They sell Apple cards. And they're not responsible for them but yet you give them cash and they're more than willing to take your cash. I bought $500 in Apple Card $100 each not one card was any good and they wouldn't even let me bring them back to show them to prove to them that the numbers were not on there. If you're not gonna back them, don't sell them. There should be a log against this cause now I'm out of $500 people need to rally up and make this a law because all the stores are doing this and then they want your drivers license to buy one. I don't know what's that all about. I'm an American. I could buy anything I want then they make you feel likeI don't know what. read more

Update of my 2020 review. Added one star as staffing seems to have increased, and watching them work as I wait in line it's like a well-oiled machine - everyone is working hard, and wait times have decreased. Mr. Yee is one of the most personable pharmacists I've ever met! The text notification system needs major improvement - when a drug is no longer being manufactured, the customers needs to be informed instead of sending a text that says "out of stock." Not doing so is a disservice to the end-user who has no idea what the problem is and waits and waits for the drug to come back into stock. I got attacked by mosquitoes last time I was there waiting in the pickup line at the pharmacy. I looked around and there were spider webs with bugs in them all around the pharmacy pickup area. I complained to an employee in the front of the store as I was leaving and saw her head toward the pharmacy with a broom. Well last time I was there to pickup a new prescription, there were still bugs and spider webs all over the pharmacy pickup area. I guess some people just don't notice things or don't pay attention to details. Please bring an exterminator to this location!!! read more

Nice cashier up front, seemed to be the only employee in store at 7 PM on a Saturday night. I asked her for help looking for something specific and she patiently pointed out where I could possibly look. Everything is nicely displayed and organized and the store is clean. Docking of stars because things are a bit pricey here. For example, a hot wheels car runs here at about $1.48 where I've seen the same ones at the dollar tree for $1.25 and even under a dollar at Walmart. Booked appointments for Covid shot and flu shots for myself and my 2 boys online. -Upon arrival, no record of reservations for appointments for my boys. - I go to get my shots, and get stuck in the arm mutiple times, but the needle "does not work." Big to-do getting someone else in there to change out the needles. I get my 2 shots. Nothing recorded on my vaccine card. - Get called up the window a couple of times, told I have to pay for the flu vaccine for 1 boy. Was never charged. - Finally get flu shots for the boys. They say hang on for the covid shots. - They take all of our vaccine cards after 45 mins or so. - Just short of an hour, the cards are returned, "we do not have the vaccine you need." Callous, cold, shots were poorly done, excessive waiting, online appointment system failed. I would go OUT OF YOUR WAY to avoid this particular CVS pharmacy. read more

I come to this cvs so many times, it's right near my house but it's honestly so annoying how every time I come shop the employees especially the manager is always following and doing the most to make sure I don't steal when I'm not a thief! I received an email "survey" from CVS that appeared to be legit. However, once completed, it gave a list of "awards" which, if selected, then "only" charged a delivery charge. But in the fine print, it was a SCAM to get your credit card number and charge $90 repeated monthly fees unless you cancelled. SCAMed by CVS; how pathetic. I went in looking for a small battery that would fit an ornament that was given to me by a student years ago. The manager, Jason, noticed I was having a hard time finding the right size. He found a similar ornament, looked for a screw driver to take it apart and was able to solve the mystery. He went well beyond the call of duty and put sone Christmas spirit into my day. Worst pharmacy EVER!!! Please for the love of heck do your job! Spoke to one woman who had the wrong pharmacy transfer it over she said an hour, it's been hours!!!! Now this other woman and all the pharmacists weren't notified and are playing dumb. The first lady did not follow through- upset me waiting around for this medication. I was told a couple of minutes I'm waiting right outside it's been 30 min so I call, now additional 15 minutes, thank you head pharmacist for fixing the problem and glad they finally went to you for help since they could tell I was very angry and frustrated. The pharmacy is horrible we dropped off a medicine at 8:30 the pharmacist told us to come back in 1hour. We came back before 9:30 (before they told us to be there) and another lady was fighting with the pharmacist saying "this is the time you told me to come back I have surgery tomorrow morning I need it before tomorrow" the lady behind the counter asked what the prescription was called the lady told her and the pharmacist told her "oh no you can wait" and closed the gate on her!! What the hell who are you to make these decisions. So now its was my turn ours was heart medicine and she says sorry I'm closed!!!! You told us to here at this time in fact we are early!!!!!!! I feel like I'm here several times a week to pick up prescriptions for my family! The pharmacy has gotten much better lately but we've had some serious issues with the staff...seems like every day there are new faces and no one knows what they are doing! Like I said lately seems like it's better and the wait isn't as long...so I'm thankful for that! The shelves always seem empty in the store! Would be nice to be more stocked, specifically in the beauty department. Also the older lady that works in the front that looks like she's mad at the world. It's depressing to go in there because to me there are so many people looking for jobs she should be thankful she has one! These 5 stars are for the outstanding pharmacist. I paid 50 bucks to go to urgent care yesterday for a skin issue I have been having. To say they weren't helpful was an understatement. On their recommendation, I headed to CVS to pick up some over the counter topical meds that he didn't explain how or when to use. The awesome pharmacist was glad to help answer some questions for me about the meds and told me exactly when and how to use the cream as well as a recommendation on how to add in another cream. I was very impressed with the time he took to explain everything. He gave me more info than the urgent care. That 50 bucks should have gone to him! I require a few prescriptions a month. I have them on autofill. Someone called and asked me if I would like them to coordinate them all for the same day. I said yes. They said to come by after the 26th and they would all be ready. I came by on the 27th and they said one of them wasn't ready and to come back the next day. I went by today and that one was ready but a different one wasn't. Now I have to go back a third day. What was the point of consolidating them? I have a special needs daughter and YEE has gone above and beyond for us: he has called dr's, covered px, special ordered meds, and even given follow up calls (which some drs dont do ) to ensure we are ok and have what we need. He uses our names when we come in but not just us other customers which shows a personal consideration and his outstanding character . He has stepped out of the pharmacy to assist in ensuring and recommending the proper medications per my daughters conditions (that is RARE IF EVER) a pharmacist cares nit just processes px. Show up at 3 and still not filled and was told to return after 5. Still wasn't ready. Waited this time to make sure and took another 20 minutes. WHY!! The Shelves are stocked well and the store is well organized as well as clean. They have a good selection of local wines at a fair price and lots of yummy snacks to offer. WARNING : CVS is danger to customers and employees. Poor record keeping of prescriptions in system, for example stated prescription need to be renewed due to no refills, I provided them a copy of the prescription faxed to them by the Dr with fax date, prescription was a 90 day with 2 refills, after first 90 day consumption went to refill, they stated need new prescription and they called Dr who they claim did not respond. The original prescription showed 2 refills meaning one remaining? They are COVID testing through the drive thru. Warning do not get prescriptions through the drive thru, I witnessed that they are not sterilizing the baskets and tray they pass back and forth, what a terrible opportunity to expose others to COVID. Get this cleaned up, maybe a call to CDC and FDA hotline is appropriate read more

