Absolute worst service ever! The short Asian male does not care or respect the privacy of customers. The employees of this location is friendly, however their pride of the location is lacking. Trash is constantly on the ground and by the dumpster. People fixing their vehicle and walls are tagged. The scrubs and tress are unkept. The neighborhood is keeping their houses up, why is a big company like CVS don't care what it looks like. They are attracting the people to this location. i cannot believe how the security guard made me feel. i am in tears and so upset! the damm security guard was standing there just staring at me, i had no idea i was looking a the makeup trying to look at the specials and looking for colors. you know typical girl stuff. my daughter was using the blood pressure machine, while i was looking. and the whole time im trying to shop this rent a cop is on my a$$. it really pissed me off and i confronted him. because he made me feel like a thief and im not. i said why are you standing there just staring at me, while im trying to shop?! ! im planning to buy this stuff and you are just standing there watching me. he said that is m job/to walk around i said i know its your job but you are not walking around, you are just watching me!!! dont you think it makes me uncomfortable? !?!!! i really can't believe it. i am so upset that i'm shaking. and apparently he does this to other females, according to the reviews i just glanced at. i was going to buy the stuff but in the end i said f this i am too shaken up to drop some $$ at a place that made me uncomfortable. i really wanted to go punch him, but i have more dignity then him. they need to do something about this. we should not feel uncomfortable when trying to shop read more

Ok so my son had his wisdom teeth extracted. The dentist office called in the prescription. I called one hour later to check the status of the prescription and was told the couldn't find it. Then they found it and said the need to speak to the dentist who's office was now closed. So the next morning I call the dentist office and CVS tells them they don't feel comfortable filing the prescription. I don't know why but I will be calling corporate. read more

Unfortunately I had 2 bad experiences there, the first one was to fill a medication drop it off and waited for the text message days passed and nothing after about 2 week's decided to stop by and see why it was taking so long and they told me they don't carry that medication! No one called me to even tell me! When I requested my written prescription back they told me they no longer had it! Had to contact my doctor and got it filled elsewhere within a couple of days. After the first incident I was hesitant to get any more Rxs filled but decided to give it one more try, I went in the drive through because I was very ill from the flu and it was cold at night, I was in the drive thru for 40 mins! Kept ringing the bell and the employees at the pharmacy kept passing me and wouldn't even acknowledge me! I was too sick to go inside or else I would've! Finally someone helped me and I was on my way after 40 mins, he said the registers were down and that's why there was a delay, I don't mind waiting but don't pass me constantly and don't acknowledge the customers. Was at the door at 9:50 (they close at 10:00pm) and watched this woman pull down the security gate in my face and say "ain't nobody got time for that!" Oh how I wish I was joking! This cvs is a joke everytime i go they only have one person as a cashier and the rest of the ppl that they have staffed there excluding the ppl that work in the pharmacy are just taking up space i literally just got back from there i needed to refill on my mascara and there was an "employee" (i say that because he had no uniform or name tag)there with a duster talking to this guy blocking my way they finally moved and as i walk to another aisle another lady acting like she (also didnt have uniform or name tag)was dusting was also in my way...not slick at all if there worried about ppl stealing then they need to invest in better security because that was ridiculous all they were doing was taking up space and acting like there were doing something...dammmnn i wish my job was that easy read more

Main pharmacist was rude and wouldn't even check if my medication was available, just said no and refused to fill it due to laziness. I asked if there's any CVS I can fill it at, she said maybe but wouldn't bother calling to see. Waste of my time. Can't say I like this store much at all. Higher priced items, seriously it was $3 for a Kind bar you can get for $1.49-1.79 at most. There's also security guard staring at you blatantly. It's not the best area either. Meh I really miss the Luckys that used to be here, it's a shame they tore down a fully functional grocery store and gave us this. read more

