Unfortunately, this is just the Deer Park way, so she's probably a resident in the area as well, just nasty, rude attitude for no reason. It was 8am, so she woke up this way. I have own this product for a while and it has NEVER failed in super cleaning and pleasing me. I also use the heavy duty Oxy solution for pets. The trick is not to be in a hurry. Use the Hoover with very hot tap water and cover the entire rug twice but go over the NASTY spots several times. Then after emptying the machine rinse the rug again using hot tap water. Amazing how much more it cleans. Now since I am OCD I go over the rug again with no fluids to help the rug to dry even faster. Pets or no pets if you have a rug I highly suggest you RUN out and purchase this machine. 1 cleaning pays for itself. Oh, and don't skimp on the cleaner. AH, I can breathe again!!!
