Today I went to pick up two orders. I called when I arrived and said I had two orders to pick up. They brought out the orders (I thought). I got home and they forgot one of the orders. So I called and told them. No apologies no sorry no nothing. I drove back the 15 minutes and they brought out my groceries. How about a "sorry". Just frustrating. Jewel - train your employees to double check orders. Please train your employees to apologize when warranted.
