I was usually able to run in and grab my medications and jet! Customer service was just so-so. Not bad in my experience, but nothing above average either. Pretty standard "what do you want? And here you go, bye" kind of stuff lol If you are looking for friendliness and more interaction, then this may not be the place for you lol

That was until I started getting my prescriptions filled by the Walmart pharmacy in Lake Elsinore Ca. I had to transfer my prescriptions to their pharmacy because my old pharmacy which was Rite Aid ended up closing. Anyways they gave my doctor such a hard time about giving me my medication because they felt the dosage was too high. Unfortunately they know nothing about why I've been chronic pain patient and they have judged me by the prescriptions I get from my physician. I'm sure they have labeled me as a seeker too! Which is so unfair!! I mean why are they to judge me! Unfortunately that's going against the pain patient bill of rights!! I mean what kind of pharmacist does that? If you suffer from chronic pain or a chronic pain patient then do not take your prescriptions here to the Walmart pharmacy because they don't care about your pain and they won't fill your prescriptions!! Instead of somebody else to open up and check us out, they have three employees standing around, trying to solve the problem or just observe what was going on, extremely frustrating! Managers need to train your associates! This could have been so smooth and simple if there weren't so many associates standing around the one coupon problem, or whatever was going on with both lines ! The store is always clean and stocked and if you ask for assistance, they always offer it immediately. They have always been polite to customers from what I have seen and are good about checking ID for cigarettes which is good, I hate when I see a kid buying cigarettes and no one cards them.
