I went to pick up my prescription. This Old Woman, who was manning the Delivery Counter. Suddenly in the MIDDLE OF THE TRANSACTION, SHE DECIDED TO LOG OUT and CALLED IT A DAY. I was shocked her EXTREMELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS behaviour. I think I will move on to a more friendly atmosphere. read more

There is an ongoing concern regarding prescriptions not being ready as promised, at this store #6865. I called in a prescription refill earlier today and their automated system stated it would be ready by 5pm today. I arrived at 5:57pm, and my prescription wasn't ready, and it won't be ready until after this store opens at 10am tomorrow! Even the woman in front of me in line was declined her prescription, because it wasn't ready, and wound't be ready until after this store opens tomorrow. This is an ongoing problem at this location. Can't tell you how many times I've stopped by to pick my prescription, or someone else's, and it wasn't ready as promised. They've got to either get more help at this location, stop making promises they can't keep, or open another store close by. read more

This place it's getting worse. The sistem send me a message saying I have to pick up the medicine before Friday. A family member was there Monday, they said it wasn't ready and to come back the next day. I went on Tuesday. Not ready and they said I took to long to pick up. Whaaat? I show them the message. "I have until Friday". This is my last time using this location. read more

I don't think there are any actual employees at this store, you can stand at the check out line for 10 minutes a few times, walk around looking for one, yell, no one's coming to save you. read more

This CVS is so great and the staff is always friendly and very prompt with their service. The store is always beat and clean. They have great deals during he week and everything is easy to find. Just in case you do not see what your looking for they will surely advise and help. I've never had a problem with getting my prescriptions filled or not being ready when told they would be. Victor is great!!! He always greets you with a smile and addresses you by name. He answers all your questions. The others are always nice and polite as well I just see Victor more than anyone else. read more

This pharmacy is the worst. They promise you a time and then when you go to pick you meds up they either don't have it in stock or it's not ready. They won't transfer prescriptions over to another pharmacy when they do not have that Rx in stock. read more

If I could give them no stars I would!! Very upset with the pharmacist/ pharmacy at this location. I went in today to pick up my daughters prescription that was ordered a day before and the young girl at the drive through window said that my ordered was not done yet, that it would be another half hour before it's read for pick up. When I asked what medication it was, she couldn't even pronounce the name (ridiculous). So I went home, had dinner then headed back to pick up the prescription. The girl then says that my ordered can't be fulfilled because they are out of my daughters medication. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Why say 30min until ready then?!?! They made me miss out on searching for the medication elsewhere! Very upset. Won't ever fill a prescription here again! read more

I used to go into this store 3 times a week because it was close to where I lived and I would purchase anything and everything here because it was much easier to go into than Walmart with a 2 year old. I accidentally purchased 2 items that were the same as 2 I had purchased previously. One set I had a receipt for the second I did not. I looked at the return policy before going in and it said that without a receipt you could get store credit and for their customers convenience you can return items at ANY store. The manager Angelic was disheveled and unprofessional. She said she would not accept the return because her store did not sell them. I told her I could take her to the shelves where they were stocked. She then tried to show me some computer screen that said she had sold none and I showed her the receipt from just yesterday where she had sold both. I then pulled up the return policy from cvs.com and she refused to read it and said she had the right to refuse refunds for any reason. I had to ask 10 times for her to give me her name and her superiors name until she finally gave it to me. I immediately called corporate and a District Manager will be speaking to me about such poor service and management of this store. I went to another CVS and in 2 minutes got my store credit and they didn't even have to call a manager. I will no longer use this CVS location and have transferred all my prescriptions elsewhere. Buyer beware this store is very poorly managed. If you have issues I suggest you contact the store managers superior named Charlie and also contact CVS corporate to get the district manager involved. Today on 6/7/19 the District Manager spoke with me and definitely took my experience to heart. He was very professional and listened well. They have hired some new management that will be starting soon and they are hoping these people will give us a better experience at this location. My issue was resolved and I am thankful that they listened to my concerns. read more

I would give 5 stars to everyone supporting the one person in charge of flu shots. That woman gets no stars! Rude, cold when she actually comes out of her hides hole to treat patients. Her "sorries" are the least heartfelt ones I ever heard. The whole process takes about an hour. Now knowing that in advance I wouldn't have stayed or signed up. I'm sure shes going to make sure I feel it. Okay finally got it done. She is actually not bad when u get her to work on your case. She has redeemed herself somewhat and can have 2 stars too! read more

Treated me like a nuisance but Walgreens was able to help. I try to understand because I know people are stressed and overworked but I was disappointed. I'd never used their pharmacy and I'll be transferring my daughter's account to Walgreens asap. read more

Coming to this CVS pharmacy always is such a hassle and a waste of time. They never have my prescription ready when they say they will and I always end up having to wait an extra 15-20 mins or come back another time. Not only that but the staff (most of them) are pretty rude. The one lady I always seem to deal with has no idea what customer service is. She talks to me like I'm stupid and I can HARDLY hear her from the drive thru window, which only pisses her off. The only thing keeping me from giving this place a one star review is one pharmacist, Tamisha. She is always sweet and had a smile on her face. If my insurance didn't make me use CVS, I would be at a Walgreens or Walmart in a hearbeat. read more

CVS PHARMACY says to come in "anytime in the afternoon" for the 2nd shingles shot and then makes you wait over 45 minutes, and for what reason, I ask. No obvious one. This is ludicrous. He checked in, get off your butts ĺ pop ppand handle the customers in a timely manner. read more

If you are trying to go here to print photos don't. I waited 5 minutes over by the photo counter for someone. Finally I walked up to the register to ask a question and as I was walking up the women running the register literally walked away so I had to follow her and ask about the photos. All she said was the machine is down and walked away..... Not saying anything about when it might be fixed or anything. Super rude and very bad customer service. read more

I went in looking for pads. I grab the pads I thought were on sale. I found out at the register they were not. Like anyone else I questioned it when it did not ring up by one get one half off. So the cashier did a price check and it turned out I grabbed the wrong ones. As I'm in the back looking at which ones are on sale and which ones are not the guy who did the price check followed me to the back. And abrasively, rudely proceeded to tell me " I told you those are not on sale ". ! As I was talking to the young lady who was back there stocking the shelves and she is showing me which ones were on sale. I work in customer service and I also have worked in retail and I know and understand that sometimes things get miss place. But the way he handled it was unappreciated. Because good customer service, he would have looked for the ones that were on sale and showed them to me. But no he was rude and abrasive. And I normally go to the CVS it's the closest one to my house. After this I might just drive to flower mound and go to Walgreens. read more
