I called this location and the pharmacist calmly explained that it should never happen and that we can come to his location and they will mix it properly for us. I went in and they took care of it in a matter of minutes, the pharmacist answered a couple of questions I had, and I was on my way. I repeatedly asked Gary only for the estimated pickup time so I could send my husband to collect it. Instead of answering the question directly, Gary, the employee, insisted on giving a lengthy explanation despite being told multiple times that I only needed the pickup time. Eventually I received the information I needed, but the interaction took much longer than necessary. I would appreciate more efficient communication and clearer updates in the app so patients do not need to call for basic information.