Pretty paltry on the telephone, which I used to try and provide insurance information. Called once, and went through the options to reach the pharmacy, and finally held the line for about six minutes. The phone came on momentarily, then went to dialtone--they hung up on me. Called back, and went through the options, and listened to the phone ring for OVER 16 minutes. Hung up. Called back and asked for the manager. The guy who answered, John, claimed to be the manager. I outlined what had happened. He said he'd ring the pharmacy to find out. I told him to do so, and then come back on the line to let me know what was going on. I got music this time, for about a minute, then the phone ringing. While on speakerphone, I had lunch, washed up, and checked emails. I finally hung up after about 25 minutes. I called CVS today before going because I needed to use their coinstar machine and wanted to know how much of a fee would be charged for under $20. A nice young lady by the name of Ari answered the phone and she told me that the machine wasnt working but that she had no problem taking time in counting my change and converting it for me. She was so sweet and i thought wow what a nice girl im going to bless her with a cute necklace that was a cross in a medallion design. I blessed it with her name and headed to CVS happy to have gotten a good vibe and thankful to have somewhere that will convert my change into bills cause i needed gas and didnt have enough to get to the closest bank. Okay so I barely get there in my car and i find her and we're at the register and she tells me that she will only be able to do $5!! I was like what? That's why I called and i explained about my car needing gas and after some going back and forth about the amount i needed $10 but she said no she could only do $5 so i had no choice but to accept finally agreed and she goes to the back to count my $5 worth of penny rolls. So when she comes back she says that there's 47 cents in each roll i was like no thats wrong i personally did them myself how could that be. So I tell her the machine must have been wrong and that it was rip off but whatever I said look im not going anywhere with no gas i know i counted right but whatever ill give u the difference which was like 30 cents. She doesn't accept my 30 cents but takes them back to recount. Now when she comes back im only missing like 9 cents (if they really used a machine to count my pennies why was the total different the 2nd time? That's 21 cents difference!) But whatever so i give her the 9 cents cuz I just wanted to leave and get gas and as im counting those 9 cents some lady whom I thought was a customer being nosy just stopped like arms length and just starting watching me count the 9 cents i asked her if she worked there and and she said yeah and Ari said it was her manager i mean she did not have any uniform or nametag something stating that she worked there idk maybe she was undercover but this is the worst experience that I've had at this CVS terrible terrible service. I gave Ari the necklace and was glad to be out of there. She didnt even say thank you smh. What a disappointment after living in the area for over 30 years and coming here I've never had this happen. Maybe Ari should've first confirmed while I was on the phone to make sure she was authorized to do this before I actually went down there or If the manager would have came to me an explained that maybe Ari was new and wasnt authorized to do that but since it wasnt over $20 that she'd do it this time. I wouldn't of posted this rating. Either way an apology wouldve been appropriate i think. I gotta say most employees ive encountered there have been great and friendly but the vibe today was awkward and very tense. Maybe it wasnt Ari the one to blame for how it turned out but the manager could have taken charge from the moment i got there. Whatever happened to counting money the old school way? I've came here on a few occasions strictly for the pharmacy and for the most part it was good. Except for today! My 2 year old son and I were running on about 4 and half hours of sleep.. Spent most of the day at the hospital because of his sickness and he was fed up! I mean full blown crying, in pain and sleepy.. Not only was I trying to keep my 5 year old to stay still and my 9 year old was doing the best she could to help the situation out but again I was low on energy.. The pharmacist named Michelle kept looking over and making obvious gestures of breathing hard and getting annoyed.. 1 time you look over sure, make sure there isn't anything going on that may need your attention but over and over.. Then after about 20 minutes and being told it would just be a couple that same Michelle calls out my sons name in the intercom.. I Am The Only Person Waiting!! My Son Is Crying!!! And despite me already waiting by the pick up side she never once came to us and gave us our medication.. She just stood there.. Instead another lady came forward and ask for the patience last name to see if it's ready.. even while I was waiting to pay and juggling my screaming toddler who still has his hospital tags on she has nerve to look over again.. I truly don't expect a response, especially after seeing the reviews but I truly hope Michelle reads this and realizes that what she did was rude and made things even more overwhelming for us.. read more

This location is terrible. I chose it for their pharmacy hours, but that doesn't matter because their pharmacy NEVER fills a prescription on the first or even second try. Go try to pick up a prescription and they will tell you they never got it. Try to call them on the phone and it will never, ever pick up. I am so sick of this. I stuck through it through three different doctors because I thought somehow it was the doctor's fault. Nope, it's this pharmacy. They just can't seem to get it together. Bye! read more
