I mainly use their drive-thru for Pop's prescriptions (he's 89 and still running the show, mind you), and honestly, it's super convenient. It also saves me from wandering the aisles buying random "necessities" I definitely don't need but somehow convince myself I do (looking at you, cool gadgets and seasonal snacks). Even during the few times I've had to go inside--with the famously long pharmacy line--the staff really does their best to move things along and help everyone. They've also been great about responding when Pop's calls about his meds, which is a huge plus in my book. The store itself is a little cluttered, but I rarely go in unless I have to. All I did was smile at them and say hello then went on to try to shop. I don't know, but they had a loud conversation about how they don't believe in mixing races and that if they had kids they were going to force them to only be with people the same race. O_O I hope they grow up one day and realize that it's not their job to control other people and tell them how to live their life, and I realize the irony here but I'm here I am to say a bit of advice for that security guard- maybe they should try living their life not being such an idiotic unkind person? My parents were different races, it doesn't make anything worse having a deeper gene pool. It's why when we force animals to be "pure bred" they tend to have A LOT of health problems. Also, CVS, (and this one's for corporate) I know you guys get a lot of theft, but how about not forcing people to wait crazy amounts of time for the one poor employee you have working there at night (to make more profit, I know) just so we can get something out of a case and buy it? How about instead of putting almost literally everything in a case and losing more customers and more purchases than what you would lose in theft.... you just invest a little extra money into good security? (cameras and people). I've walked away many times and chose not to buy something because it takes so long to get anything from the case. Most of the staff seem uninterested in helping and only start taking things seriously when you ask to speak with a manager. To make things worse, I recently discovered they had been billing my insurance incorrectly, causing me to overpay for my medications -- something that should never happen at a pharmacy. Communication here is also a problem. Some staff members don't speak clearly, which makes already frustrating situations even more difficult to resolve. When there's a long line, there's usually only one person handling pickups, which makes no sense for such a busy location. Overall, this CVS is poorly managed and lacks proper customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go to another pharmacy -- your time, money, and peace of mind are worth more than what you'll get here.
