had suffered a medical emergency: the walls, floor, and toilet were covered in human waste. Given the ongoing cyclosporiasis outbreak, I was seriously concerned about the health risk this posed to patients and staff, and I reported it right away to the clinical staff and to the doctor on duty. The doctor on duty, Marina Rivera, responded: "that isn't my problem." Horrified, I left without further delay and did not receive any care. Despite never being seen, my card was charged for the visit.
