Love this CVS ! My husband and I get all our prescriptions here . Obviously this is a very busy location , but we are always greeted immediately and taken care of promptly . The pharmacy techs are so polite , as well as the pharmacists, especially the gentleman. Needed to purchase another item recently from the store after leaving the pharmacy and there was a male clerk helping an older lady who was needing assistance . He was extremely patient with her . I also needed to purchase from him rather than the kiosk . Without leaving her alone , he managed to take care of both of us at the same time without skipping a beat . He removed the closed sign from the counter next to him , smiled at me , rang up my purchase and I left . The employees here are great . So happy to have this CVS store in our neighborhood .!! read more

I'm from out of town and originally went to the Magnolia location to fill a prescription, they were absolutely no help. I decided to go out and of my way to this location and I could not brag enough about their team!! They went out of their way to not only fill my prescription but to also call other locations to release my medication. The lady that originally helped me was very kind and friendly. I told her I was going to stay at the store for the prescription she immediately got on the phone with the other locations and had my prescription ready within 20 minutes. I might also add that this location was much more busier than the Magnolia location but still proceeded to give me excellent customer service. The pharmacist was also very kind. The automated phone system is horrible. No way to get a real person on the line only able to leave a message. I simply had a question for pharmacist regarding a prescribed drug. Very frustrating and not customer accommodating. To be a local drug store to neighbors, you actually have to be available to assist when needed and not do everything possible to shield live calls from getting to your personnel. I'm driving the extra 15 minutes to HEB where people and the company really care and want to help. JP read more

I visit here for my Skincare necessities, just because it's right next to my house. Every time I go there they seem to be very nice, and talkative. With that said it is a little frustrating that they don't really know when there next restock is. read more

The least customer friendly pharmacy I have ever used. Telephone system is frustrating and designed to keep you from talking to a human. Their app is useless. After logging into my account multiple times checking on prescription status with no success went to store only to find my medication was out of stock. I am done with them. read more

Terrible pharmacy and management. After two plus years living up here I had hoped improvements would be made, but the pharmacy seems content with frustrated customers, lack of procedures and no goal to make it better. If this location were not so close I would take my business elsewhere. read more

My sister in law forced me at gunpoint to get a TDAP shot before I was able to breathe on her baby. I do not like needles and other jabby, pointy type things. This is one of the main reasons why I do not have piercings, tattoos, or do the heroin (of course pronounced like Michael Kenneth William's commanding performance as Omar Little in The Wire ["hair-on" if you are a filthy casual about watching your stories on the teevee.]) This is one of the rare few CVS locations that has the right kind of "clinic" in-store to give you shots (unfortch not the kind of shot the gentlesir would have preferred, glug glug glug) in this area. The pharm techs and clerks at this location were all incredibly friendly and helpful getting through all of the insurance stuff, payment (my insurance is terrible and covers nothing apparently since this shot cost me $90 cash - thanks Obama), paperwork, ultimately jabbing the needle into my arm, and doin' the thing. Shots (this kind, not the other) are never fun but this was a smooth experience to get it in and get it done without too much unnecessary #extra going on for a thing I didn't even want. I am not sure if this is just because this is way out in the country and people are just nicer there generally with the slower pace of life, or if the pharm techs/clerks are just extra good because I did not think I would feel the need to write a positive review of my shot getting experience, but here we are. Either way, CVS corporate, give these people a big ol' gold star. They earned it. read more

Horrible customer service and they always put you on hold and never answer the phone afterwards.

You would think getting a great location like outside of Woodforest this would be a good CVS but it's frustrating when their hours say one thing but they aren't open. Seen the hours of opening listed online as 7am. Showed up at 8:15 and doors were still locked. If the times are different, update them online please. Also, my last trip in I arrived 40 minutes before closing to have one of the employees greet me with "don't be too long because we are closing soon." Wasn't exactly a "hey how are you this evening" greeting at all. It felt more like "why are even here at night".... read more

Pharmacy ok, but shopping is a scam! A couple of times a month we receive coupons as part of our yard long receipt here. They are generally only valid for a week. Whenever we try and use them the system "doesn't recognize" the coupons they handed us! Their prices are so expensive to begin with I feel like they are running some type of scam. Today was the last straw -- I told them they could keep their merchandise. I can buy everything and more across the street at Harvest Market or down the street at Target -- and for a lot less. read more

Had to have emergency gallbladder surgery to have my gallbladder removed. Pain med was sent there. Tried calling to make sure they had it and stayed on the phone over 22 minutes with no luck of anyone ever picking up. They NEVER answer the phone and they are slow and rude every time. read more

Terrible pharmacy. Used it twice for picking up the prescription and twice they didn't have the required medicine. Had to wait for 2 days both times. Drive through is indescribably slow. read more

Let me start off by saying Kelsey Hunter is rude, and shouldn't be in customer service. I was speaking to her manager about how crappy of service we keep getting at this location, and Kelsey butted her big mouth in, and the manager allowed it. Lack of leadership, and customer service all in one. I should not have to call and basically beg them Friday and Monday to fill a prescription for my son. After several calls, they finally told us they did not have it in stock, only to find out they did, and just do not know what they are doing. If you want even decent customer service, you will NOT get it at this location. read more

I've put off writing a negative review, but after getting pregnant and needing basic antibiotics for bladder infections and nausea medicine and this location NEVER having any in stock I have to think that's just bad management or something and deserves a review. It's just standard amoxicillin that I need. Every pharmacy should have it on hand. I first get told that they haven't had a prescription sent in by my doctor and I questioned my doctor after being told this a few times, and my doc showed me proof that the prescription was sent in immediately after my appointments. I end up having to wait TWO DAYS for an antibiotic until I had to drive 30 min to a different location to pick up some there. It's happened 3x now for pregnancy specific issues that need quick attending to. I also call and sit on hold for 45mjn-an hour each time I call, sometimes to get disconnected and have to start all over. I'm just a pregnant lady trying not to have to wait 2-3 days for nausea relief and pain relief. Nothing high maintenance here.. read more

I would not use this pharmacy. I have had nothing but problems filling prescriptions here. Many times they have reported not having the medications and having to order them. None of the medications i have had to have filled were anything that a legitimate pharmacy keeps in stock. Latest issue.....they contacted me and advised that prescription was ready to be picked up. Literally a few hours later i went to pick it up and they said they no longer have the prescription because it had been redistributed to another customer and that they would have to order the medication on Monday and that it "may be in this week". read more

Sat at the drive thru window behind someone with issues on their script obviously. Cars behind us left and we were finally able to get out of the line. If someone has an issue that takes several minutes, please ask them to pull aside or come inside so others can be waited on. Fast food drive thru places have figured this out. read more

Super friendly sales staff. Pharmacy techs and pharmacist are knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Usually find exactly what we are looking for or a better than expected alternative. We've been to this location several times and have always had a positive experience. read more
