I even saw someone sitting in their car until 10 PM before driving off, I really hope that wasn't an employee who had already closed the store early after cleaning and counting the drawers. I can't help the time I got out of school, and this situation was incredibly disappointing. My son needed his medication, and the store not honoring its posted hours caused unnecessary stress.

It took less than 5-8 minutes, though it felt like forever, considering it was just a single photo which should have been ready to go when I arrived. They finally found it, someone had mistakenly put it in the wrong place. Inconvenient, but I understand things happen sometimes, at least they had my order in the end.

I asked how many photos in a set. He started to give me an attitude and refused to say how many insisting that I tell him what country first. I repeated my question, and he condescendingly say "What country?". This is one of my worst experiences at Walgreens. Walgreens needs to train its employees the meaning of service. I came in for passport photos in the USA. If I needed passport photos for other countries other than for the US, I would have mentioned that. Even if it is true that a passport photo set at Walgreens is different for different countries, the employee did not need to condescendingly communicate with its customers with an attitude. At the minimum, the employee could say something like "The set includes ... for US, and will be different for different countries." I did not come to Walgreens to spent my money so that Walgreens employees can berate and humiliate me.

I wasted time and gas but I was pleasantly impressed with the employee letting me know that one day notice is enough time for Walmart to get these custom cakes out to their patrons. Perfect because I was giving them 2 days notice for my purchase. I immediately hop online and place my order @ approximately 3:06pm. I wait for the confirmation text before going on with my busy day. I'm happy, I'm excited, and I have high hopes because social media is blowing this spot up for its amazing cakes. Everything takes a turn for the worst when I receive a text message the next morning stating my order being cancelled due to "technical reasons". I am now 1 day away from the cake pick up date and have no cake to be received. I am 100% disappointed in this entire experience and am not forced to scramble around for another bakery. 1 star. Let me say that, yes, there have been a couple times on the phone where the person was unfriendly and short, even borderline rude. There was also one time in person, ironically, for getting the third Covid shot where the tech half-debated if I qualified for it (I do), but ultimately he let that go and gave me the shot. I thought about knocking off a star for those. BUT... There have also been a couple times where the tech went above and beyond. One time there was an issue with my insurance. She not only sorted that out, but she ran three separate prescriptions against both my insurance and Goodrx to see which combination would cost me the least. All this on a busy day while helping the other customers too and with a smile on her face. All things considered, I'd give the place 4.5 stars, and I rounded. Also, if you put in your phone number when you check out, Safeway will often times give you discount coupons. I have one right now for 10% off up to $200. I'm pretty happy I go here. It's close to home, they have later than typical pharmacy hours (see picture), and it's usually fast and easy. Updated I just put this in as 5 stars about a week ago, but my most recent visit has changed my opinion greatly. Doctor changed my prescription Tuesday. He sent the updated Rx electronically, but by Thursday they didn't fill it, so I called to ask them to. I have insurance, but Good Rx is significantly less expensive. Guy on the phone starts giving me a hassle about it. It's never been a problem before, but I cooperate. He confirms it worked and says it will be about $15. Great. Friday they call me to say the prescription won't be available until the next day because they're out of stock. No big deal. I get a text message that it's $85. I'm thinking the guy that gave me drama about Good Rx didn't put it in, but I can fix it while I'm there and worst case, I can still use my insurance. So it's Saturday now. I go in. The guy tells me it's $85. I tell him I'm using Good Rx and I show him. The price on Good Rx is $25 now not $15, but that's still a lot better than $85. He tells me it's $85 because Good Rx only covers certain manufacturers. Here's the thing, Good Rx gives different prices for different pharmacies. This price is specific to this location and accounts for things like the manufacturer. Ok so I say, "Ok I'll use my regular insurance". He says, "Your insurance requires prior approval." I ask him what that means. After-all, isn't that what the doctor sending in the prescription is? He says there's more to it and my doctor would have to do it. But it's Saturday so my doctor (as most non-emergency doctors) is closed. So the guy confirmed the price on the phone, then they make it 5x higher and all of the sudden they won't take either Good Rx nor my insurance?!? It just doesn't make sense. And what if I was a poor person with a life or death med? So now it's once great service and twice they've inexplicably made it a ridiculous hassle, the other times normal. I definitely see now why they had the bad rating, and I've updated mine.

