So imagine my surprise, walking into CVS find one of the two self checkout, kiosks, broken, align 6 to 7 people deep, and the clerk sitting behind the counter eating chips while everyone waited to ring themselves up. Occasionally, she'd wander over with her Chito dusted fingers to waive her badge at the kiosk when someone got stuck, then head right back towards our snack break instead of actually helping customers. By the time, I finally checked out, I understood exactly why people just shop online now. Convenience only works when the store actually values your time.

The lady was incredibly rude. Her answer was sarcastic and when I tried to explain why I called she hung up on me. I also believe she is picking up and hanging up immediately. I called twice the first time I could hear her taking to someone and just picked up and hung up. Maybe a mistake i don't know but based on her attitude I doubt it. Again the pharmacy is wonderful. I didn't have a customer care membership so she advised me to get one and began assisting me. There was some difficulty in getting my number in so she called the manager who was incredibly helpful. Since they took a little longer they accommodated by giving me the discount on the wine. Even though I didn't get a customer care membership due to the issues with the system, I really appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to help me. They both had wonderful attitudes and were very pleasant. Now it may not seem like much but it's their attitude and their willingness to go above and beyond to help me is what impressed me. Keep up the good work.

I got set up at the drop-off counter and the vaxxer dude came out to give me my shot almost immediately after I checked in. I get a flu shot annually and this may have been my least painful one ever - and they're not normally painful anyway. But I literally had to ask him if he'd given it, because it didn't feel like he had. Done and done, quick and painless, friendly folks. #winning

I don't know because I have not asked them lately. But this CVS would not sell thru the drive thru. I am on oxygen, I did not put it on for show. I never expected them to refuse to hand me the oc medication at the window. This is actually the second CVS in the area that has been very disrespectful to me an elder. a couple months ago, I was in theCVS drive thru and there was a larger package that would not fit through their drive thru drawer. I again asked if someone could bring to the front of the store and I could pick up at the curb. Nope, there was no curb service pickup there! (That CVS is in the Colony, TX on Main Street). CVS just obviously does not care)! I called Corporate that time, I won't bother to call them again. They need to close all their stores! I defended CVS a few months ago because of their long wait drive thru times. I feel that customers need to have their ducks in a row and not ask the CS person to run interference with their ins or do other things that could be handled different. However, I do not feel I was out of line by these recent requests by me.

I am in total shock over the reviews of this place because my experience was totally different that…read morewhat has been written about this Pharmacy. I will began with how I came to find this place. I use to use medications from CVS and always wondered why with some medications I had strange side effects and with others I did not. being that I am premenopausal I am currently taking hormone replacement (BiOTE) and with this implant it is a must that I take progesterone as well. I noticed with the CVS/Wallgreens brand of progesterone, It caused me to bleed abnormally...this is a "side effect". I spoke with my Primary Care Physician about being switched over to Compound Progesterone instead of the CVS/Wallgreens brand, being that I lucked up on having such an open minded Physician, he went with my pharmacy of choice, after extensive research I decided to go with, "PharmaCompoundia" and he called in my prescription. to this very day, I have no side effects anymore, my body clearly doesn't appreciate me trying to use a generic brand. The staff at this Pharmacy are so professional and ready to answer any and all of my questions. They deliver to your home or Physicians office as well. I even get text messages right before I run out of my medications to remind me that its time to refill my prescription and if I am planning to refill them to just text back a simple "yes", my prescription has always been ready for me to pick up before I've come to get them. Again, maybe there has been a change in staff...because this place is definitely a place that I not only recommend to the reader of my review but to my family and friends that are very dear to me as well.