This CVS pharmacy is the worst I've ever dealt with. Their lead times are 4-6hrs and to top it off when you show up at the time they told you prescription is still not ready. They never call to let you know (let alone answer the phone when you call) they are the most unorganized pharmacy I've ever seen. The topper of me writing this review, I dropped scrip off for my wife who just gave birth, when they opened at 10am. Was told to come back at 3! Arrived at 3 and pharmacist was at lunch, they say come back when she's done in an hour. WTF! A call would of been nice or I'll just keep driving back and forth hoping you do your job. I came in to the drop off and Elexelle. And her co worker looked directly in my eyes and never acknowledged me. I started my clock its 721pm . I wait...2 Caucasian people are helped by her who are all the way down at the pick up so I go down to the pick up and she is now helping them its 739pm. I'm told to go back to the drop off and hand her the paper I had just handed her. 744 pm she is done helping the 2 caucasians that came after me may I add. She doesn't want to provide her managers info and store manager is conveniently not available. I take to here and I take send the information to the. BBB and the District manager. They are horrible here she claims she "could have just missed me" I'm 6'6" 290lbs I was looking at her over the glass and her coworker not possible the later smiled at me but never acknowledged me. This is just about the pharmacy. I've been to several other CVS's and this one is just absolutely horrible. It's the closest to my house but I really think they are either under staffed or don't know what they're doing. I was lied to twice and have now been waiting 8 hours for my RX. The pharmacist listed the dosage on my medication as 7.5 ml rather than 1.5. When I called my medical practitioner to question it, they confirmed the proper dose. I reported it to the pharmacist immediately who admitted she had made the error. She corrected the information and issued a gift card for the cost of the medication. Unfortunately, when I went back to redeem the gift card it had a zero balance. It was still glued to the cardboard backing and had the receipt stapled on top. They accused me of already using the card. I did not. Either their employees are dishonest or someone is stealing the numbers off the cards and using the info. Regardless, I am now out the cost of the medication and feeling like I got screwed twice! read more

I am writing this review as I'm waiting on hold for the pharmacy over 30 minutes! I called back and the store manager is unavailable. Who can sit on hold for 30 minutes with no one having the courtesy to pick up the phone and let you know they are still trying to get to you? With the store manager and pharmacist unavailable what can you do? As I write this a clerk went and got the pharmacist and he (the pharmacist) argued with me about their phone system. He said, "I have 10 voicemails I just received." I don't need to argue with your pharmacist. I simply want to speak to him regarding a medical rx. I will advise everyone not to use this pharmacy until they remove their argumentative pharmacist and fix their broken system. This review is for the pharmacy only. I walked into tonight with a prescription covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, they told me they could fill it in 1 1/2 hours. I ended up standing around for 15 minutes while they tried to verify my accepted-everywhere insurance. I literally walked out, went over to the Rite Aid on Clinton Keith and was in and out in 20 minutes with two simple prescriptions filled. C'mon CVS get it together, you just lost a customer. I'll give you two stars because at least you were nice while wasting my time. read more