What I noticed at this place was that they don't put stickers on the actual product if it's clearance. You have to scan the item to double check to make sure the price is the clearanced price. Everything also stays on the shelf *generally* at least for the electronics section for clearance. Is that better? I don't know. I'm just so used to going to the end caps of aisles and looking at yellow tags. Either way, I found something that I needed for a good price. Self check out was easy and the checker was helpful to get one of the stations so that we could use it. That was helpful. Overall, I do like this Target. It's always clean and not super busy which I appreciate.

I've never had any issues witht he employees here, everyone here has been friendly and helpful when I did need something. This Target has all the items all other Targets have, nothing more or less. Its a great place to stop by quick and pick up items you need.

DISCRIMNATED AGAINST, PROFILED, AND DISRESPECTED BY MANAGEMENT AND ASSOCIATES AT THIS CVS LOCATION. I have never been so disrespected by anyone in my whole entire life. Today, I decided to look around CVS to see if they carried one makeup item that I couldn't seem to find at any other drugstore. They ended up not having it, so my boyfriend and I decided to just simply leave empty handed... this is when all hell broke loose. As we were walking out, the associate at the front register YELLED at the top of her lungs to us while helping a customer saying, "SO DO YOU NEED ANY HELP?" Confused, we continued to walk out and my boyfriend answered that we were good and didn't need help. We walked over to our car, and I noticed someone following us and taking pictures of my boyfriend, my car, and me. As it is ILLEGAL to take pictures of customers without consent with a personal cell phone, my boyfriend opened the window and asked why she was taking pictures of us. She responded yelling, "BECAUSE YOU STOLE OUR MERCHANDISE!" WE WERE BEYOND CONFUSED BECAUSE WE DID NOT WALK OUT WITH ANYTHING EXCEPT WHAT WE WALKED IN WITH (my purse and my boyfriend's wallet in his pocket). She demanded to see my bag, yet ANOTHER ILLEGAL ACTION. I pulled my bag out and she began to yell at me saying that was not the same purse I had in the store (WHAT????) and it began to click that she was ACCUSING US WITHOUT PROOF, she was a Caucasian woman either racially discriminating us or age discriminating us. I told her she could look in my car to look for "the purse we had in the store". She demanded yet again to see my bag so my boyfriend and I got out of the car to show her my bag which literally had 4 items in it (my mini makeup bag, gum, my wallet, and Advil). After looking in it she began to say, "I don't need to see your purse." WHAT???? My boyfriend showed his pockets that only had his wallet and keys and showed her the contents of his wallet. WE HAD NOT STOLEN ONE THING, nor have I ever stolen anything in my life! She began to say that it was OUR FAULT that we were carrying ourselves a certain way and that the way we were carrying the bag was suspicious! Oh yeah, because carrying a bag by its handle when shopping around is suspicious!? She began to delete the pictures and walked back into the store WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING, instead she kept saying it was "the way we carried ourselves and the purse." OH AND DID I MENTION THIS WAS THE MANAGER!?!?! I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED LIKE THIS IN MY WHOLE LIFE. Living in the Bay Area and living in this day and age, I have not experienced racism or discrimination like this ever in my entire life. This is the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had. I was raised by a great family, I don't wear raggedy clothes, and have high end taste. It wasn't the way we "carried ourselves". It was outright profiling, racism, and age discrimination. This was a demeaning experience and I can't even explain how disrespected I feel. This has altered the way I feel about just shopping out in public. I will never shop at CVS again. read more

Unfortunately my experience yesterday was very unpleasant due to Francisco's poor people and customer service skills (or lack thereof). I explained that I wanted to use my gift card during checkout but couldn't find the gift card at the time and didn't want to hold up the line so paid using my Costco credit card. Right after swiping, I found the gift card so I wanted to have the amount returned to my credit card and re-buy the 3 items using the gift card instead. I made the request at Merchandise pickup where there were no customers waiting after me. After I explained what happened, Francisco said it was my own fault for not using the correct card, so I'll just have to use the gift card next time and said I could have just stayed as long as I needed regardless of holding up the line to find the card. Obviously I acknowledged my own mistake, which is why I explained the situation to him truthfully since the beginning. However, the attitude, demeanor, and choice of words Francisco used were rude, demeaning, and unnecessary. I asked him kindly and he could have simply said something along the lines of "I'm sorry to hear what happened. Unfortunately in this case, I won't be able to fulfill your request, but you are more than welcome to use the gift card another time." That's all! There was absolutely no reason for the attitude. Costco, please retrain Francisco on basic customer service. No paying membership customers appreciate spending money just to be spoken rudely to. I've had many great experiences here from other staff members so hopefully my next review will be a positive one. Most of all, I hope Francisco learns and changes for the better!
